Vacation not delayed due to excellent service from the Service department. My Ram 2500 DEF pump failed 5 days before my families vacation. I took it Courtesy Dodge in Ruston La and they did an excellent job getting my truck back going in a timely manor. Andy the service manager kept me well informed, gave me a loner truck and took care of all the red tape with the 3rd party warenty group. Hats off to Wesley as well for correctly and quickly diagnosing the issue as well as knocking it out of the park with repairs. If you’re having issues with your mopar bring it to the Courtesy team and you want be disappointed.

Due to Covid, this is another dealership that did not have have any Jeep Wranglers on the lot. We spoke to a gentleman (Jacqua) who immediately approached us to assist and explained why they had a shortage. Even though they were about to close, he did not appear rushed. He gave us his card and also took our information to call us when they receive their shipment.

This review is for the service department. I called yesterday to get a price quote for a sythetic oil change for my RAM 1500 5.7L. I put synthetic oil change in parenthesis, because that is exactly what I asked for. Not traditional oil, or synthetic blend. More on that later. I was quoted $64.95, which sounded like a good price so I agreed to bring it in early this morning so I could get in and out in their Express Lane and get to work on time.I arrived at 7:35am (they open at 7:30) and the service advisor (only one) was already helping another customer. She finished with him pretty quickly (about 5 min) and got to me. She said I was the only one there for an oil change at the time so I thought great, this will be quick. Wrong. It took them 15 minutes just to come out and get the truck. Then it took about 35 minutes (about average I guess) for them to change the oil. 50 minutes total and I was the only one there for an oil change. It was about 8:30 by the time I got out of there. Not very express if you ask me.Before I left, I had to pay though. They hand me the itemized bill and it totals $95.15. So I say I was quoted $64.95 over the phone yesterday, why is it so much higher? They took my bill to the service advisor to ask why. She came out and explained that whoever I spoke to on the phone must have quoted me the synthetic blend oil change price of $64.95. I said I didnt say anything to her about a synthetic blend oil change, I asked for a sythetic oil change price quote. She said that I told her today that I wanted the synthetic change, which is $86.15. I said Yes, I did want the full synthetic, but at the $64.95 price I was quoted. She offered to sell me an oil change package that makes each oil change cheaper. About $70 per change or so.Im not super upset or anything, I just would have liked for her to have lowered the price to what was quoted instead of trying to sell me a package deal. It wouldnt have killed them to lower the price (about $23 or so) and would probably have kept me as a customer.I wont be going back there for any regular maintenance. Ill just do it myself from now on.The reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because it didnt seem like they did anything on purpose. It was a miscommunication, but they did not try very hard at all to make it right in the end.EDIT: They have redeemed themselves in the service department after the oil change miscommunication. I took my truck in for the rear window to be replaced under warranty and they were speedy and professional and very helpful in getting me on my way to work in a loaner vehicle. Im giving them another 2 stars.

Courtesy dodge service dept. is a joke. My husband just paid $12,000 to put a new motor in his truck only to have it back for 2 days and the check engine light came back on. They say if it isnt covered by warranty hell have to pay for it. For $12,000 we shouldnt have to pay anything for them to fix their mistake!

I had a scheduled appointment for Friday. I brought my car and dropped it off on time. I received a call later that same day stating it would take until Monday to have it fixed. Monday then came around and I received no call from them. I finally called to ask about my car which I was then told it would be yet ANOTHER day due to ordering wires(which had not even been brought up as a possibility previously). As far as I am concerned this place is terrible.

My husband truck broker down driving from South Carolina to Phoenix Az and he brought it to them the day after Memorial Day. They got him right in and diagnosed the problem within an hr. They had a new alternator installed within 2.5 hrs, that’s with going off site to pick one up. Kyle, the service manager was very good to him and josh the tech was just good. Finding out they will NOT do software updates. Been there two times for services and neither time would they do updates. I was recommend to call Chrysler Care. I also have a Mopar extended warranty to which they find every available reason not to accept.

I was hesitant to go have service done for a part ordered for me during COVID, but I was called by Mary and told the part would be returned if I didnt schedule an appointment to have it installed. I spoke with Jason about the service and scheduled with Mary for the first appointment in the day for my next day off which was a week after the call. I drove 35 minutes, brought it in and left due to COVID and asked to be called when it was ready. Jason called me 2 hours later to say they didnt have the part; it had been returned. Was not real apologetic and offered nothing in exchange for the inconvenience caused. Products and service are poor quality.

We received fast, excellent sales help, as well as answering calls with questions we may have had. We had the detailing done and it was perfect! Got oil change here and service was good. Tires were rotated at the same time, and I ended up having to go back couple days later because back tires were low. Not sure if they didnt check after rotation or what. They added air no questions ask.

My Chrysler 300 was towed to Brennan. I was having engine trouble and needed my car to be diagnosed because that is where it was purchased from! When they received my car I was informed it was the engine and I need a new one for 9600! I decided to have my car towed home. When it was delivered my console and gear shift was taken apart. Parts were lying in the front seat! I called service dept. talked to service dept. manager! He made up some story that my car wouldnt go in gear and had to be taken apart! I wasnt having any problems with my gears before it went to Brennan! I was charged 358.00 with no resolutions yet to put my car back together! Never again will I used this company or refer anyone else to use them!

We were driving across Louisiana on Friday evening when we got a service DEF system warning. We stopped in Ruston & were able to get Rick, the general managers phone #. He said he would have a diesel tech there on Saturday morning. So we camped on their parking lot on Friday night. Jason came in on Saturday morning just to work on our truck. At first, service writer was pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Left vehicle there for nearly a week. Oil change was done, tires were not rotated because they couldnt find the key to the special lugnuts. The adapter was left in the car when we dropped it off, it is now gone. They did say that they inspected the brakes, and they were fine? How do you inspect break pads and discs with the tires on?They said they had no way of removing the tires without the adapter.After arguing that they had lost our adapter, I called and left a message with parts department to see how to purchase a new one. Message was never returned. Wound up going to a dealership in another town, mechanic pulled out an adapter from his kit, it fit, I bought 4 new lugnuts and the locking nits were removed. Took 30 minutes.

Phenomenal people. They will wprk with you and your wants, and if you cant find the vehicle you want or the one you want isnt in your budget, they just might find your vehicle during the process. They can definitely help with a nice and pleasant attitude. Normal dealer pressure, but the good kind. The sale went good. Traded 2 vehicles in on 9/22/16. Started getting calls for late payments on the vehicles I traded in. Called salesman Paul King and let him know what was going on. He told me they just sent it off. This was on 10/10/16. Got another call on 10/31/16 from bank saying it was going against my credit. Called salesman Paul King again to see what was going on. I was a little hot and wanted proof that it had been sent off. I told him thats not good business and he told me he didnt give a f##k and hung up on me. If you value your credit I would recommend you go some where else.

Poor service. I watched the guy work on my jeep. Was quoted 2 hour turn around time and it was 3 hours instead. The guy doing the work either did not know how to do it or was confused. He walked away, scratched his head or put his hands on his hips which totaled just short of an hour. Im glad it was a recall and the company had to pay an extra hour of labor fees, not me. Also why not just ask for help if you dont have a clue what you are doing. To put a cherry on top, the temperature was almost 100 degrees.

And we all know, you do not pay Sticker Price! So go to a diff place to buy a vehicle, do NOT go to Brennan Dodge!!! Unless you like to pay Sticker Price.

My Ram 1500 developed a Electronic Throttle Control check engine light on a trip out of town. I stopped by there with plans to turn around and go home. I spoke with Bridget and explain my problem. She promptly showed me where I could disconnect my trailer, and got my truck in right away. About 30 minutes later I was back on the road with a good functioning truck to complete my vacation. Crooks, liars, and thieves!!!! Stay away from this dealership! I am surprised they are still in business after I caught them in several lies all the way from the manager to the sales people. They will try and sell you a recalled vehicle and tell you it is completely fixed when when there is no real fix by the manufacturer. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Otherwise you are lining someone elses pockets, instead of paying a fair price for a vehicle.

We stopped at Brennan Dodge Chrysler Jeep while enroute from Florida to Colorado, in need of an oil/filter change on our 2019 Jeep Trailhawk.It took less than a hour, start to finish, and we were back on the road headed for Colorado.Every person we came in contact with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling from Florida to Alaska when our Check Engine Light came on, on our 2015 Dodge 1500 Ecodiesel. With our travel trailer in tow we pulled into Brennan Dodge where we spent the next 4 days. The service dept immediately checked it out and ordered the part which was there the next morning at 8 am. While we were there we could not have received better service. Matt Fortenot was wonderful while Wesley Gregory was an excellent diesel mechanic. Both men were very professional and knowledgeable and made sure we were taken care of. Wesley had to replace the EGR Valve, EGR Cooler, Manifold and the Turbo. After first replacing the EGR Valve new codes were coming up, he continued clearing codes by replacing parts. He never gave up until he was comfortable that all problems were fixed. Thank you gentlemen for your excellent service. We appreciate you both. I must also say that all the staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. This is a good team which we highly recommend.

This Place is the worst place in this part of the world to get your vehicle repaired. My husband & I have been customers here since the year 2000. We have purchased 6 Vehicles from this dealership. And,we are not respected in the least. This place useto be a 5 star dealership but it isnt anymore. They never answer the phone in service anymore,will not pick up the phone & call you to let you know what is wrong w/your vehicle. Heck they cant even fix your vehicle. My Jeep Patriot has been towed there 4 times for the same problem. This 4th time I removed it & took it to another place that I trust. People DO NOT take your vehicle to this dealership. DONT buy one from here either. The Owner nor the manager,nor the service nor the mechanic has time for you. I will never buy another vehicle from there. Therefore I hate to even give 1 star. It took them 5 days to fix my jeep. I felt safer taking to a certified jeep dealership to have it fixed. So much regret! It smelled terrible when I got it back. I have NEVER smoked in my jeep. I guess they smoke in the shop. It still smells bad. As soon as I turned my a.c. on again the fan quit blowing. Now it blows for a few seconds then shuts off has done so SINCE THE DAY IT CAME OUT OF THEIR SHOP My husband took it back to the dealership at our soonest available time and told them JUST LOOK AND SEE WHAT YOU DID OR DIDNOT UNHOOKED OR HOOKED UP WRONG. It had NEVER done this before. Nope we have to pay ANOTHER diagnostics deductible before they will pop the hood. This is ALREADY after terrible Costomer service we were told the rental would be covered then 5 days later told it wasnt.mam you should be happy you just got 2700$ with of work for 250$ 30,000 for a jeep and 3000 for a warranty here I am 6 months later in front of you clowns. Dont should on me. Shame on you.

I will never go to this dealership again. My car window would not roll back up so I brought my car in. They manually rolled up my window and sent me home. I came back the next day with the same issue because I could not make it roll back up again. When I finally got my car in to get serviced, it was in the shop for four days because the wrong parts were ordered. I was told I would be getting a loaner car, after waiting for over and hour and checking with the woman who called in a car request for me, I was told she forgot to call and I couldnt get one. A month later the same issue occurred and it appears no service was even done to my vehicle.

Horrible customer service. Three our of four times when you call and ask to be connected with the service dept., the operator disconnects you and you have to call back. When you point this out, she says mk (no, Im sorry about that or anything) and then leaves you on hold forever. I was finally able to reach someone several months ago and get my SUV in for federally mandated recall work, and the guy who took my keys (the service dept. closed early that day despite their posted hours) tried to sell me a new SUV. Now I have another recall, managed to finally reach the service dept. a week ago, they took my info and said theyd call me back, and never did. Cant get past the operator today to try again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I bought a car from Brennan Dodge about two weeks ago. A lot of empty promises.The saleman lied about a particular feature that I couldnt do without. After I finally agreed upon the purchase price and drove away. Found out that the vehicle wasnt equipped with the particular device. The saleman was very apologetic regarding the oversight and promised to order and have installed. I was also told that the carrier will pick up the orignal tires and rems from the car I traded because the offer the gave me for my trade wasnt including the tires and rems that were only a month old. I call repeatedly regarding the pick up and drop off of tires and rems. Everytime I called Salesman regarding this issue I was told that he would get the transfer completed. After the phone chases I was finally told that the car had been sold at an auction with the wrong tires and rems. I called the salesman and he only told me that there is nothing that can be done about the mistake now. And since it wasnt wrote down in stone its my lose. And the Salesman Justin said i was being irrational and hung the phone up in my face.I buy cars all the time and this is the first time I have ever received service like this.I will never recommend or go back to this dealership again.And yes I will have to seek legal advice because I have a recording and witnesses that heard the entire conversation stating that my rems and tires on the car was not about of the trade.Im so disappointed.
