These guys told me on the phone to bring my truck down to install an exhaust kit as I needed it done same day. I get there and they say they can’t do it because they don’t have time. Seriously!? What kind of customer service/transparency is that!? Thanks for wasting my time.

Lupe and Chris are good people. Theyre friendly and treat you like customers unlike some muffler shops. Chris did an excellent job replacing my dual flowmaster exhaust on my old school Camaro. His welding work was straight and only took him a little less than an hour. I highly recommend this muffler shop to anyone! A++

I experienced the worst customer service here I’ve had anywhere in my entire life. I never thought I would drive out and get my appointment cancelled without any notice. I drove OVER AN HOUR just to find they closed early on me. I called to confirm again 20 minutes before showing up. The guy said yes come on down! I showed up and all is closed

I called lupes shop, talked to the white man that runs the shop. He assured me he could repair my classic Chevy pickup. After I paid $100 to have it towed in he did an about face. His whole demeanor changed. He not only tried to charge 3 times the quoted estimate. When I tried to reiterate and explain to him what he said verbatim. He told he he couldnt and wouldnt repair my truck. He said he didnt have room to keep my truck until the following day so I could try and find someone to repair it. There wasnt any other cars there. He told me he was going to push it outside where cars are stolen and stripped. I couldnt find a shop to take my truck on short notice .I had to tow it back home. Wasted my time &money . I WILL NEVER BRING ANYTHING OR REFER ANYONE TO HIS DIRTY GREASY SHOP. IM GOING TO HAVE A FORMAL COMPLAINT FILED WITH CONSUMERS AFFAIRS

Owner is a rude person . Skipped me twice to serve people who showed up after me. Then made me wait 2 and a half hours to refuse to weld my stuff because he was going to put someone else next after I complained

I showed up 5 minutes before they opened and one of the welders helped me out right away. He did special work on my exhaust that no other exhaust shop would be willing to do for obvious reasons. He did it in no time and they are quality welds.The only reason why I went here is because another shop that I used to take my car to was so incredibly busy that all of the time that I decided to look elsewhere, and boy am I happy I went here. Nice folks, quality work, was more than willing to do specific work that I wanted to be done AND as a bonus, they have low car friendly lifts.I will be takinHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Rally Mufflers installed the exhaust system on my Jeep; which is built for off-road only.. never driven on the street. I told them to keep the exhaust tucked up high, no pipes below the frame. When I got the Jeep back the exhaust was not routed as I asked around the engine and it hangs below the frame. I called Rally they said they would take care of it. Dropped it off the first chance I could, which was weeks later admittedly. I get a call 30 minutes before they close; after having the Jeep all day. I am told Ill have to pay to redo the exhaust. I drove back to talk to them in person. They refused to fix their mistake, I even offered to pay half the cost to fix their mistake, still no. They do not stand by their work. Terrible customer service. I will find another shop and gladly pay them to fix Rallys work.

In April of 2019 I came here to get my mid mufflers removed from a 2018 Dodge Charger 392 which cost me $80.00( removal of mufflers and installation of 2 pipes). Today I went here to remove stock mufflers and mufflers that I brought with me. Which is a simple cut and weld for a 2019 Subaru wrx, I was quoted $75 for each muffler that’s $150. The price was outrageous for a cut and weld no modification.

They do very good quality job and dont charge you an arm and a leg for it. They are friendly and know what they are doing. Overall a very good experience!

I am very satisfied by this company. They even gave me advice. To prevent the catalytic converter from getting clogged i must tаке the vehicle for the occasional drive on the highway.

I originally brought my BMW here to have a custom exhaust welded up, at first attempt they misaligned the muffler and had it crooked they then closed and couldnt fix it that night, then the welds snap from all the hangers they installed and now have a dangling exhaust, I call and bring the car back to have them fix and they continue to pull in cars arriving after me, what was supposed to be a 15 minute fix is now turning into an all day event with this shop. If you dont mind sitting around waiting for them to hopefully get to your car, just for them to mess up the welds then take forever to fix it. Then this is your shop. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody! Theyll mess up your car then take for ever and is a hassle to get them to fix it.

It was cheaper than I hoped. I had a broken muffler hanger on a custom muffler and they said they could fix it for 15 or make a better hanger system for 30. I opted for the upgrade and was not disapointed. I would suggest these guys to anyone

Just got back from having a catalytic converter installed on my 22 year old Nissan Sentra. I needed a new cat after failing a smog check and the shop recommended Rally Mufflers. I couldnt be more happier with the service. They werent busy, and I was in an out in less than 20 minutes. $200 including installation, or $50 if I brought my own catalytic converter. I live a few miles away from this shop and it was nice to be able to do business locally. When I was told I needed a new cat, I feared (or loathed) having to go further down Florin Road to Muffler Tech.I spoke to the owner about another car of mine that I wanted to have custom dual exhaust put on and after describing the car layout, he said this wouldnt be a problem for him to do. Again, it is great to be able to do business with a local repair shop.
