I needed a kaftan for an event and found this place. I drove from out of town an to my surprise they had more to offer than I first thought. The service I was with was exceptional, I will be going back soon..
Started going here years ago just by chance to get shoes for my wedding renewal, and now its my go to spot. As a male I just purchase shoes and shirts, but always get a good deal I think. Im always getting complements on my outfits. The owner is friendly we always talk about his country, and travel.
I just bought a suit here and the people here are so nice! Definitely a recommend
Very friendly staff. I went for one dress and I end up buying 5 dresses. Really great place.
I actually give this place zero stars the owner is very rude I felt like he was scared to open his womens clothing as if I were compitition if thats how u feel about your customers then u shouldnt have a business. He had the nerves to tell me he had exclusive clothing when there was not much for him to show. Everyone walks in with a phone in there hand and wants to take pix for their family especially when its for a wedding, get with the modern world. Like I said dont be a business owner If you want to mouth off with your customers 👎🏼👎🏼
Very over priced liars. The wife is the one who really does the alterations but pretends like they take it to someone else for some weird reason. So many reasons why I DONT recommend them. Take your time and find cheaper yet still good quality online or elsewhere.
The owner is very friendly...and they have a huge collection to choose from i wanted to buy a desi dress for my one year old daughter and am glad i found one very beautiful pink dress...i bought a very small size but the owner happily exchanged it the next day...i will definitely visit the store again when i go to california
I went to this place to get a kurtha for a friends engagement ceremony. The owner seemed nice enough, and helped me with a kurtha (of which they had a very limited selection). It was for an official ceremony and I was trying to match my girlfriends saree, who was in the cermony. I wasnt able to check in with the bride about the outfit, so I just decided to buy it and return if she didnt end up liking it. This seemed perfectly reasonable to me.When I did hear back from the bride (who didnt like the kurtha), I called the store back to let me know that I would be returning the item. It was only then that I was notified that they do not accept returns at all, and the best I could do was get an exchange. It had been less than 24 hours since the purchase and I had yet to even wear the outfit (aside from trying it on in the store). Since their selection was VERY limited, an exchange was really not an option, so I asked for a refund nonetheless. Not only did they flat out refuse this, but the owner even told me that the policy was clearly written on the receipt and no one put a gun to my head telling me that I had to buy the outfit.I know that this is a small family business, but this deplorable level of customer service is what causes businesses to fail. Do yourself a favor and just shop on Amazon. Their prices are MUCH better and they allow returns.AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
