My husband & I had a phenomenal experience buying a GE ultra fresh washing machine here. James was our sales associate and he made sure to go over everything very thoroughly. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly faces. It took about 10 minutes from the time we said we want to buy it to walking out the door which was perfect considering we had our toddler with us. We wanted the matching dryer but it wasn’t in stock so James will be calling us when it is & we will be buying from this company again. I 100% recommend.

Tried to be dedicated to this store because they have done a great job. Today October 31st drove over an hour to purchase a living room suite and the door said they were closing early for Halloween at 1 p.m., it was 12:15 and the doors were locked 45 minutes before posted time. Normal hours on the site showed 4 p.m. for today. Not very professional guys. We will give someone else the chance I guess.

Wonderful furniture at a decent price

Such amazing place, the employees are great and the delivery team is so professional. Had as issues with furniture they had it fixed, promptly. I have bought a couch and loveseat set, and also a fireplace tv stand. I will be a repeat customer.

Again we searched furniture stores from Clarksville to Conway looking for the right recliner at the right price and found it at Peters . And I would have to say that James is the salesman we will look for whenever we need home furnishings .

So I came in there and bought some they told me 2 weeks and Id have my couches. I called twice both times they push back the date of delivery so it has been a month-and-a-half since I bought my couches. Then I called for the status of my couches and I asked for a sales person named Amy the guy told me hold on bud were busy. and this woman Amy got frustrated with me and hung up on me and said she was refunding my money. Ive bought several things from this place and I will never do business with this place again

The sevice was good but even thow the salesman said it was the best deal in town they over charged me 1,500 dollars more than what other business charged on the same washer and dryer set that I bought from them used. When I confronted them they said thats not our problem so if u ever buy something from that store I would strongly not recommend it but if u do I would strongly recommend you price check with other business I am verry disappointed and I feel cheated out of 1,500 dollars that I could have used elsewhere.

My in laws bought a dishwasher and Peters did NOT provide any customer service to them when they had an issue, they had purchased a warranty from Peters as well so it was surprising they wouldnt help. My in-laws went down the road and had to buy a new dishwasher.Meanwhile years before I bought a recliner and they delivered it to me but brother the wrong one with them, they corrected the error but it was interesting to see years later service still isnt right the first time.

Great store, great furniture, friendly sales staff

They are the nicest people who would ever meet buying funiture but be careful because they will not exchange or refund am stuck with a mattress that defective. Its all good until yours unsatisfied.

The general manager is arrogant and talks down to you. Refuses to take care of warranty issues. Dont always return phone calls you will have to call multiple times before getting to speak with the person you need to speak with. Whats most frustrating is when you spend all this money on their so called warranties and they dont even have service techs that can look and service your products.

Sales person was incredible!

Bought a mattress paid over 2000 Dollars it is definitely defective does not feel anything like the mattress tried in the store. The mattress leaning on the sides, you have to sleep Im the middle of the bed. I talked to the manager he said its just like one one in the store but the guys who came over from pettersons to look at the mattress agreed the mattress was definitely deffective. Now the manager claims they told him a different story. The bottom line after you spend your money there if your unhappy they dont care they will not excange nor give you money back crooked Business. I will never ever walk into they store again and I will be calling a lawer. Am reporting to the better business bureau
