Bought a copier online from them and they were very helpful through the entire process! They were very honest and made sure I didnt get more than what I needed for my use. They were very receptive to phone calls and e-mails and even sent us samples of the print quality to make sure I was satisfied with the quality. Also, their packaging was top-notch!

Needed to use computer, printer, copier and have them fax and email several things for me. I am a retired, mature woman who doesnt completely understand ALL the new technology. We purchased a used Konica-Minolta C451 unit from Copier Clearance Center via Ebay. The unit shipped promptly and was very well packaged. Upon receiving the unit it did have a few issues but Copier Clearance Center was very responsive to all of our communications and sent a few additional parts to us at no cost. We had to install the parts so some technical knowledge was required but if youre buying a used copier I think that should be implied. Horrible customer service. They didnt like me dropping off my post office there so they said the mail man wouldnt pick that many up. So I called usps and fixed that problem, so they put up a sign saying that it is now a dollar per usps package that you drop off.

Good quality printer! I got the c550 konica minolta, it still working perfectly after 1 milion copies.
