I changed ulta locations when I moved and I was so nervous to let someone new at my brows. Kelly did an AMAZING job!!! She listened to what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! Already booked my next appointment! Kudos!

First time going, Im not a big makeup person but I needed a gift card. Super nice store, great customer service and they have so much. I like Ulta better than the Mac store. Dont know if they do makeovers but if they do Mac may never see me again. And I did pick up a few of my favorite perfumes

1st time purchase products from ULTA and I was not disappointed with products and theyre very nice and friendly. Will purchase from there again online or in-person.

Sales rep had me walk the store with her 3 times while looking for a product that she thought they had moved to a different area....after finding that it wasnt available I choose something different....left the store with nothing....it happens companies are low on lots of supplies...

Stopped in before closing to buy a gift for my brother’s girlfriend, which I always struggle with. The employee who was checking my friend and I out, Rachel Hunter, was extremely patient with me as I changed my mind about 5 times. She was super friendly and didn’t rush us out, even though they were getting ready to close.

This has to be the biggest Ulta in the state of Michigan I was so happy to go in there. It looks exactly like online shopping. Their the best store by far

They dont carry every single brand as its smaller than the other stores but you can find almost everything you need at this site. My only complaint is the parking situation. Im so impressed by this store, today was my first time at this Ulta i have been going for years to mine and i will be only going to this one for now on . The store was very clean and well stocked and everyone was so nice and helpful first i had help from Emma who was very knowledgeable about everything i asked about and made me feel comfortable trying new products, then Leah helped me look and find everything else i needed . I have a new Ulta store from now on .

First time visit. I was surprised at how the inexpensive products were the first thing you see them get progressively more expensive. The most popular inexpensive line NYX was right along where you stand in line to check out. I do mean it was a tight squeeze so I didnt bother looking at that line. The promotional products bins were empty but was told they had plenty just needed to restock. I had been looking for a matte pink eyeshadow to help with mature skin. By the time I had tried every sample I did find a gorgeous one and someone at that point came and asked if I needed assistance. Where was she an hour ago? Still happy to receive it. Why am I giving 5 stars? I actually found what Ive been looking for a LONG time and assistance was offered by someone who was mature but looked polished just the same. Hope this helps other first time shoppers. BTW there were young girls there Also but

Sammi, my hairstylist, did an amazing job. Cant wait to follow up to get my hair redone in a few weeks. I decided to go with bangs for the first time in about 15 years and she did a phenomenal job. She was meticulous and made sure I was happy before I left. My sister recommended her and Im very glad I listened.

I come here and the ladies are always nice and helpful. The store is clean and usually have everything I’m looking for. I typically come early in the day since I’m new to make-up so the ladies have no problem helping me pick out anything.

Everyone and everything in the store are fantastic. The only complaint I have is the sensor on the items in the store go off if they are covered.So if you have more than one thing in your hand and happen to cover the sensor its going to go off and wont stop until the attendees take it and stop it. It was a lil embarrassing that it went off while Im standing in line to pay for the item.The young ladies working in the store were fantastic!!! But they shouldnt have to stop what there doing to stop a loud sensor, there were other ladies standing line that were explaining that it happened to them as well on other occasions.

Ive been struggling for YEARS to find the perfect foundation for my skin. I went in expecting to be sold on yet another product that Id end up returning, but Chi came along and made my day! She asked me a lot of questions about my skin and my skincare routine and worked with me to find the perfect foundation. Not only that, but she managed to stay within my budget and didnt try to sell me on anything out of my price range. On top of all that she was incredibly friendly and sweet. My makeup looked so good, I couldnt believe that was actually my skin in the mirror! She also went over the best way for me to apply the makeup. Ive been following her instructions and my skin has never looked better. Thanks, Chi!!

I came here looking for 1 item, Ive never been to an Ulta Beauty place before and the lady who was in the Mac makeup area greeted me and walked me to the exact area to find what i was looking for and was super helpful and professional. I was in and out in no time thanks to her!

I am not a makeup type of person but found myself very excited to learn more about my face and how to care for my skin. I sat there and let her recommend items and she explained why. There is more inside than makeup. Great gift items for men and women. You can even get a facial or have lessons for application. Appointments taken. Very resonable. Some small items also.

I liked the store itself but the employees werent friendly or helpful. No one offered assistance and some merchandise had stickers that showed them to be on sale when the sale ended several days before and nobody bothered to remove the stickers leading us to believe we would get them for a certain price. The Livonia location is much better.

Absolutely terrible!! The staff here has no idea how customer service is done. I was ignored the moment I walked in. I had about $100 of items I wanted, however I only spent about $15.There was an essence brand gift with purchase, which I met the requirement for. The cashier had no idea what it was, even once I brought her the sign. To make matters worse, no one was there to back her up or help find the item.Bad management.Bad layout.I am now going to spend my money solely at Sephora..

Basic ulta store the staff is semi helpful. The store is clean and things are organized nicely, sometimes they just have too much stuff and it gets cluttered but still clean. I enjoy the brow bar for a brow waxing its fast and easy to get in. The hair salon inside sometimes makes it stink like hair dye which is not the best scent.

The odor of perfumes knocked me over when I walked in. I have a mild closed injury and ended up with a severe headache. The staff were very sweet and helpful, but I will not return. I will buy online.

I come here, which is three times the distance as my local ulta. The staff is so nice and takes the time to help me. Im visually impaired and have mobility issues and they never make me feel like a nuisance like my local one. They always smile and take the time to help me find things for my sensitive very pale skin. The brow services are fantastic and I highly recommend! Also they take the time to create a skincare routine designed specifically to your type and problem areas and the items selected actually work. If something doesnt work, you can return it no problem and they help find an alternative. They are just a great group of women to be around and definitely worth the drive.

All ULTAs are not created equal. The location on Woodward, though, has some of the nicest, most helpful staff. Ive started buying 90% of my cosmetics here.

Tons of options for makeup and girl stuff. I go here to get my wife gifts for holidays or her birthday. Only knock on the place is that it’s on Woodward so parking is a nightmare.

It was pleasant until I got to the counter for check out. The signal was going out so my coupon was having trouble re-loading. The woman at the register SENDS ME OUTSIDE to try and get the coupon to come up, it wasnt working. Then when I came back in she had a copy of it in her hands and yet still acted like I was an inconvenience and not a customer. This is not the first time I had to deal with defensive, rude employees from this store that have minimal problem solving skills. I tried this location because its the closest one to my house and thought Id give them another chance.Then, on top of that after the woman told me the coupon took 20% off the whole bill, I go back and see she charged me full price for my salon service! This makes no sense! Im sure this is not a reputation Ulta wants for their company but why would anyone do business there again if this is how theyll get treated!?

I love ULTA but this location is not very good. Mostly because of the staff. The cashier was not keen on helping me save money. I asked her about a coupon and she told me I couldnt use it on the items I had because they were prestige but the coupon specifically says it can be used on prestige. Also not as important but some lady tried to help with foundation and hers was awful, doesnt set a good example. I dont want foundation help from someone that cant figure out their own.
