It was my first time at Franklin auto &smog a week ago and Gerald was exceptional! Very professional with excellent customer service. The service was quick but thorough. The lobby was clean and roomy. My experience here was good enough that I will be recommending Franklin Auto repair and Smog to my friends and family and anyone else that asks.

Gerald was very helpful with great customer service. He did not overcharge me. I will use him going forward for all my cars. My hose to cool engine busted, he fixed it and replace coolant. He also diagnosed my check engine ligjt.

The owner (Gerald) at this shop is an Honest Man with Integrity. Women are safe with his service. He will not charge you more than the cost of your repairs and services provided. I recommend this shop for any repairs. I own three vehicles and he provides the maintenance on each one of them. I have been a customer for over 6 years. The owner is knowledgeable and nice. If its not busy, he is very accommodating and flexible. A check engine light diagnosis costs $85 but that is figured into the cost of the repair. I would definitely return for all my smogging needs.

Gerald has a gentle, trustworthy eNerGy that comes through in the auto work. What a rare find in this world (now someone find me a dentistrustworthy and gentle too). My regular mechanic Dan (who is pretTy damn honestOO) was out-of-town for a feweeks and my parents told me about tHis place and what good service this guy (Gerald) had given them; they were right! Dan can be so busy and is further ou t hat I may have found myself a new mechanic. Funny, Dan used to have his original shop in the same area.
