Dont go here for service!2016 Altima has three timing solenoids priced at $100 each. My vehicle had one that was bad. The mechanic there told me that they would have to replace all three because theres no way to find out which one is faulty. There absolutely is! I took my vehicle to Berlin City Nissan in Portland instead. They replaced only the faulty solenoid and saved me $200. Its really a shame because the Saco location is right down the street from me. If they do this with repair costs, I cant imagine how they jack prices when selling vehicles.
Mitchell was great. Ive never been keen on the high pressure sale for extended warranties. If the car is so good, why do I need one? If Im likely to spend, I think it was $7000, in the next few years on repairs why wouldnt I go to a different brand where I wouldnt have to spend that kind of money?.
It was an annual inspection. A checklist of all of the inspected items was provided. I was very satisfied with the services provided.

If I could give zero stars-I would. DO NOT go here for service. They misled me into thinking I needed a new ball joint and that they were unable to do an alignment after a transmission replacement due to said damaged ball joint. They let me drive away with my steering wheel crooked (while driving straight) without telling me. When I drove straight back they said they knew because of the ball joint that no alignment could be performed. The wheel was perfectly straight when I dropped my car off, however. So I took my car to my local mechanic to have the ball joint replaced at a much lower rate, and (not) to my surprise, he said the ball joint is perfectly fine. The mechanic had stripped the bolt and was therefore unable to get my car re aligned. Sounds dangerous to me. So not only did they do damage to my car while they had it-they were going to let/make me pay THEM to “fix” it. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with ever taking my car here to begin with.
I bought a used Nissan Titan and a used Ford Explorer from Bill Dodge in the last 4 months. The vehicles were both top notch. I shopped both vehicles extensively and found Bill Dodge offered me much better value for my money. They even put a set of goodyear wrangler kevlar tires on the Titan when I asked that they put new tires on it as part of the deal. Nice tires, Nice Truck. I would recommend Bill Dodge to anyone looking for good value in a used vehicle.
Had a great experience with the purchase. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly, really great service during the purchase...I guess that’s to be expected, you’re buying a vehicle from them, they want your business, they will put their best foot forward...we love the vehicle, no issues mechanically, everything seems good, but we purchased on Saturday, drove the vehicle home and then drove it again Sunday, my wife in the passenger side noticed a little crack in the windshield. It is a small crack, a bigger vehicle so a big windshield, hard to spot. When I presented this finding to the sales rep...well, it had to have happened after the purchase and they are doing nothing to help. My experience, they certainly make you feel good while you are looking and making the purchase, but after that it took 24hrs to get a response and the response is sorry, nothing we can do. Just my experience at Bill Dodge in Saco....I’m sure there have been better experiences and I’m sure there have been worse. I’m sure (I hope) if there were a mechanical issue, they’d take care of it. Just frustrating they won’t do anything about the windshield and they are actually implying I did it!

Second time at Bill Dodge Nissan in Saco. This latest was as stress free and pleasant as the last. Benjamin was polite,,attentive, and professional. My 2019 Titan PR called for oil change and tire rotation. Benjamin noticed I also needed an inspection sticker and performed that as well (free). Great service, people, and pricing.

I bought by car at BilL Dodge in 2015. I love my Nissan Exterra.I’ve had every service there as well. I’ve ever had any signification problems with the car. The staff are all friendly, reasonable and respectful. If they make I cat I want within the next 1-2 years I would certainly try and buy it from them. Also their prices are standard .

Cary (saleman) met me outside the dealership with a huge smile on and very welcoming attitude. We had pleasant conversation outside of cars which really made me feel comfortable as a buyer. His knowledge of nissans really helped also! The mood was comfortable and no pressure. We did not discuss any type money scenarios until we more or less had nothing else to discuss which was great. A different dealership that we visited asked us how we planned on paying before even asking us our names. I find that to be in very bad taste as a buyer. I apologise but I forget the gentlemans name who helped us with our paperwork but he was very polite up front and honest with us about the process. He discussed our options for upgrades after the buy but did not pressure us After we declined. We had a great experience at bill Dodge auto group and would highly recommend you visit them when looking for a used or new car.

Same old bad service....paid for a plan for new carpets and interior cleaning, six years later, still cannot get anything done...they always say is it ripped...so because it isnt I get the shaft each time.

I recently moved to the Saco Maine area. Needing routine service for my vehicle I chose to try Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, when I arrived for the appointment I was seen immediately (the check-in took less than 5 minutes). I received a call to let me know about a couple of minor items (burned out bulbs and rear wiper blade). Picking up the vehicle took no time. The staff was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be going back.
I have waited about a year to write this review for fear of retaliation from the owners of this place. I leased a Nissan Rogue from this company, and I regret the decision to do so today. I made every payment on time during the three year lease term except for my final payment. I was not notified that the payment failed to process because I had set up automated payments with my bank. Although I was never notified of the missed payment, all three credit rating agencies were immediately notified of the missed payment. I made the payment as soon as I learned that the automatic payment failed to be processed. Nonetheless, my credit score took a nose dive as a result of a single missed payment and Bill Dodge and his employees refused to do anything to help me repair the damage to my credit score. To add insult to injury, Bill Dodge made me pay an extra $500 for not renewing my lease. Of course, I could not renew my lease because Bill Dodge had destroyed my credit. I now have limited access to finance for things like my kids education and pay exorbitant rates for the money I am still able to borrow. My recommendation is to meet your transportation needs by riding a bike, walking or even crawling before getting involved with a Bill Dodge distribution outlet - whether Nissan or otherwise. If you decide to do business with these folks, expect to pay far more money than what you are told you will have to pay and don’t count on Bill Dodge doing anything for you other than taking your money and treating you like an indentured servant, nickeling and diming you into poverty. Don’t be a fool. Dodge Bill Dodge like your financial welfare depended on it. Don’t be like me and learn this lesson the hard way.

I was initially in contact with Mitchell by phone, and he answered all of my questions (and then some), since I was driving from several hours away to pick the vehicle up. Oil change and tire rotation-- they also found that the rear brakes were getting worn. Going back to have that done. I love the waiting room at BDAG Nissan-- clean and bright. I always get good work done there... although the service team is so fast that I never get as much done as I think I will! Ben was very friendly-- everyone was, actually. I feel very confident having service done with this company.

Yes I was pleased with my first service today. My car was taken in as soon as I arrived.I waited 30-40 minutes for it to have an oil change (that was at no cost because it was my first) and tire rotation.
The Bill Dodge team did a fantastic job. They found a problem with the brakes on my Pathfinder and did the entire repair under warranty. Could not be happier. Best dealership I have ever worked with.
Do not buy a car from this dealership if the sales manager Shawn Arnold is involved. He insulted my 79 year old father AFTER the sale by making an arrogant and condescending comment about his memory. The problem wasnt my dads memory but that the paperwork was filed incorrectly by the dealership. Instead of helping my dad-he met him in the cold parking lot and belittled him. When my father spoke with someone at corporate, they could see the paperwork and the fact that it was filed wrong by the dealership and fixed it-embarrassing behavior on Shawns part as I am sure he could have looked into it but instead chose to insult a senior citizen-I hope he doesnt sell a car to his own parents and treat them like that-learn to be kind Shawn!

I was trying to get a roof rack for a 2016 Nissan Rogue and was utilizing the “chat services”. This started about a week ago and I was told my message would be passed onto a member of the team that deals with this. I messaged this number again after a few days and said I got no correspondence. So they “resubmitted” my request. I still have yet to get any sort of communication back from this service. If you aren’t going to properly communicate and utilize a chat service please just take it down.
I had a great experience at Bill Dodge with each of my last two vehicles. Both Todd and Shawn were informative, helpful, and straight forward. No pressure whatsoever and they did whatever they could do make the process simple. They worked with me to get me the price I could afford and gave me all the options that were available. Nissan’s salesman, Cary Ribblet, thoroughly reviewed and demonstrated what the Rogue could do. We were especially interested in all the safety features which were outstanding in the Rogue. Also, Bill Dodge allowed us to drive on the turnpike and covered the Easy Pass fee. I wanted to check on the car’s pickup and passing ability. The other dealers did not allow that. Nissan also gave me the best trade in and final deal compared to the other dealers.
