Ok I get that its in the hood and that the employees are tired of it but come on now. I bought $100 worth of items because I wasnt feeling well. I purchased the items and put everything in the cart to go to my car. After I put everything back in the cart and paid for it then the employee told me that carts arent allowed outside. I wont shop at this ghetto store again.

Staff is friendly and does good work but they are usually understaffed and management is poor here. Not to mention the need to have lock everything up and wait 10 minutes for an employee to unlock something for you. Ended up leaving without getting what I needed as no one came over to unlock the case for me despite using their customer service button. They had like a total of 3 people apparently altogether on the floor which made no sense considering how busy they can be, and with a photo station where someone always needs help not to mention customers not able to get soap or bodywash without it being unlocked.Im surpised the entire section of pain killers is not locked up.

Horrible. I scheduled my Covid vaccine...I arrive at the date & time that was confirmed and was told they dont do vaccinations today. Even tho I have a confirmed appointment..I was turned away- the least they could of done was call and notify me of this change. Very unprofessional

Everyone is so nice there the only bad thing Id have to say is the homeless people outside of the store always asking for money but Im still rating a 5 star because the customer service is wonderful and they always have what I need.

I was getting in my car, and seen a syringe. So I picked it up carefully and put it on an envelope. I walked in store amd asked if the pharmacy was open, (so I could drop the syringe in a Sharps container)the young man says I m security, idk. Then I asked the cashier, is the pharmacy open it found this in your parking lot. 3 employees were like, oh no we dont have one. Manager as well. Why would you pick it up?? My reply.... What if a kid found it!!!! This the second one i found in 2 days. Im very disappointed in WALGREENS!

Got both of my COVID vaccines here. They aren’t in the best neighborhood, but the patience that the workers showed with their difficult customers impressed me. I was in and out in 15 minutes for my shot both times.

I’m very disappointed in Wslgreen’s company! The locational Stockton and Broadway in Oak Park is the only store in this shopping center, I have been a loyal customer for many years to this location.Not anymore! The homeless and panhandlers are unbelievable again since there is no longer a Security Guard at this location.Last week I came into this location for the last time! A homeless man, known as Steve or Fingers, approached me to buy him a drink, he then went on to complain about one of your employees (she appears to be Asian or Pacific Islander), he used extremely foul language about her and proceeded to tell me what he wanted to do to her!Oak Park isn’t a good neighborhood first of all, then for a homeless man to make very indecent threats against your store employee(s) is even worse. Your previous manager at this location would pay the homeless to guard his car! This is a crock of bologna!

The staff was extremely rude upon entry, there was no greeting. I went to utilize the photo center, and when I greeted the staff he did not reciprocate, anything he asked me an unrelated question. When I asked how to print pictures, he only pointed to the machine. When I asked for help utilizing the machine he told another staff help her. Extremely terrible experience

They are a good store. The manager is very helpful, and the associates are friendly. Several times I have called ahead of time to see if they carry a particular product, and they are always helpful and accommodating.

Staff was very friendly. I had to fill a prescription with no insurance and was in a bind. The pharmacist applied a coupon to bring my total down to a manageable price. These guys are lifesavers.

I am visiting from Eureka where our little Podunk store stays open till 1:00am. When I went into the store, I was already irritated by the hours kept. I was truly unhappy with the need to dodge around carts and flats to get to the product I wanted. I tried to get the attention of an employee in order to get the cart moved and was met with an attitude of why are you bothering me. I was treated as a six year old that had just wet their floor. If there is so much time spent closed, the shelf stocking should be done during those hours.

Great customer service with a smile. They helped me with my printing and took care of me right away.

The store itself is awesome and very well stocked and clean & the front of store employees are amazing very helpful and fast ...... the pharmacy however is like going to pick up my daughter at her high school... meaning if you need or ask something youll need to interupt their chat about some dumb un pharmacy related drama which they CAN NOT BE INTERRUPTED because the world split in two... which is suprising to see at a pharmacy I thought walgreens had standards ....

Just spoke with an associate re: passport photos. He was helpful, professional and pleasant.

Two stars only because in the end, eventually at some point I get my prescription. That being said, there is ALWAYS a delay of some kind, either because they get confused over the prescription amount (which hasnt changed ONCE) or they are trying to fax to a number that isnt good anymore, for which they have been given a new correct number FIVE (yes, I counted) TIMES! It is the exemplification of incompetence, in one of the most sensitive areas of commerce where patient health SHOULD be a priority, but it is not. Its just pathetic.
