I have taken my car to 2 different places trying to get answers on why my car was shaking and had no help. As soon as I pulled in I was helped and they pointed out what was wrong and provided affordable options and it was fixed immediately. This is definitely my new tire shop

Quick fast service. Went for a tire plug. Down the street on watt a tire place tried to charge me $20 for a simple plug. This place $10. Friendly techs as well. They are not trying to oversell product and service due to the pandemic and that is why for my tire serice if needed in the future i will return here.

I appreciated the no nonsense attitude of this place, I went in, told them what I wanted, they offered me two quotes for two different tires, I picked one, they put them on, I paid and went about my day. No bs-ing, no upselling, no extra things they found wrong with my vehicle and no stealing my possessions (all things that have happened to me at automotive shops) They just did the job which was refreshing and appreciated.Lost one star because they were a bit slow. And I dont mean business; I mean the guy changing my tires literally walked and moved around quite slowly. He reminded me of a sloth! Lol! Overall tire change for four tires took about 2 hours and they started on my vehicle right away when I got there. And I might not normally have minded if I knew to expect it but Ive had much faster tire changes in the past. Overall though, I appreciated their service and Ill be back for future tire and wheel needs.

Very efficient place to get tires. They also have rims, brakes, and alignment. They will even mount tires you provide. They do have to pass inspection but they are very reasonably priced. They even cleaned my rims. This place is worth taking the time to find the location!!

They are great. Set me up with a cheap used tire and didnt try to hit me with mounting fees after the installation. Will buy tire here from now on.

This guy forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my front driver side wheel. Car was making noises and vibrating like crazy. I noticed the lugs could be turned with my fingers. Took the car back and he said let me check then hes like oh no realizing his mistake. After he tightened them he acted like all better, I was like give me my money back. He said Ill give half... I said no all my money! He reluctantly refunded me all my money and didnt even offer apology. Then he told me to go somewhere else next time. Do not go to this place...! Rude and unprofessional...

Got a really nice used tire for $35. They didnt put my spare back under the car or balance the wheel but it was quick and cheap for a temporary fix. Waiting area could use a cleaning.

I brought a wheel in need of a used tire to Auburn Tires & Wheels early in the morning. I was greeted promptly and professionally. The tire size I needed was in stock and was mounted for $30 out the door. I was in and out in a little over 5 minutes. Both gentlemen working there at the time were respectful and helpful. I will be returning here for my future tire needs and recommend their services.

We had a very pleasant experience here. They gave us an estimated wait time for 1 hour. They actually performed the service (installing 4 tires) in less than 20 mins. Their waiting area had a large couch and two chairs. Our questions and concerns were acknowledged and answered with professionalism. There is a handicap space and a ramp for disabled patrons. I didnt notice, but assume they have a restroom. They are friendly and efficient. A good experience for us.

Always a good experience dealing with these folks. Good prices for great quality products and service. They offer free flat repair and free tire rotation when tires and Service is purchased from them. Never try to upsell you on any tires or wheels that you dont need. Only what you asked for and what you need.

Been here 3 times. No problems. Prices are cheap. Guys are professional and quick. They will answer all ur questions. The only thing after they did a tier rotation I have lost my front hubcaps. :(

Would not suggested here, go up the street to econ tire. Had to come back to there location in a few hours because the tire i got whent flat. They also the reason my center hubcap on my rim is missing. They tried saying it fell off from my house to the shop when they been on the car befor I owned it. They must have not put it on our installed it correctly. They gave me a similar one but is not a right fit. Thats not the point I shouldnt have to deal with this because of them. Not a good first impression would stay away if you dont want extra stress in your life.

Not happy at all..went to change out my spare tire...they stripped my cord to crack up my spare under my SUV...tied the cord in s knot and thought I was not going to notice they tied it up..when I brought it to their attention he said its not his fault and would not fix it back...now i will be taking to court...

Got a 4 set of new tires a month ago and they did all the work..my hubby went to do the brakes after and noticed that they had stripped our lug nuts ..we called to ask for help or replacement of the lug nuts and the guy was vey rude would not help us and now have to spend $$$ to fix their screw up
