I love CVS. I love walking around when I get a chance. Especially, the holiday section. Otherwise, I will pickup prescriptions in the drive thru. That could take a while sometimes. Especially if the pharmacist is the only one there. He will have you wait. So make sure to go when there is help. I have waited 15 minutes, before, even to be acknowledged. They usually do very good otherwise.
Worst customer service at the pharmacy ever. They all give different answers and cant put notes into the system. Ive been on hold for 40 minutes no one has pick up once and this is normal. Usuallu what happens next is They hang up on me. Also i am calling at midnight bacause i called at 7pm and they told me they cant put a note in system so call at midnight.
I was just in there, The lady at the front was so rude to me. I truly never write reviews it was just embarrassing the way she treated me. And it is very unacceptable. CVS needs to clearly retrain their workers on how to be kind and not to have attitude as they check you out.
Rafid and Marwa have been very helpful in helping me during my out town of trip. There effort to reduce my out of pocket expense is exceptional. Please recognize them as they are representative of both customer service and retention.
My drive thru Covid PCR test was turned around in 36 hours.
Went thru the drive thru, the lady there was very nice and helpful.
Pharmacist is very slow and rude!!Has no business ethics, and no respect to customers.
Last night, I bought some over the counter stuff and I purchased them at the pharmacy. A short lady named, Rovan, was my cashier and she was extremely rude with attitude. Telling me next time I should go to the front and making up stuff. She acted like she’s top notch and knows everything. Not customer friendly AT ALL. I was observing her she was so bossy with all the other pharmacy workers. I truly feel bad for the pharmacy staff. DO NOT go to her cash register!!
Pharmacist couldnt find my meds, but called around to find them at another CVS. He was extremely personable and professional. His consideration of me as a customer/patient was exceptional, as it should be.He was kind, and willing to go the extra mile. Even though I wound up going to the 13 Mile & Southfield location for my meds, I felt helped, heard, and grateful. I wouldnt hesitate to go there again.
The drive through services at this place is absolutely terrible. We were made to wait for 45 mins at the counter for our covid testing while the employees were figuring out something and giggling over the microphone, which is ridiculous. Hope they improve!
The Cashier Majida Saaid is the reason why I keep coming back to the CVS located at 13 Mile and Woodward. She provides unmatched and phenomenal customer service. She is engaging, beyond patient, helps me to resolve my CVS card discrepancies, tells me the sales/deals and helps me to save a lot of money. I love interacting with her because she’s consistently so very nice and professional.
Ive only been here once for meds in an urgent situation.Jim the night shift Pharmacist was EXCELLENT.He took the time to understand the issue and guide us in the best direction.Jim is a good man.
Extremely warm friendly helpful staff! This store is always fully conveniently stocked!!!
The pharmacy tonight was fantastic! I watched and listened how they took care of the two people in front of me. Very helpful. My turn was excellent. Had a snag with my insurance. In my opinion they went above and beyond just being helpful. They got to the bottom of the issue. Ive been to other pharmacies and this CVS location was just great. They didnt have the attitude of sorry, figure it out. I believe they cared. Very refreshing. Rheanna was what customer service should be.
They now close the right lane at night for drive through.Waited for half a hour in that lane match 21st at 10am before I finally called the store and he told me the lane was closed even though we made eye contact multiple times. Went in asked why he couldn’t tell me that and he wouldn’t give a reason. Finally pushed to move to a online pharmacy after years of awful experiences at this cvs.
I visited CVS dillegently for the past two years in order to see the inventory and what I can purchase next. As of recent, I visited and there was a tech who smiled at me so brightly, I felt the love across the room. Despite all the bad service I recieve, I must say that the ethnic employee always makes my experience there 10/10
Pharmacists could be better. Good location otherwise.
They are super rude and every ETA they give about prescriptions is wrong. They are comically bad. They consistently provide terrible service. The 5 star reviews are probably fake. If you go here enough times you will see what I mean.
The pharmacist Rasheed was rude and extremely unhelpful. This is not my usual location, but I was directed here from a different location because they had what I needed. With no explanation, he told me that I had to go to “my” location, as if I can’t get a script filled anywhere else, and that they would have to help me. So basically refusing me service. The only reason that “my” location couldn’t fill my script, which I receive and have been monthly, was because their order was accidentally messed up and I was going to have to wait a week for medication that I need now. I have to go to CVS because of my health plan requirements, but I will tell you this, I wouldn’t give CVS any business at all if I had a choice and will certainly not be purchasing anything additionally from them due to the service, or lack of, that they continue to give or shall I say not give. Going off of what others have also said and the number of 1 star reviews, it’s sad that they are across the street from a major hospital and because of the sheer amount of business that they receive because of that, they “CVS”, could obviously care less how they treat people. Thanks for showing me how much you “Care” Rasheed.
Pharmacist who’s the manager here is extremely rude. If he ever does this in person we’re gonna have a problem.
Rafid and the rest of the pharmacy staff are top shelf! I pass 2 CVS stores to shop here.
Pharmacy staff is very professional and friendly. So thankful to find a 24-hour pharmacy on a Sunday night - the only one in Oakland County right now! Thank you so much!
I was advised by the hospital to call and make sure this pharmacy had a particular medication in stock and not a single person. Would give me a yes or no. They would fast her someone who just had surgery to be in pain driving around searching for their prescriptions. Ridiculous.
Only one star because I cant do zero stars. Avoid this place. Used to be pretty good now horrible. The last several prescriptions were a several day process and a bunch of phone calls to get filled..
Don’t use the drive through.. takes way too long. Sat in the car for 20 minutes before I was able to talk to someone
I really like this CVS Pharmacy location, the staff members are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and very well organized, plus theres free parking.
The guy who gave me my corona test was really hot.
Very helpful and friendly employees, manager emails directly if you have concerns, neat and clean store, well stocked items, pharmacy very efficient and helpful
SUPER RUDE & INCONSIDERATE!!!!! After going to urgent care & having the doctor at urgent care call in a script, I waited in the drive through line for about 15-20 minutes. Then once it was my turn, they told me it was just called in (an hour ago) but they would expedite it....to be ready in 20-25 minutes. They would not fill a script for 6 pills...while I waited at the window. They made me get out of line. Wait 20 minutes. Then I had to get in line again. 40 minutes for 6 pills!! From urgent care, for an urgent matter... 6 Pills!!! SO RUDE!!!
Their best pharmacist (Doug) retired. Forget about the fact that Ive been coming there for the same medications for years. Forget about the fact that the doctor proscribed the medication for the correct date. The new pharmacist is going to fall back on Arbitrary rules set by CVS -- not my doctor or my insurance carrier. If youre looking to be treated like a person rather than a number....keep looking!Congratulations on your retirement Doug! Youll be missed. I wont miss CVS!
I have been coming to this CVS for a while now. I read several bad reviews about the pharmacy being slow and rude. I have never had that as an issue. Everyone has always been very polite and friendly.
This is back-up pharmacy, but the Pharmacist are always helpful & knowledgeable when explain med usage! He has been especially a life saver in the wee hours of the morning when Im having difficulty (male pharmacist) has always taken time to answer question!
Pharmacy is terrible. Pharmacy techs do bare minimum and are always put out to do anything beyond ringing you up. Similar experience 2 separate times with Pharmacist Amber. She is not professional, especically compared to the 2 other pharmacists that work there. Have never had any problems or issues with them. Will now be using a different Pharmacy even though this one is closest to our home.
Was able to get a prescription for my hospice patient at 2am! Pharmacist Doug was very helpful.
Was told they would order my prescription on Thursday and to come back Monday or Tuesday. I called Monday and was told Tuesday which was fine. Then I show up on Tuesday and am told Friday maybe. I was blatantly lied to and its frustrating. Completely unprofessional.
Francis the manager is kind of an a-hole. Normally my experience is completely normal. But today after waiting 30 min and having to be paged 3 times, he shuffled over to me and gave me a blank stare which is his way of asking me what I needed. He could not wait to get out the door to go to his car and have a smoke or whatever he was doing. Completely unhelpful, unprofessional and very apathetic. The first time I have ever had a bad experience here, and I go here alot as its down the street, but it was so bad I think Ill switch to the Walgreens across the street.
Great location, terrible, and i mean unbelievably horrible, rude, incompetent pharmacy staff.
I was in the hospital and they transferred a prescription from Sault Saint Marie for me. It was filled within two hours. Great service. Thank you.
Pharmacy staff very incompetent they tell me that they will fill a prescription at around 6pm a few hours later no calls, no text then when I call the pharmacy staff tells me they never filled it bc they didnt have enough! Ummm total incompetent staff!
My wife usually fills her scripts here. theyre always very helpful, even pointing us in the right direction for a odd ball prescription they couldnt fill .
Complete morons. My doctor called in a script for me at 11 o’clock last night and now they claim they cannot find it/have no record of him calling it in . How do you LOSE a drs order!? So unprofessional
This is the nicest, cleanest, most spacious CVS that I know of.
Clean, fast, polite. Just a great experience.
Clean, prompt service, friendly staff.
The worst service I have ever had by a pharmacy. First call was on hold for 20 minutes and then when the pharmacist put me on hold to see if they had my medication I sat for another 10 minutes and then I was hung up on. Called back was on hold for 53 minutes to be told the pharmacist already answered my question (which never happened) and then proceeded to tell me they didnt have my medicine. I will never use this pharmacy again.
Currently sitting on hold with the pharmacy 17 minutes and going! Not once checking back on the line.
Typical CVS, great pharmacy department.
The staff is friendly but sometimes the lines are long
Hopeless on the phone.
Pleasant.
Standard CVS experience, very clean store
