My boyfriend isnt feeling well and Im out of state so I cant make him hot tea myself. So I spent bout $16.09 on door dash to order him some hot green tea hoping to sooth his throat. Normally I dont wanna be one those costumer because I work in the restaurant industry myself so I understand how annoying that can be. But I ordered a HOT tea NOT ICED. Im trying to call the number provided for this place but keeps saying the line is busy. I want my money back.

I have always liked their blended coffees the best. They taste so sweet and delicious. My one complaint and concern is that I always pay with the rewards app and their scanners never work or the batteries are low so they have to take your phone inside the shop to use the scanners. I wish the company would provide the staff with better scanners, especially with covid you would think a more friendly touch free option would be better for the staff and customers.

Had my roommate pick me up an iced chai with raspberry and x3 shots espresso and it tastes like water with raspberry syrup. The espresso bean was honestly the best part of the whole experience.

Me and my grandma go about every other week and they are always so sweet and kind I feel like I like them more than duch bros and starbucks

My drink that I paid $7.25 for was awful!.I would have turned around and returned it but there was so much traffic and I didnt want to be late! It tasted like it was made with water not milk! And I could hardly taste the coffee

I did like this stand when we moved here but lately it has went down hill, constantly out of cups so I cant get the size of drink I want and out syrups. My drinks have been tasting awful and being made wrong and thats a big deal cause Im diabetic who cant have sugar.

Great staff. Easy to become a regular. Makes the day a bit more pleasing. Also doubt its haunted.....

Coffee is great, employees are very friendly, but if you close early and people start showing up just have the decency to let them know you closed. Multiple people waiting and you just staring at them is pretty rude. Use your words. Otherwise great!

Always a good coffee for me- I love the Acaii smoothie, not too sweet. The coffee shops (starbucks/dutch bros/human bean) are trained to make idle chit chat- always a bit awkward.... but today the lady who made my smoothie actually LISTENED when I said I love the coffee beans on top, and gave me extra. Deserves a 5 star from me today! 👍

The difference between a Large and and a Medium Infused drink. Ice. Literally Just ice.$1.25 extra for something that’s not even specified in the display. One would only assume they’d receive more beverage with the increased cost.Due to the fact that you charge for ice in 2020, we simply won’t be returning.

Friendly service and quick wait times. I love the chocolate covered coffee beans they give out with every drink and their real fruit smoothies are excellent. Way better than those artificial concentrates that some coffee shops use.

This is my favorite coffee shop. The customer service is above average and they are eager to make a drink to your satisfaction.They may not have a big selection like some of the major franchises, but what they do have is made perfectly.If you are hungry, then they have some food items on their menu.

Ive come here everyday for the past 6 months and didnt have an issue up until recently. Im not sure if its a change in management or new staffing but it has been going down hill. I order pretty simple drinks and always ask for chocolate in my granita. Today I ordered and specifically asked to have chocolate in my granita and was told yes it comes with it, then I pay. When I get to the window I get my drink and its not with chocolate like I asked and paid for and when I brought that up I was told that granita dont get chocolate? and then they just put the same drink back in the blender and added chocolate. When I got my drink it was so over blended and melted it was basically chocolate milk. Not the first time, these past two weeks its been 4 times, I was hoping it was just a bad week or something but now ive had two different workers argue with me over my drink.

My new FAVORITE coffee place. Worth driving from other side of town. I look forward to that espresso bean on my drink..plus I buy a package for the road. Service is exceptional. VERY friendly and helpful. Hours open are convient too. Thank you. Youve earned my loyalty.

I appreciate the kindness of the people who work there. They are always on point. Sometimes I get a chocolate coffee bean on top of my drink. The coffee flavors were good but not my favorite. It’s a consistent place though. It has a drive through on both sides. No seating area. It’s inside of a shopping center parking lot.

They are my FAV! What I like about them is the flavors! Other coffee shops will serve something say with Hazelnut, Coconut etc. in the coffee but you cant really taste which specific flavor you asked for. Thats big in my book. Its bursting with whatever flavor you pick and their actual coffee taste is amazing. They always give you an espresso bean with every drink too.

They are super sweet girls working and its good coffee. Prices are higher than Dutch bros which is meh but I do like the coffee bean they give and also less of a line so I can quickly get in and out so its a trade off.

So the office I work at tend to order coffee A LOT and we try to make it easy on both the person picking it up and the coffee shops. We used to order at Starbucks all the time, but after awhile the employees became rude and we noticed drinks would get messed up. I mean were ordering for 15+ people and to have at least 10 incorrect drinks every time.. One of the Starbucks we ordered at even told the person picking up our drinks that were no longer welcome there so we switched to Dutch Brothers. They have been nothing but amazing! Were ordering there almost 5 days a week thats how great the service is and theyre so quick getting all the drinks set and ready to go.Anyway, our office wanted to try something new that wasnt Starbucks or Dutch so we decided to try The Human Bean. Before getting the orders ready I tried calling them just to let them know a heavy list of orders will be coming their way the following day and if there was anything we could do to make their job easier let us know so we could help. Unfortunately, when I called an employee named Stacy answered and when she heard me ask for a fax number (because who knows, maybe they might have one) she hung up. I called again and was immediately hung up on. I called again 3-4 times and every time the phone would either ring until it gave out or I would get hung up on again.Even though the coffee is satisfying here, the service has so far been not one I would recommend. Service wise I would rate them a two because I find it highly disrespectful getting hung up on time after time.

I have been going to this coffee shop occasionally for years now but today was really disappointing. I went and ordered two 32 oz. Red Bull’s and they had accidentally made 24 oz. When one of the workers corrected the girl making them, she said “it’s okay, the only difference is more ice in a 32 oz.” I am paying $3 more for just ice??? Will not be going back to get redbull ever again.

This has been my absolute favorite place to go to since they opened to get my coffee. They have the best coffee and non coffee items in my opinion. The employees are personable and always in a good mood. Even when theyre busy they get you through the line quick.

I LOVE their white mochas, but only when they make them correctly-inconsistent constantly. Otherwise, Id give 5 stars.

Having moved recently to the Salem area from Colorado where the Human Bean perked me regularly, I was finally able to grab a Latte here on a rainy afternoon. I was in a long queue and was given my drink at no cost due to my perceived patience. I will pay it forward...thanks so much!

I love this coffee shop! There have tons of choices and an amazing amount of sugar free flavors (for us diabetically challenged folk). This was one of the first coffee shops I visited in Oregon. I still dont understand the straw in hot coffee thing, but I love the chocolate covered espresso bean with every cup of coffee!

I like to come here and relax with a cuppa Joe, and read my books. Very quiet and peaceful with GREAT SERVICE.WHEN YOU GOTTA GO FOR A CUPPA JOE, GET IT AT THE HUMAN BEAN.

We moved to Stayton, so rarely get to enjoy their coffee anymore. The staff is always fantastically friendly and the caffeine portions are generous. We still make it a point to go here when were on that side of Salem. The coffee beans are great too!

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the HBO. Best coffee place ever. Any drink always tastes great, they will make any adjustments for you, always fast and friendly and I love the punch cards of course! Wish there was one in North Salem but maybe I just have to franchise myself to make it happen ;) So much better quality and value than starbucks or Dutch Bros, dont know why anyone with a HB close by wouldnt go there all the time!

The staff is really nice, but my husbands coffee and my dirty chai both tasted like hot celery stock / very watery vegetable soup. It was a bizarre experience that left us giggling and confused. I wouldnt recommend it for a regular stop, but its definitely an experience.
