I got the best deal on high quality mattress sets, so I bought everybody a new bed! Have a great purchase program...90 days same as cash! Great people! Owner and his wife are over the top and the guy who works for them, Brian is very honest and helpful! We are now forever customers! Great couch and in table selection! Rick and staff are great amd super friendly. But... We bought our first bed from him a year or so ago. After a year of having it it started sinking. So we went to Rick and tokd him and was wantig a new bed. So Rick helped us find a new bed and we paid the difference from our other one we got. This was in February beginning of March this year we got the new bed and it is already sinking after 4-5 months. We rotate our bed every 3 no ths like we are suppose to and it still sinks. Bed is absolutely comfortable besides the sinking. For the money spent you shouldnt have sinking problems so soon.

(We will not go to Hanks Furniture again since we werent even greeted there.) Rick let us move mattresses around so we could try them on different bases. This helped us make our final decision. Would do business with him again! TLDR: Go here not Hanks.

Rick and Bryan go above and beyond great customer service. I bought a mattress for my quest room..Rick noticed my bed frame was wrong frame for my bed, said he had a frame he knew would keep it from wobbliing. And he could fix the post the kids had broke. I told them. I could pick up frame but no they insisted on delivering and installing. He promised he would be here . He did even though it was 6:30 after hours on a Friday. Fixed my bed.Rick always goes above and beyond. Thank you. They also have best deals.,
