Unfortunately, I did not find a stone i wanted here but customer service was friendly and helpful. Overall, they did have a good selection overall.

Their selection is huuuuge for all types of stone. Service was very nice, Marissa checked in on us regularly without being overbearing. Theyre very organized. Everything is labeled by color and theres a sheet to fill out to indicate what you like. Heads up, during covid precautions, you have to make an appointment on their website.

We found what we were looking for!!😁 Caitlin & Nicky (the gentleman who moves the granite slabs) were very patient and helpful. We have spent several months attempting to find a very specific granite color scheme that can no longer be located in Southeast Michigan!! This is as close as it comes! 🧡

We went to Universal because we heard of their large selection and showroom. Jill promptly and warmly greeted us. She took us into the showroom and explained the differences between granite, quartz, quartzite, and porcelain. We took our time looking through the large selection. She checked on us regularly and answered our additional questions. We even took samples when we left. Great place. Great staff.

I went to UGM today for the first time. The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. The place was very clean and updated with the latest and greatest styles and organized very well. I worked with Jill today and she answered my questions and guided me in the right direction. I loved their selections for countertops and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
