Their expertise showed through, they took their time and made sure everything was perfect. We went through a couple of granite places before we decided on this one because of their professionalism and accuracy. High recommended!

I called Planet Marble & Granite and they were able to give me an estimate of what my kitchen counter top might cost, based on the measurements I had and the color I was looking at getting. I went and picked out my counter top and Melinda was VERY helpful!!! She assisted with great ideas for a color I might want to use and the color turned out great! The pricing was also very good compared to other companies. Nick came to do the measuring and installation, he was VERY professional, helpful and nice!!! I dont want anyone else to experience the nightmare I have with this company. They left my home in shamble and took my money. I now have to take them to court to get them do the work!!!! Dont get fooled by the beautiful pics like I did!. These people are thieves!!!!!

He took great care in the demolition and installation processes not to damage any cabinetry, walls or any other items in our home. There was no mess to clean up when he was done either. I cant advise anyone in their right mind to do business with this company. I had to call the police on the owner of the company because he threaten me in my home and would not leave. Never pay anyone until the job is done. All the owner kept saying is I got schedule to keep but he had not finished the job at my house. They wont answer the phone, I paid for granite counter tops I dont have and now they wont answer the phone. If I can save you from my experience, let me recommend you don;t do business with Planet Marble and Granite.

Planet Marble and Granite of Royal Oak, MI don’t have a clue on professionalism . I recommend you take your business elsewhere !! The owner Nick likes to Intimidate his female customers and threaten them in their homes. I had to call the police to get him out of my home!!! To add insult to injury they are now trying to keep my money after I have paid for counter tops!!!

Seams are flawless and tight. You cant see them. This company has one of the largest selections of Quartz. Nick doesnt use a paper template to cut the countertop, he uses high-end laser equipment which result in balanced countertops with no gaps against the wall. Excellent customer service, Nick keeps his promises.
