The donuts were pretty good, a little basic but good flavor/texture. I enjoyed the cinnamon crumble and blueberry especially. The sugar donut really was sugar and very little cinnamon, it was good but just ok really.

Good donuts. But way to expensive. Paid $3 for 2 donuts. Chocolate with sprinkle and a maple old fashioned. Plus the donuts are super small. I guess the rent and this pandemic made business owners hike up prices. Smh.

Good donuts here and very good coffee (depends on what you put into it). The only slight problem is the closing time. They close early on the weekends 😿😭. 2pm

Ive been to several other donut places around sacramento, and this is one of our favorites, plus its close to our house. The variety is decent, they are fresh and customer service has always been good. Only issue Id have is that they close so early wheras most donut shops are open til 3 or 4 if not later. I see some ppl complaining about the price, and yes they are a tad pricier than other places, but the location is a nice neighborhood, and the shop is nice,newer and clean. Not to mention good quality.

Count your donuts before you leave! I placed an order for 18 and only got 17. They were also stale. I had bought them to celebrate a coworkers promotion and was embarrassed by the quality. I will not be going back.

We were in the area and my kids wanted something sweet so we stopped by for a dozen donuts. First of all, the area was safe so it wasnt a problem to bring little ones. Once we got in, the staff was friendly and gave us a warm greeting. About the donuts, I think they have a wider selection and some unique creations from what Ive seen elsewhere. We got our dozen donuts and the kids enjoyed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and well definitely come back for more.

One of the only places around open at 5am. Cheerful staff, quick service, and great selection of donuts. Its nice to be in a clean place with friendly people to start the day.

Great donuts, but a bit pricier than other places. But, you have to consider that it’s in a nice area and in a nice shopping center. Their rent must be higher than the normal dumpy donut shops in the bad areas. I don’t blame them for charging a little bit more than the other donut shops. Nobody’s business to give away money. I give them five stars for service, food, and area.

I know Im in the minority here, but I dont think the donuts here are all that great. For starters, they are definitely more pricey than your typical donut shop. IF the donut is unique or exceptionally delicious, then Im willing to spend a little extra. Unfortunately, I found, based on multiple visits, that the donuts here are more dense and even a bit dry compared to the light, airy, moist donuts Im used to eating. Not going to name other places, out of respect to Natomas Donuts, but I live about 3 minutes away from this place but choose to drive about 10 minutes whenever we need a donut fix.

On the way out from our last visit, my daughter mentioned the friendliness. Her brother and I agreed, the last few times weve been there the person seemed to hate their job and we were a bother.

Went at 10:50 on Saturday and they were closed. Retail hours on google and on the front door are listed till 12:00PM. It was a let down.

The donuts are delicious and the staff is friendly but most important to me, it is very clean! I have only been on Sundays so I dont know about the rest of the week but this place is BUSY on Sunday. Very long lines but it moves quickly and the staff always stay cheerful no matter how busy they are. The donuts are worth the wait.

I had only heard of Natomas Donuts through Google so I decided to check them out. Went around 10am on a Saturday and as other reviews mentioned, most of their selections were gone. But, I will say I tried their Maple, Blueberry and Chocolate Bar donuts. I thought the bars were pre-filled with custard, but they werent. The kind cashier who rang me up offered to fill them for me right then and there. Overall, the donuts were so delicious, moist, and fresh. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely try and get there earlier next time to try a wider selection. Prices were reasonable too.

I always get great service here. The workers are always smiling and have great attitudes. Theyve got a good selection with delicious flavors. If you like doughnuts, checkout this sweet treat.

I love coming here because everyone is always so friendly and they have so many options to choose from it’s crazy. Not only do they have a huge variety of donuts but then they also can fill the donuts for you with a variety of different flavors and puddings.

My fiancé and I ate here while in sourcing for donuts for our wedding. The donuts were amazing at even 1 in the afternoon and the staff was very friendly! Needless to say, we’ll be using them when we get married in two weeks!

Natomas Donuts are the best donuts I have tasted! I ordered 3 dozen for a special event and so many people asked where I ordered the donuts and how delicious they are! It was a big hit. The baker was so awesome in decorating the donuts as I requested. They have many different toppings such as Oreo cookie crumbles, M&Ms, marshmellows, blueberry glaze, cherry glaze, fruit loops, sprinkles, and Butter Finger crumble! They have delicious fillings like lemon, custard,, blueberry, and rasberry. They have great customer service people. Ramen and Vanessa were so helpful and accomodating. There is also a 25% off coupon when ordering online. I would highly recommend Natomas Donuts. A picture is worth a thousand words.
