Great dealer. I just bought my second Camry from them and they were very helpful and honest about all the fees . They deal with credit union banks as well which helped me a lot with my payment interest. I recommend to do business with them.
Absolutely the worst.Don’t buy here. They almost bought worthless car off me that was in a collision and needed ten thousand dollars worth of repairs on it to be able to sell.These guys don’t have any buyers guides in the lot, and have been reported to the FTC because of this.Basically, they sell junk with no warranties. Avoid. Buy from reputable dealers who turn away bad cars and have warranties on the cars they sell.
I bought a 2009 Mercedes Benz a month ago here. Car was CLEAN, price was good. Both George and Mathew were exceptional. We had a slight issue and they stood behind their vehicle. Thank you.

I purchased a very nice Toyota Tundra pickup from this dealership. Now on the day I purchased it, Hank told me that if I find anything wrong in the next few days, bring it back and they would fix it free of charge. Well sure enough, on the way home the cruise control wouldnt work and when I got home, one of the blinkers and the tailgate handle was broke. This vehicle was purchased as is so I wasnt sure if Hank would be good for his word but sure enough, I brought it back in the next day and they sent straight to a repair shop to have these things fixed. The repair shop guy said that Ray, the owner was one of the only used car dealers that did that.So if you need a used car, this is the place to buy one. They are honest and have integrity.
Matthew and his team are super adept and professional. I enjoyed asking them questions about certain vehicles and learning what I wanted. Definitely recommend this dealership if you’re looking for respectful and honest people.
Very bad service they wanted to sell me a truck with a lot of rust in parts of the body they only painted it a little so that it would shine well look at all that and who attended to me was annoyed so check well when you get a car from this place

Traded in a car to them in Oct 2019. since then (its now March 2020) i have received numerous notices about the car being in storage and we would owe storage fees. i also received a lien sale notice. i notified the owner and was told verbally twice that this would be taken care of but still received notices. i also emailed them to get it in writing and they confirmed everything was taken care of. i contacted the DMV and was told to fill out a release of liability and a notice of transfer. i did both. i still to this day am receiving notices about this car 5 months later. not happy about their customer service, this all seems extremely shady. not to mention - the car i did trade it in for - was STOLEN 2 weeks after the trade. not saying they had anything to do with the theft but... just all over a bad experience with this place.

First of all I dont like using my real name when I leave reviews for personal reasons. But overall the service provided to me at this place was wonderful. I had been looking around for a vehicle and come across a couple dealerships and one of them was Great Cars. I spoke to Pedro I believe on the phone and gave me some information but recommended me to actually come down to the dealer so I could personally take a look at the vehicle and could discuss more about the price in person, which is understandable.Very respectful Pedro was not pushy like other dealers to buy the vehicle. He gave me time to talk to my family about it without hovering over like other dealers I had been to. Vehicle was very clean I didnt have to ask for the car fax he brought it up again when I had already seen it on the website since it is free for customers to view. And honestly the previous dealerships I had been to didnt even bother to show me the car fax.Price was reasonable on the vehicle. My payments and the down payment werent exactly what I was looking for but I mean they arent responsible for YOUR CREDIT when it comes to applying for a car that is why is YOUR CREDIT not theirs, not their fault that some people just dont understand that part. But I was glad that Pedro did great effort to helping me out and closing the deal.Was very glad that he said that if in the future I had any problems or something was wrong with the vehicle he gladly told me to contact them so they could fix the problem. Not a lot of dealerships out there do this for their customers. That just says a lot about their great customer service they provide. Definitely will be coming back to do business with Great Cars again
We bought a 2014 Subaru Outback from Matt. He was easy to work with, honest, and ga e us a really good deal. We love our Subaru. It needed a new battery, and when we went back to talk with him about it, he immediately replaced it with a brand new battery. Real nice folks. Reputable.

Matthew was super patient, easy to talk with and applied very, very minimal pressure to make the sale. I had a couple of concerns about the vehicle and he said they would, of course, make sure I was happy and make whatever repairs necessary. Ray, the owner is a piece of trash. He is withholding my spare key and has threatened to come to my house and cause me harm. He and his staff are extreme lowlifes with no professional attitude skills. I purchased car at Albany location. Was promised certain information, ie. Registration, keys and plates in the mail. And almost 2 months later, the persons phone # we were told to call is disconnected. And the owner says the seller has no knowledge of said contractual promises. The owner then proceeds to threaten to come to my house to beat an apology out of me for being rightfully angry with the lack of service they provide. Company is a joke. Go somewhere else. Lowlife scum.

AVIOD THIS PLACE RUDE OWNER.So I was interested in one of the 4runners these guys had for sale. Took it for a test drive everything seemed fine so I asked if I could get it inspected by my mechanic 25 mins away and they said no problem. I did get the auto mechanics are just trying to be heroes when they find something wrong speech but thats most used car salesmen. The owner Ray agreed to meet me before the dealership opened so I could make my maintenance appointment.So I sat outside the dealership for 40 minutes for the owner to show up... but he never showed up... I called the number he gave me and he didnt pick up until I sat there for 40 minutes at which time he said, Oh Ill be there in twenty minuets. No apology for making me wait for so long? Really?I kindly informed him that I would take my business elsewhere and to have a nice day.I guess they didnt want my money? The cash for the vehicle was sitting in my bank account and I was ready to buy. I ended up buying a 4runner from a different dealership 2 days later.Go somewhere else that will actually value their customers time.UPDATE: Owner has called me rude for not being understanding for an emergency he was experiencing. At no point did he communicate that he had any kind of emergency during the two phone calls after the incident. Owners original response to my review did not include any reference to any emergency and he changed his response 3 weeks after the original post. If there really was an emergency communicating it with your customers would be helpful and I would apologize. Ill let you decide if the owner made up an emergency that wasnt mentioned until 3 weeks after his first response or just failed to communicate it until now.
Went looking all around for A GMC Yukon Dinali and all the places I’ve went to the cars were not in great shape but when I stumbled upon this dealership they had a really clean car GMC Yukon Dinali XL exactly what I was looking for customer service was amazing they were awesome they help me out with everything and dedicated their time to get my approval with the bank I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone looking for car they have great cars and great deals They treat me like family even to this day after the sale
I needed a new vehicle, the circumstances werent the best... I always had a closet love for 4runners. Looked around and knew what I was going to get for what I wanted to pay. Keep that last sentence in your mind always when shopping for a used vehicle, regardless of the manufacturer. I got pretty lucky Id say. I got an 04 4runner with freeway miles on it and cleaner than most of the others I looked at. Now the 5 stars isnt necessarily for the easy approach cool attitude no b.s. sales. (Which they are) very easy deal all the way thru. Very accommodating guys Matthew and Ray. My real happiness is their word. So the 4runner needed an oil change about a week after I got it, no big deal. The tech informed me I needed new cvs, mine were shot! So I called back to Great Cars and spoke to Ray and told him my bad news, and considering how clean it was I shouldntve had to get underneath the car to check this... Ray agreed. I was willing to replace them myself if they would buy the parts. He agreed again. Thus saving me around $180 in parts to fix it. Easy fix, easy deal. I believe attitude goes both ways. Good ones tend to get a lot farther in negotiations. Thanks Ray and Matthew.

The worse dealership i have ever been to, no sales ethics or manners very rude, on the top over priced cars, name a car this dealership have and its not at least 3k over market price, never trust their prices, shop around and you will know what Im talking about.
