My wife goes to Sephora for makeup she loves it theyre a little pricey though.

What can I say the customer service is wonderful theyre all willing to help at any time. And seems to me they will always have what you need.

The customer service here is good (as long as you seek it out). The employees seem like they almost hide until you track them down; which makes it even more awkward when you have a question.I have had my makeup done here several times and honestly if youre a girl of color DO NOT go here for tips or an event of any kind. You are better off watching YouTube videos. They dont take into account: texture, color, skin type. My experiences are based off free - spending $500+).

What can I say about Sephora? Love it! I always find everything I need! One stop shopping. I also love all the free samples they give you. Did you know you can ask for anything and they’ll make a sample of it if they don’t have one already on hand? Now THAT’S service!

On January 2, 2020, employee Melody H. was very patient and knowledgeable about the products that she gave to me. She also has great communication skills and shes very professional.

I went in to get makeup brush shampoo. Great service and friendly staff. Be warned if you are sensitive to strong perfumes, they do sell a variety of scents.

So I went in with my cousin super excited to get Rihannas new foundation and beauty blender. My cousin got colored matched and we asked if they had any in stock. She told us no which we believed because her line just came out. We also asked the girl if they had any blenders at least. She said no again. We only went in for those TWO THINGS. We later saw THAT SAME GIRL open up their back stock and they had 6+ beauty blenders. Like WHAT?! So we walked over and opened the bottom drawer where they have their back stock and took some out. The same girl that told us that they did not have any foundation/beauty blenders left came up to us and asked us if we needed help. We told her they did have have some left. She told us that no one told her and that shell restock them right away we walked away and she still hadnt done it. How do you not know what you have?! You WORK THERE?! So when I got ranged up I told the girl what happened and she was being rude to me as well!! So so rude! Seriously wouldnt go back there again. Unless you want to get lied to about having products or not. I wish I got their names. Never going BACK

First visit to this location. I wanted to like it. I only needed an eyebrow pencil - no specific brand or type - just a color for a brunette. Easy, right? No. The first three brands I looked at had the display pencil missing, making it hard to see if the color was right without opening up packaging. So I asked an associate for help and she said I need to find a makeup specialist to help you - it will be five or ten minutes. I was already there 10. After more searching I finally found something, then the makeup specialist showed up, and even though I found what I needed, she steered me toward a couple more products - and they were both OUT of STOCK. At least she tried. Everyone was nice, but there were MANY other products I could see were out of stock, put in the wrong place, opened packaging. Very disorganized & sloppy. Not the nice shopping experience I was hoping for.

She definitely knows what she is doing and i was so happy to get a chance to interact with someone so nice and pleasant. She definitely is a good fit for your company and i just wanted to let someone know that she was definitely amazing and i look forward to having her help me with my makeup crisiss from now on ... thank you Summer!!!

I can get all my makeup needs and more! You can try the products on your own or they do have a beauty station and you can have someone that works there try products on you. I like that theyre friendly but do not pressure you to buy.

One of the more disappointing sephoras Ive been to. Lots of things out of stock and only some staff were knowledgable about the products. They do have some products/brands that my regular KC store didnt have, but the rest of the experience was rather underwhelming in comparison.

I wish I was able to give this 0 stars! Worst customer service ever! So yesterday I came in to buy a moisturizer that cost me $40. This morning I go to open it and use the product...well the jar was EMPTY!!! I go back to the store today and tell them what happened and they say I cant return it because it has no product inside. So I tell them THIS IS HOW I GOT IT, then another girl says I cant return it because its a totally different box which makes no sense because thats the box I walked out of the store with! They pretty much tell me there is nothing they can do about it! SERIOUSLY!?! I bought $40 worth of NOTHING! Im never shopping in this location ever again.

Went in today after horrible experience at the mac store next to them due to horrible customer service that explains why they only had 2 ppl in there.. went into sephora just to browse and got greeted, and some help w finding a good foundation and lip liner I needed.. got so much help from all the staff there I even walked out w more then I bargained for .. there staff sale me something all the time 😅😂

Have been in there multiple times, where it felt as if I was profiled. One of the times, the door greeter completely ignored me, and I had to SEARCH around the store for someone to help me. When I did find someone, he was having a conversation with another coworker, in front of a display case. I casually waited for him to greet me, WHICH HE DID NOT. I had to say excuse me. Even then, he was annoyed and answered what can I help you with and half assed it. I decided to leave. My only good experience there was with a woman named Kim. She was very helpful and nice.

I finally was color matched for the perfect foundation!! Several other sephora stores have recommended different shades of Lancome foundation, but none were quite right. The Lancome lady here was amazing! Wish I got her name. Took her time and found the perfect color for me. It really makes all the difference.

Theyve got most things one is looking for, but if you know where to shop you can find better value elsewhere

This is really a great place for one who loves makeup to play. Prices are ridicules (so the 3 stars) but people pay them.

How do they employ at least 20 reps on the sales floor but yet they cant help anyone? Never again. The jcpenny is hands over fist nicer. Ill shop online before going back.

I love how there are samples for literally everything and stations where professionals help u with foundations & kits to make sure you spend your money wisely.

This Sephora is well maintained and very clean. They even asked the woman with the (non-service) dog to leave because it isnt hygenic. Thumbs way up!

Sonja was no help. She tried to tell me returns could not be looked up by the credit card I used to purchase the item. When I showed her the returns/ exchange policy she gave me a blank stare. She was either very lazy or poorly trained.

Such a great location with amazing staff that is always eager to help. I’ve learned so much about makeup and skincare here, and I will be returning often!

Friendly staff despite rumors

I love Sephora and all perfumes I wear are bought from Sephora.

I visited this store twice within 3 days. The first time, the store was packed with customers and the staff was not very helpful. I asked an associate for a sample and she says she cant give me one because it is too difficult to get the product out of the container. During the second visit, the store was nearly empty and an associate helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I guess the store is hit-and-miss.

I have visited MANY Sephoras in different locations all over the country - I am a VIB Rouge member and travel for my job. I will say that this location has the worst customer service of any Sephora I have ever visited. I asked for help two different times - from two different employees - and was blown off both times. But they were front and center when it came time to tell me the store was closing in 3 minutes and I needed to check out. I will never shop in this store again.
