I was in accident in Salem in July. I live in WA state. Had my car towed to Dabler. They were great about communicating with me. My repair took longer than normal because of delays at Acura for new lift gate. Once they received that part, car was ready sooner than I expected. Excellent service from the start! Repairs were made due to body damage. Insurance company low-balled the damage estimate, with Dabler contacting them and negotiating the process. They did a great job only problem is it took a little too long, one month to be exact. I could understand the ice storm we had and everything but it literally took a month for me to get my vehicle. Most of the time I had to contact them until the very end when they finally started contacting me. Other than that the body work was great and I am pleased with it. It would have been nice to have received some kind of discount though at the end for the inconvenience.

They communicated well with me on the progress and or delays that might occur.The only issue I had is it took a long time (1 month+) to get my car back, but it looks wonderful. They are very busy, plus delay in getting parts so its understandable why it took so long. Oh and they also have a life time warranty for the work they preformed.HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!

Wish we could leave half stars because I’d give this place 4.5. The only problem I had was, after my car was repaired, there were a couple issues with it. However, they contacted me immediately and set up a time to bring my car back in. I was offered a loaner and they had my car back to me in just over a day. I’m very satisfied with the work that was done. While I hope I don’t have to bring my car back here (or anywhere!), this is where I’d go because they offer service you can trust.

I had heard of this body shop through a friend. He had a dent in his bumper of his 2014 mustang, he told me how they had really good customer service and did a really good job. About 4 weeks ago on my way to Mt. Hood I hit a deer, I called my insurance immediately and they gave me the option to take it to a body shop of my choice. “Dabler” came to mind right away. Since I first called them they made everything so easy and organized. Gave them of bit of trouble since I brought in my Mustang without scheduling and appointment (P.S. they don’t like to leave their vehicles outside after hours, which is good since I don’t know how safe the area is) but they made it possible. So big thanks to the crew!! I was kept updated and was told two days before when my car would be ready, gave me enough time to organize everything since I work a lot and late. Overall everything was good and even got my car cleaned and tires shined ✨. I would highly recommend this body shop.

I have two services that I used Dabler Auto Body for. 1). I was rear-ended and hit and run. had a major work preformed by Dabler. replaced most of the box of the pickup and replaced the bumper and tailgate and then repaint. Very satisfied with the work Preformed. 2). i was in southern Calif. in 113* weather. I had an 1 1/2 steak that was rock hard frozen and I thought that if i put it on the hood of my truck that it would defrost nicely, and it did. However, there was a hole in the package and leaked blood on my hood. It was so hot that the blood etched through the clear coat and through the paint itself. Farmers Insurance had never heard of anything like it before but they covered it. Dabler did a beautiful job on my truck. I will continue to go back to Dennis and will highly recommend him to everyone. Great job guys -Jim-

This was my first experience with any auto body shop. They were polite, professional and timely. They checked in as I requested only when updates were needed. They followed through with updates and information that was needed as far as timelines upon completion. Once I got there for pickup I noticed my truck was cleaned inside and out. I was impressed and would recommend them to others as well. I appreciated their business and will definitely use them again.

I had called with a question about replacing a windshield. The lady on the phone said they dont do that but they use a company called the glass man. I was having trouble finding them on my insurance provider website and asked her where they were located. She just said to Google them and that my insurance will cover them cause theyre the best and we only use the best. The glass man gave me the run around then finally took my information and said they would call right back, they never did so I didnt bother with them since my windshield was totaled. Horrible customer service from both companies.

After being in an accident that was not our fault, dealing with all the stresses of having our new customized vehicle damaged, and our first experience of dealing with the slippery insurance companies, it was a relief having Dennis overseeing all the issues that had to be dealt with for our vehicle. I was very skeptical about having our new car fixed fearing it would never be the same. When I came to pick up our vehicle I asked that it be put up on a hoist so I could inspect every square inch of the vehicle to make sure it was repaired and brought back to a new car condition. After a through examination of our vehicle I very pleased to see that the work Dabblers did was very impressive. I was not able to find a single area on the vehicle that showed any signs of what our vehicle had been through and it looked just as it did when I received it from the customization shop, it drove just as well. I would not hesitate to take any vehicle I own to Dabblers and would highly recommend their services to my friends and family.

They did a terrific job on the repair and cleaned the vehicle inside and out before returning.My wife misplaced a major credit card several months ago. No activity occurred on the card, so we thought it was lost in our house somewhere and did not report it to the card company. When we picked up our vehicle, the staff at Dabler had found it and returned it to us. Someone could have had quite a shopping spree at our expense, but instead, they were honest and returned it to us. We appreciate their all around integrity, as well as, the fine job that they did on our vehicle.

These people are amazing! I had some scrape marks on the passenger side of a brand spanking new Toyota Tundra. I stopped by their autobody shop located on Sunnyview Rd NE for an estimate. Mike was the technician who came out to survey the damage. After a quick assessment he said he would like to try something before he gave me any numbers. He took the vehicle into the shop and half an hour later he drove it out into the parking lot looking 100% its original condition. It was like magic! Mike didn’t charge me for his half hour work but a handshake. I honesty did not think we had any honest businesses around anymore until this visit. I’m now a believer in Dabler Auto Body.
