You know, I go in this store all the time and spend some good money. I love the manager as she is so good with understanding my needs and is very personal. Ive been guided to which products and why. She greets with a smile and at the end of my purchase, she lets me know shes there if I am not happy with a product and assist with refunds. Shes very down to earth, but hold her profession serious. I would recommend VIASTYLE Salem NH... they have it all, if they dont they will get it for you.

I went in to purchase American crew shampoo and conditioner. But I feel I got overcharged and all the clerk could say is the register can’t scan the product I don’t know the exact price she goes over to the shelf and charges the highest price (there’s bigger bottles) even though I buying the smallest bottle of the products and claims she doesn’t know the exact prices of the products. Charges me the highest price but I paid anyway because I feel bad that the business may not last long. Ulta beauty is a better store
