I came in to buy womens 9 boots, I wanted the pointy boots not paying over 150 move brown/ red style there wasnt any or if there was I wasnt helped or maybe I forgot to ask. I purchased jewelery, clothes. This was my first experience at this store I was impressed with the clothes, jewelery, that didnt have any of the big name boots Tony Lamas, there old brand so probably why. Idk but probably laugh at this one. Great customer service.

Very nice and well put together store. The smell of new leather is boots is a cowboys heaven! The stuff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, ready to help you and answer any questions you may have! If your looking to buy a pair of boots or just looking for that new cowboy hat, belt, wallet or boots. Boot Barn is the place to shop and be helped with your shopping experience!

I like Boot Barn and I buy my boots there just like any other chain each store has its own a group of employees and personalities but overall seems to be a well-run outfit itll get you any kind of boots you want smart shopper shops around try to find the best deal but there are deals to be had at the Boot Barn always a good place to look .

They didn’t carry the sizes in ariat FR jeans I needed for work had to go to another location

Pretty decent selection and excellent staff. My cashier, Francisco, was professional, courteous, and helpful.

Not very good I called in on Saturday to hold a pair of Ariat FR jeans told her I would be in on Monday came in today and they had sold them I told her I was up on the California wildfires that is why I could not make it until Monday he said okay when talking to someone at the store today they said they only hold them for 24 hours not very happy with the customer service
