We drove 3 hours to buy this truck and very happy we did. These guys are great ! The truck was everything they said it was. They gave us a great deal on it and even filled it with gas for our 3 hour ride back home. Nice easy deal and no BS. If you need a nice truck for a decent price then check em out !

The guys at AutoMile Motors are some of the best Ive Dealt with in a long time. The buying Experience was fast and friendly with out any Pressure. My dodge power wagon is every thing I had hope for. it was very Clean Inside and out. Also was as mechanically sound as they claimed it to be. I Owned the truck for almost a year And it is still as problem free As the day I drove it off the lot thank you guys so vary much

Bought a car a week ago from them, been in the shop 4 times, wait 6 hours for it to be done. Then got the car back and there was damage done to it, didn’t even want to discuss fixing it, shouldn’t even have a new sticker on it with Moisture in the headlight and fog lights only replaced one fog light and said we aren’t replacing the other one. When called jay wasn’t available, and got hung up on then tried to call back and Peter answered then hung up. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!

Absolutely no sales pressure let us look around and only approached when we asked questions. Very personable and down to earth. Excellent guys to work with and got me into what I wanted. I’ll return hands down.

Looked at a car. Tried to ask questions on the phone. Was told he’d put me on hold but heard the entire conversation and didn’t like what I heard so hung up. Guy called back. Wouldn’t let me ask my question, cut me off and I felt talked down to and disrespected for asking questions. Won’t go back.

Completely unprofessional staff! Inquired about a vehicle I was interested in online. The sales person was a total unprofessional who would not provide me a price after a made an offer on a truck. Took my business to Prime. Based on my experience, this place will ultimately fall victim to closure if this is how they treat a potential buyer. Ignorance 1st class. Out of business within a year... Guaranteed! Prime eats places like this alive!

Great place to buy a used car. Staff is very polite and helpful. These guys seem less like salesmen and more like actual human beings. Dont come expecting to be ripped off come with the knowledge that these guys know their job.

Would not recommend this company called ahead to go and test drive a truck got there and they sold it to someone who got there 5 minutes before me. I had called an hour ahead as that was how long it took me to get there.

Paid $7k cash for a SUV with a new inspection sticker. Should have brought it to my mechanic first because it needed thousands in repairs. Was told both rocker panels had just been replaced but one side rotted through a month later. Rear bumper and section of frame was rotted through. Once i began extensive repairs it became clear how dishonest they were and that their mechanic is a hack. Ended up selling the vehicle at a major loss to buy something reliable.

I guess you cant trust a salesman...We found a truck at this dealership we wanted. It came used from Canada and had to be inspected and worked on after clearing customs before it could be sold, so we couldnt move forward with the purchase until then. My husband sat down and crunched the numbers with both the owner and their loan guy. Owner Jay said theyd get it ready for us and hold it. Like I said my husband went in that day with the intent to buy it. We were on vacation during the week it was being inspected and worked on. My husband was in text contact with the owner multiple times throughout the week and he even texted us last night telling us it was ready and waiting for us today!We left our family and vacation early to come down to Saco and get the truck this morning (had we known it would be ready earlier my husband would have driven down mid vacation to get it). Again, my husband was told it was ready and waiting for us JUST LAST NIGHT!We get to the dealership and let the salesman know who we were and that we were here for the truck. He told us, Too bad, those guys just bought it. We told him we were under the impression the truck was being held for us as Jay and my husband had discussed. His reply; I dont know what to tell ya BUD. Lets pause here talk about, A) How unprofessional this response is, B) How unhelpful it is and C) how RUDE this response is.I asked this man (I regret not learning his name) to find out what was going on and what happened and he skirtingly said he would. His response you ask? It was to come back out of the business with the tool used to remove sales stickers and remove the sticker from the truck we were there to buy right in front of us. The end. Nothing more. Not another word. He never offered us any actual help, or ya know, a SORRY. Next time try hey sorry that truck sold but we have another truck over here ...Or any kind of customer service at all really! Or try keeping your word. Not that that matters anymore, I guess. He didnt care about us. He sold his truck, they made their money and he made his commission. Theyre happy, were screwed. I honestly cant accurately express how rude this salesman was.My husband had had a great experience with the owner up until then. We left the dealership and called the owner because, as I already stated and cant stress enough, my husband and he had what I would call a oral contract that had been confirmed via text throughout the week the truck was being inspected and worked on, and they had JUST texted with each other not 12 hours earlier to let us know it was ready and waiting for us today!! During this call the owner Jay said, let me call the dealership and figure out what happened and Ill get back to you. Do you think weve heard back? NOPE! Now, I know perfectly well that we didnt put money down to hold the truck but we would have. When my husband first went to buy it (over a week ago) and it wasnt available he asked Jay, what do I need to do to have you hold this truck for me until its ready? And his response was, You just did it. They shook hands and he walked out the door. To me thats an oral contract and like I said, one that was confirmed throughout the week. Nevertheless, the rude sales person and Automile Motors just through that agreement out the window when someone else walked through the door. Too bad too because we love bringing our money to small businesses and had this gone well we would have looked there first for our next vehicle. I guess we should have read the Google reviews first. I hope this helps someone not get their hopes up and to get better business elsewhere!Honestly, Im glad they arent getting our business today or any other day!

After Dealing with 7 other dealersships From Westbrook to Saco this place not only has the best and most personable and frienldy staff they had some of if not the most reasonable prices . ... Im not the type of person to bother putting up a review for anything, this place went beyond whats was nessasarry when most would have pushed me aside and moved onto the next customer.

Paid for a vehicle in cash. Then wasted a lot of my time for them to fix a bad headlight that shouldnt have had a brand new sticker on. In the ordeal of all this my car was returned with $900 damage that they didnt even want to discuss. There is no customer service. The owner Justin is just down right ignorant and although hes right in the building, hes too busy for anything except hid personal life. Buyer beware as all the bad reviews are them sticker in vehicles that should not be stickered. Very shady business man if you want to even call him that. Spend your money elsewhere.
