Beware of this company!! If I could give no stars I would. We inherited a contract with them for a copy machine that we ended up paying over $40,000. The machine new would have been less the $15,000!! They have written their contracts to have a penalty for early payoff or to try and end the contract; meaning if we tried to get out sooner we would have paid even more. Now after 5 years they have offered for us to buy the machine for $15,000!!! What! We have paid you $40,000!! Our answer, come get your machine. Oh wait, it gets worse-now we must pay an additional $500 for shipping!! Save your money and stay away from this company.
We have 3 Caltronic copiers and we couldnt be happier with them. They are reliable, easy to operate and great quality. We are a busy property management company and its very nice to not have to worry about the office equipment. Caltronics has great support if and when you do need it. They can take care of issues over the phone or they will send someone out. Also, love the auto ship of the toner built in!
Caltronics does an excellent. Their service has been impeccable, Mike Murdoch has been super professional, and I would highly recommend their service!
We moved from using Ray Morgan to Caltronics for our companys six Canon copiers. Shortly afterwards we started using Caltronics for all of our HP printer toner purchases and maintenance. Caltronics has been consistently very responsive to any of our requests, and always very easy to deal with. Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and responsive vendor for their printing and copier needs.
Caltronics was wonderful from early discussions regarding what would work best for our company all the way through training on our newest machine. We couldnt have asked for better service and training. We have been using Caltronics for years and have always received excellent service. Repairs are done quickly, toner automatically shipped, and thorough training provided as needed.
Caltronics has amazing service, they really shine in this area! I had a couple of hic-ups I was dealing with while printing envelopes from our postage software and was resigned that it would just always be a miserable experience Richard Bryant who is one of their education specialists, came out and worked some amazing magic on things and now its the smoothest process ever! He also gave me some good insight on my letterhead tray and how to use it better which was very helpful. These guys are fast and pleasant, weve always had a great experience with them! Thank you!

The equipment we purchased has performed very well. When maintenance or repair was needed, technicians arrived in a timely manner and effected repairs quickly. Training and online support are excellent.

Training for everyone and everything.My Story: Our lease was coming to an end and months before I began looking for a new and affordable company that can meet our needs. I was fortunate to go to an Open House and got a tour of the Caltronics facility. They were very open about everything. I watched how they refurbished machines, how they are packed and shipped. I also learned they have in house printing and binding that is available to the public for specialty jobs. ie: binder dividers with special tabs, business cards, banners … I also got some training on the machines they had there which help identify my needs for the office. This place was pretty awesome, I wanted to work there.The sales rep I dealt with was Shane. He was attentive to my needs in pricing and goals. He was also not pushy, unlike other companies I was seeking quotes from. He answered emails very quickly. He gave me information that the other companies didn’t offer. For example: there’s a time frame the lease ending process needs to begin to be done on time or the other company will charge extra. There’s a letter of intent to be sent out which Shane provided me a template.When the machine arrived a tech team member set up our computers and other features we needed the printer to do, ie: restrict color printing. A trainer came a couple days later to go over the entire machine. Zach is a very knowledgeable trainer! He not only shows you what to do but has simple tutorials for later use. The training is free and can be schedule anytime and as many times as needed. Zach is also excellent at answering questions via email or phone very quickly.The transition to a new machine and their company could not have gone any smoother. For a growing company they give a small business feel. I would highly recommend them!!

LOVE MY BIZHUB! Was in the market for a replacement copier/fax machine and dreaded going to the box store again. Did some internet research for quality and reliability. The Konica-Minolta bizhub machine came up a few times. I called Caltronics and spoke to Mr. Murdoch. He listened to what my needs were and never felt like oh yeh, you need the super deluxe model that does everything plus makes your coffee. He quietly listened to my needs and asked a question that sold me on their product. He asked me my goals for my business five years down the road. I paused and thought what does a copier have to do with a business plan. I jokingly said, a copier at best will last two years and will be in a landfill somewhere. His reply was their machines last many years longer, have fewer repairs and are more reliable. The bizhud will grow with the business and at the first sound of a problems, call, and a tech will be immediately stop by and look at it before it becomes a problem.I went ahead and ordered a machine. That was towards the end of last year. I love this machine. Richard from Caltronics came out and showed my the full potential of what the machine can do. I always wanted to scan and send documents form word and spreadsheet programs but never had the time and patience to follow through. Richard showed me how easy the bizhub takes care of that. All the extra benefits that the bizhub has has been a real plus for me and my business. And I just wanted a good copier. If your looking to increase your businesses professionalism, call Caltronics.
