I was searching for a 2007 Lexus RX 350 and I noticed for the mileage Carland had one that was the lowest in price. Cargurus suggested this was the best deal. I read the Carfax report which was free and all were excellent. I missed them twice but the third time was a charm. I met with Max and he was very kind and apologetic about we missing each other. There were no pressure as I did a vehicle check and test drive. I met with Shawn later as we made a deal. I love the energy of these guys as I see they are upfront with what they know about their vehicles. Go see them, they will help you!

I normally dont write reviews but Shawn is the best. I needed a small car for my job downtown and saw exactly what I wanted at Carland. Shawn was very nice, he made my husband and I feel like family. Worst dealership to get a vehicle. They sold my parents a vehicle and the same week, the instrument cluster goes haywire and engine dies when stopping at a light or a stop sign. They live in the bay area and could not come back within the return policy. After bringing the vehicle back later the week to have it looked at, they refuse to assist other than a simple cleaning. Shawn apparently cleaned the actuator and said the engine should not stop anymore... That was a lie. The engine shut down a few days later. Now, they expect my parents to fix a broken vehicle and hire a mechanic to fix it ourselves. No help at all from them.In addition, I checked the alternator, it was low voltage and the brake switched needed to be replaced (Ive replaced these both) and the issue continues. The vehicle is also missing a voltage regulator that is attached to the battery (I have fixed this yet), which Im thinking is the cause instrument cluster issue. At this time, the vehicles engine still shut off and the instrument cluster still resets intermittently. Again... Shawn and Moe, the owner and employee at this dealership, said there is nothing they can do and expects my parents to take care of it. It would be nice if they actually cared enough to even take another look, but it seems they are only after your hard earned money and leave you out to dry if anything happen days after the purchase.Please be cautions of this place and others like it. It may not be you, but someone you know or a family member can be cheated into purchasing a vehicle worth thousands of dollars and have it break down on them right away. This company will be reported.***Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money On This Place: The vehicles they sell are not guaranteed to work after you leave the lot and they are not willing to help make things right.***

Horrible stay away! I wish I had believed the reviews on here. We needed a family van for a family trip we planned in the following week. We test drove the van on a sat everything seemed great. The two men we met with we nice (although there was a language barrier. One was there two intrepid the other both very limited English) but kept speaking and Indian language which we were fine with. Long story short by wensday we decided to buy it. We go to the dealer and are greeted by a 3rd man. He claimed to be the owner of the shop. He was very short and pushy. Made us feel uncomfortable and almost like an inconvenience.Since we were there and needed a reliable car we continued with the purchase. We bought the car as is... And they finally agreed on giving us a week warranty. We drive with them to a separate building to register the van. Yet they wont allow us to get off and go into the building with them. This is were we began to feel as if they arent the most honorable people. But we have already bought and paid for the van at this point.Not even an HR later as we are on our way home the trouble began. We get the first sensor warning low tire pressure we didnt think that was something serious until we check and they are fine. We dont use the van till that Fri on our trip to the bay area. On our drive we get another low pressure warning followed by a bake and multiple different warning. The whole way there and back home it continued. Along with the dash flickers surges beeping. When we ran a digndignostice it had there was high power voltage on the brake fuse( I think was what my husband said). The sells man was not interested in helping did not care. And say the month they owned it they had no problems. Refused to help us figure out the problem. All we ask was to have his mechanic look at it and we would pay the labor. He voided the warranty on us because we drove more then 250 mile. He has no word. We had only owned it for 4 day when we tried to see if hed make it right. No was his answer. This lead us to believe they do not check the Cars before sale.Something else that was suspicious when we arrived at the shop me made us walk through a different shop ( a smog shop) . Which was not their shop . The pic on this page arent even of his shop. It a shop infront.

They sold me a car and on the same day it left me stranded in davis you guys need to make sure your cars work before selling them
