I love everything about this store! My bedroom suite and all living room furniture and accessories are from Kozii and I get compliments on every piece in my house! Their team provides excellent customer service. They delivered my furniture and even helped me arrange it in my home! Hands down the best furniture store I have worked with in central Arkansas!

What a fantastic place!!! We bought our beautiful leather tufted cattlemens style couch (that is 8.25 feet long!!) And matching Big Man chair with foot stool her at Kozii and could not be more pleased. We went in knowing what we wanted and boy did they deliver!!!! They spent plenty of time to make sure we got what we wanted and even up to when they delivered to our house... customer service was top notch. Quality is amazing and I will most definitely shop there again for additional pieces.

I purchased a HUGE custom sectional from Kozii in 2017. I got to pick the layout, design, and fabrics from tons of options right in the store. My sectional came in quickly and was delivered and set up in my home without a hitch! Plus they offer a great finance option that allowed me to get what I wanted and pay for it while still staying on budget. Still loving my sectional 2 years later and get tons of compliments on how nice it looks and also how comfy it is!

We purchased a trundle bed from Kozii for my daughter and we love it! Not only did they beat all interment pricing but they delivered it for free! Dee was wonderful to work with! He gave me brands to look up online so I could see pictures of the product and was super knowledgeable of the products. We ordered the bed on a Monday and they had it delivered to my doorstep on that Friday! You couldn’t ask for better service! If you need new furniture Kozii is the place to go! I had been looking at couches online for MONTHS. All the ones I found were very expensive, and with four dogs in the house I was worried about their paws scratching leather up even though that is what I wanted. I gave up looking online and started shopping locally -- I went to every furniture store in Russellville and was disappointed not only with their selection but with their service. I couldnt walk in a store without a salesperson standing over my shoulder, but they were less than helpful when I had questions about ordering something that wasnt on the floor. Then I went to Kozii and the experience was WONDERFUL from start to finish. The sales people let me look without bothering me, and when I explained the style I wanted, the color I was looking for, and my concerns because of my pets, they were able to help me custom order a couch and a loveseat that were the perfect mid-century style I was looking for, the color I wanted, and in a leather that was durable enough to stand up to four dogs jumping up and down on them from time to time. They even arrived earlier than expected so their delivery people were nice enough to move my old couches out for me until they could be picked up. Its been over a year since we purchased our couches and they still look brand new! I will definitely be shopping there the next time I need something new.
