Honesty, Integrity, and Real. IRC is my go to for any vehicle I own. They do great work at fair prices. They have excellent customer service that starts with great communication. They take the time to explain anything you need or dont understand, and they truly treat their customers like family.

On a Friday afternoon, I found out that my cars Catalytic Converter, had been stolen. I called IRC, as they are local to me, and he said that if I needed some assistance that they would be willing to help. he came over an made sure that none of the pipes were dragging and then We drove over to the shop. He worked with my insurance company, and a couple of days later I was out of the shop with a Catalytic Converter. The Owner offered to pick me up so that I could even get the car. I would and will most likely be bringing any repairs that I need done here.Thank you.

These are great people. They are honest, very communicative, and took great care of my Subaru. They also went totally above and beyond to make things easier on me and limit the trips back and forth to the shop. Came in to get a catalytic converter replaced and got the cheapest quote in town, fixed my car that day, the car was not running needed to tow it to the shop. Will definitely make this my go to shop for car repairs out of my ability and recommend to all friends and family.

My brake booster was leaking all of a sudden an hour and a half away from home, and on my day off of all things. They put on their masks when indoors and were extremely helpful and supportive when I was having a particularly unlucky day. Very pleased with the quality of crew and services.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and honest. My local mechanic didnt do head gasket work which is what I thought my sons car needed and didnt have a recommendation for another shop, so I looked at reviews on the internet and found IRC and was pleasantly surprised. The car didnt require a gasket and they troubleshot the issue and recommended some minimum repairs to get it safely on the road and some other items that could be done but not critical. No high pressure sales pitch just an explanation of my options. They got the car back on the road and so far so good. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Great work, honest, and friendly. They fixed my AC really quickly, and they were very honest with me about what was wrong with it. No overcharging for stuff I dont need! The price was more than competitive too, so you really cant beat it. Ill be back for sure!

Took my car for the first time and was impressed with their knowledge, thoroughness, and friendliness! Very competent and thorough, especially in diagnosing an overheating problem. They also have a great shop dog! Definitely recommend them.

The muffler on my MG needed to be put back on after a snafu when we put the leaf springs on. The people in the shop were kind, attentive, understanding, and didnt treat me like I was an imbecile simply because Im a woman. They were friendly and fun, and did an excellent job putting my muffler back on at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Our Window broke and would not roll back up on our 2002 Honda so I took it in at IRC. They ran a free diagnostic on our car and gave us the details needed to fix the window and some other things that needed attention. They where very detailed with me which I like and there customer care was refreshing. they fixed the issues with the car and picked me up to get it which I thought was an amazing service to provide. All in all I was very happy with the service they provided me. Thanks again for your wonderful work!

I took my car here for a burning oil smell and Jim quickly diagnosed it and also notified me of several other maintenance issues to keep in mind. One of the things he found was a safety issue, and he went out of his way to make sure that we got a replacement that would last, and also made sure to explain everything clearly. Very fair pricing, quick turnaround, and excellent quality of work. Will take my cars here from now on.

Absolutely wonderful service. They fixed my poor overheating car overnight and Ive had no problems with it overheating since then! Theyre very reasonably priced and wont try to convince you to get 101 things you didnt ask for so they can charge you an arm and a leg. I will be bring my car back for any future repairs.

I needed a muffler replaced on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler and called around to get a few quotes. Jim at IRC gave me the best worse case scenario price. I dropped off my Jeep the following morning and 5 hours later had my Jeep back! He also tightened my catalytic converter which had been rattling for awhile. Awesome customer service from both Jim & Laurie! It was a bonus to find out that theyre a full service repair shop! I found a new place to take my jeep!

I highly recommend Import Repair! I went there because they were listed on the website for places that dealt with BAR assistance and they were only about a mile from where I lived. Ted Heusuk helped me with my vehicle and he was always honest and upfront about what was wrong with my car, how much it was going to cost, and how long it would take to get the job done. I really appreciated the honesty and the frankness especially as someone who is unfamiliar with vehicle repair. Laurie was always extremely willing to give me a ride home so I didnt have walk home. IRC was very friendly and helpful, I plan on going back for my car needs. Thank you guys so much!
