Many times I have had to leave my basket without purchasing, line was way too long, one cashier or security in a physical altercation with shoplifter at front doors. Today they had everything I was looking for plus some. Cashier was very nice but I purchased many small items and they had no bags.

Very cool. This store has a decent variety of vegetables and fruits for a lot less than a regular supermarket. A friend recommended and it did not disappoint

Todays experience was horrible! Pricing on shelf was different from on the label! Checker would not correct the error! Basically told me take it or refund my items! I chose to refund! This is a discount store!I retired from Safeway and we always took care of the customers if self price differed from scanned price! In your store it wasnt even a matter of scanning wrong, the checker put in the price on the bottle! In this case I refunded because of Principle and lack of good customer service!

This is one of the best 99cents stores I have been in. well stocked, good variety of items...the produce is sometimes tired, though. always find something that is a great buy!!

I love their fresh produce, frozen goods, gadgets, everything. I wish each location sold the protein dog food ground, my Baby Boy Service Chihuahua is picky.

Good selection. Some fruits and veggies were bad and still on display so the store did smell a bit. There was only 2 cashiers open at first but then they opened 2 more. The cashier that we got was very friendly and professional her name was Kasandra. Thank you!!!!

Before they had very good service but for some time now the service is lousy the lines to pay are very long and almost always they only have two cash registers open which makes the wait very long today in particular visit the store and the lines They were very long, the worst thing was when they closed one of them and a senior citizen was formed and nobody told him that it was already closed and then they closed in the one where I was formed and the poor man also formed in that row but the cashier He did not want to attend to him yet because I told him that I was leaving my place for him, he said that he had to go now and that I could not attend him and that people could get angry I felt angry it would have only taken him a few minutes to attend to him.

Small but nice for veggies and plants and household items cheap. Sometimes the fruits are excellent sometimes they are not. Shopping here is an adventure because you can find various useful items here at low cost. For example I buy my masks here $5.99 for 50 masks 😷 Hand Sanitizer costs $7.99 for 64 oz. Right now you can buy 1 and get 1 free, Smaller sizes are also available. For several months they sold the most delicious Feta cheese (Pindos) $2.99 for 8 oz. One day I purchased several pounds of Pink Salt for just $1 per pound package. I just purchased several portable disinfecting UV wands. I paid $1.99 for each one and give them as gifts for family and friends. I visit the various 99 cent stores as you never know what you will find there at an outrageously cheap price. I always spend more than I expected to.

This place must be under new management. The place isnt crawling with the homeless anymore. I mean who wants to buy fruit or veggies that have been eaten off of. But I noticed that they dont tolerate any such behavior anymore. 4 Stars for you good job.

Its open till 10 pm and i needed some Clamps .Auto clamps they had two Variety packs at 1dollar each cant beat that and all the auto parts stores closed at 10 minutes to ten pm so i had 7 minutes to think quick i made it just in time they closed at exactly 10pm they have. A lot of stuff . they did not make a fuss for last minute shoppers.. Its a big store and they keep it. Clean and everything is in order. And well kept. With this corona virus going on its nice to walk into a store and feeling safe to shop. ...

We are always satisfied going to 99 Cent Only Stores. Not every 99 Cents store have the Lehi Mills Artisan Baking Flour. These flour are the best for making Polynesian round pancake. Its a really good delish lil bites. And we always go to the 99 Cent Only Stores on Stockton Blvd. South Sacramento.

This is near my home so when I need stuff I come here..I come here to grab party supplies such as plates, utensils, cups, party decor for a specific theme..I also like coming here to shop at least once or twice a week because they have new stuff coming in all the time..We like coming here to do grocery shopping since they do have a big selection of fruits veggies and food. Yes good quality stuff for cheap. Always best to check the expiration dates before buying..I love coming here for my cubicle office decor because I like to be festive and keep it creative and they always have cute and cool stuff..Overall this store has brought me many memories. The best on is on Stockton Blvd hands down. Sometimes it very busy. But worth the line. The have a great bread selection and lots of produce. I buy the naked juices when they have big Starbucks gallon drinks. I love the staff here also. Best store in Sac. And its close to home.

This store is clean and well organized. Parking spaces are wide enough for vans and trucks. White lines between parking spaces are very visible, making parking easy. Parking lot is clean and seems safe enough for a middle class person to park and shop. This is one of my favorite stores.

Im not sure why their name says 99 Cents Only when they most definitely have items that are marked well above 99 cents. With that in mind, before you shop here, it would be wise to visit other discount retailers in the area. You are just as likely to find better quality items and frequently with comparable prices, even right next door at some locations. To be rather blunt, youre better off sticking with Dollar Tree purchases as at least then you know youre getting what you pay for and arent paying extra for those cheap goods.

For me because I think with this or so often its all about the employees some are great and friendly then theres others who are not you could see it on your face and with their attitude.

Went in to grab a few cleaning products, but I had a bag from another store.I asked to use the restroom which I placed my bag under the register with an employee.I found my items,payed quickly and left the store.. before realizing I left my personal bag.I called the store describing my bag and the time. I was told to come in with identification to claim my things. I was so stressed out because I thought Id lost my gift.Thanks truly a faithful customer 💨

Only one lane open at 4:30pm you got to be crazy to stand on that line for that long to buy $3 worth of stuff

I havent been to the 99 cent store for over a year and was very disappointed to find very high prices on alot of the items that used to be under 1.99 !! I also have to mention the lack of help when dealing with social distancing and extremely aggressive customers inline and infront of cashier and security.. I will not shop there and recommend that people beware!!

The dollar store my favorite. The only place I know to get Jawbreakers LOL. Also if you shop right they do have great deals. I love getting their toys for my grandchild. So his mother so is them away I still think he likes it when he opens up the gift. She believed she has too much stuff. So 99 cent store you got some of the best vegetables. And also where I get my water a dollar for a six pack sometimes they have great deals on cereal so I do completely back to him as a 99 cent store. So everything is isnt 99-cents so they should call it the 99 Cent and up store.

Considering it was in the not so good part of town I was actually quite impressed. The store was well-stocked and had a good selection. The reason Im only giving it the Stars Im giving it though because the only have one open register.

Fairly nice store in general though are often out of stock of certain things the staff are usually kind though and will often have change on hand in case your a few cents short

I know they usually have plenty of carts, but not today. It would be nice if they had a few electric carts. Today was especially bad for my leg, and it was a real struggle to shop. It didnt help that several of the extremely scarce carts were snatched away from me, just as I was about to claim them. Finally, a nice woman offered me hers as she was leaving the store. I was just about to give up and leave.

Charge different price then marked on shelf and told the cashier and she got startled and said I think the prices changed. Not good impression from cashier to public!!

Clean aisles and lots of candy selection, saves me money shopping here for snacks opposed to other places :)

I shop here weekly and have noticed some improvement with service. Although there is still room for more improvement, like increasing the amount of times they check for/discard expired items, cleaning floors and bathroom (which needs to be gutted and remodeled completely)often, checking shelves for items customers no longer wanted.

Pretty good store well more of a food pantry that charges you for food thats going to be expiring soon.Upper management needs to make sure store management aint sending out good products out the back door before the general consumers get a chance to buy the product.Lots of shady people bums vagrants always roaming the store ripping off stuff.

I fogot my 99 cent coupon & the lady said that I couldnt use it any more till I spend another $35 lot of things.

There is no bathroom available. The checker did not notice 2 young thieves in front of me although they had 2 bags full of stuff. They were stopped at the door but the security guard did nothing. One employee was.socked.in the face another employee allowed.the thieves to leave. No shame. Ghetto store...no shopping carts either! They locked the doors.and my disabled.son was on the other side no one could.leave or enter for atleast 10 minutes.
