Went to Wal-Greens with a FedEx package with a QR code. “Shift Lead” Jarod was eating a full meal at the photo counter. No judgement as most places are externally short staffed. Jarod stated FedEx is done at the front counter. Okay, moved to front counter. Jarod then stated he could not accept my package without a label. However the previous day I dropped off a package at an alternate location with a QR without issue. Jarod then told me he could enter the information manually, but that would take too much of his time. I suggested he work on his customer service. And, asked to speak with the manager. He proceeded to tell me that he was the manager. I replied, he was the shift lead. Not the store manager. Jarod walked off, laughing at me. Mike, the other cashier said the managers name was Bruce. When I asked where Bruce was and that I would like to speak with him. He responded that he did not know. I left the store. This is unacceptable customer service. The store on Rochester quickly and easily processed my return for FedEx! By a store manager none the less. She also stated that she didn’t think the manager of the store in question was named Bruce.I am shocked that Wal-Greens allows this typeof behavior by their employers. The pandemic has caused huge employer shortages. But, it’s still not acceptable to treat customers like garbage. Come on Wal-Greens, do better.

This store is horrible. I only go to Walgreens, not CVS, or Rite aid. I like Walgreens, just NOT THIS ONE.There is one guy especially who is rude, throws your stuff in a bag. Throws the cards i just bought in a bag any which way. They were just 3.99 each! Rude, rude, rude.

I was in the Walgreens on 13 mile and Woodward. I finished shopping and approached the register just as the cashier was about to leave the station, as I moved closer he slammed the door to the cashier station so hard that all the bags flew all over the floor. The bang was so loud and aggressive that the manager and a sales associate came running up to see what happened. I could feel the cashier’s frustration with having to wait on me and it made my transaction with him extremely uncomfortable. Nothing further happened, I cashed out and left but it did leave me wondering about the mental state of Walgreens employees.

I shop often at this Walgreens, despite its 2.4 rating. Most of the cashiers are, at least, polite, except for one. Tonight I purchased a package of masks, and a pack of Marlboro Light for a friend. As MICHAEL went to get the cigarettes, I was entering my pin number for any discounts related to the purchase. As I was entering the number, this rude cashier says something I couldnt hear, as I suffer from Tinnitus. I looked up, and he says points. I said; what, and he curtly says; do YOU Want to use your points? I politely said; yes, please. No sooner had he said that, he says;IDas Im retrieving my debit card. Again, no please, just.ID. I am a member of of an organization of people with disabilities, and I am going to tell everyone, especially Veterans not to frequent your store, and IF I ever shop there again, which I doubt, and he is ever rude again. I am going to punch him in his fat, disgusting face.

Saturday 2 p.m. I went to the store to ask for help because I shipped a package through them a company claimed they didnt have it the manager and the cashier was very rude I would never go again July 17 .

This Walgreens pharmacy on Woodward in Royal Oak is the worst Ive ever been too!I had a very expensive prescription that needed to be filled. I was told it would take an hour. No problem.When I came to retrieve my prescription, I was told the cost is $59.00. I said, no way, I have a Walgreens prescription discount membership and a Good Rx discount saying, the cost is $30.00.They would not honor the Good Rx discount. Such a bunch of hypocrites. I always have to fight with this store about trying to over charge me..Went to Meijers and paid $20.00 for my prescription. Never again will I go to Walgreens, again...

I have gone in to pick up my prescription and it’s never ready. Even after I get the phone call that it is ready. This has now happened 3 times. Will not go back. Lady behind the counter was rude about it. I had recorded the message and played it for here and she didn’t care. Rude rude rude.

Probably the nicest walgreens I have ever been in.... very spacious.... curious how much of a problem they have with bio hazard in the trash... big stickers on every can warning against it.... I think they keep the good stuff in the back....employees kept asking if I found everything okay, then kind of winking and nodding... like they were implying something

Went through the pharmacy today and the tech was just rude and unhappy! Is this how you treat your customers?? Shame on you!! First experience and it was terrible... they need better training and people skills! Don’t pick a job working with people of you don’t like them, it doesn’t help your company :(

One of the finest customer service teams of any company let alone any pharmacy I have ever visited the checkout lanes are fast and efficient, and the cashiers are very courteous and respectful. And the pharmacy is like none other, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Michael and Sara and the staff and the pharmacy for your respect and helpfulness.

The weekday morning black female pharmacist is uneducated and not knowledgeable about very much. She cant answer simple questions about over the counter medications, I had to call another Walgreens and they were able to help and answer my questions immediately. The only questions she can answer are the ones she consults her computer for. She is a prime example of the saying, pharmacists are a dime a dozen. Will not return to this location.

The pharmacy here is extremely unhelpful. They didnt have my prescription in stock after I waited hours for it. When I asked if they knew if there was another location that had it in stock the very rude pharmasict told me he couldnt do a search and that i would have to cal around to find out. I called one other Walgreens and they were instantly able to run a search and see what location had the prescription I needed. So much for customer service.

I am shocked at the customer service I just received from the pharmacy department. I believe her name was Rhonda. Extremely rude, she made me feel like I was bothering her for help. The other two employees stopped doing what they were doing and were watching and listening to my conversation with her, and it was like she was showing off at being a smart ass to me. I was speechless at the moment and just had to leave. Reading other reviews I see that Im not the only one receiving poor customer service. Totally unacceptable. Hopefully the cameras recorded the audio of this exchange for review by management.

I thought I needed a new pharmacy...So I traveled 45 minutes one way to this Walgreens..What a waste of time ...Before I could even speak to anyone at drop off .. I got to hear the person behind the counter be very rude to a person whom was having a difficult time expressing themselves. I turned and walked out, And just as when I came in no one said - Hello,Goodbye, can I help . Nothing. Not anywhere I choose to visit again .

Unfortunately sometimes I have to use this pharmacy. The wait times are consistently horrible. (Once I had to wait at the drive through window for 25 minutes). This has to be THE WORST run pharmacy Ive ever been to.

Want to feel ignored? Go here! In that area they get 5 stars!! Honestly, I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star.I’m not going to make this long i swear- I initially started going here because it is a 24 hr pharmacy and it’s located right by Beaumont (thinking they’d be on top of it). WRONG.I’ve been here several times over the last couple years and never have I ever been greeted to say the least. Also, They always make me feel of an inconvenience and that I’m bothering them.Today was my last straw. After standing there minutes with out being greeted. They proceeded to say pick up or drop off? (First words, friendly right?) -quick convo happens- then says one of my prescriptions will be ready in 15 mins or less. She proceeds to stand in the back laughing and joking around and stacking boxes..... meanwhile ( 10mins or so later) the other “pharmacist” says oh have you been helped yet?Save your time. Save your money. You’re worth more than walgreen’s pharmacy (espieclly this location).

Called and whoever answered the phone didnt identify their department. Tech cut me off twice and was so rude. Also gave me incorrect information about my prescription - makes me wonder about the schools they are attending. Complained to the manager - hopefully they will clean house.

Called with a product question and was abruptly cut-off mid-sentence with a lazy hold on and click, then the next person who came on the line was equally as rude, cutting me off and acting like I had some nerve interrupting her day. I can only assume they pay horrible wages here to not attract at least polite employees. Will avoid this store.

This place is awful. The pharmacy is a complete mess, poorly run, screws up scripts, and oh yes long lines. Avoid at all costs... The regular store is not much better. Head to CVS nearby, far better.

Pharmacy Assistants are rude. My prescriptions were promised the day before I went to pick them up, the next day when I came to pick them up they were not ready and the the pharmacy help was rude.I believe they may even be prejudice because of their complete bad behavior.

Daughter had surgery at Beaumont, was discharged late at night with pain med prescriptions. Went to CVS on Woodward to fill, they said they were out of Norco. Asked if they could call another CVS to see if they had in stock, they said, ...no, we dont do that. So, I called the other CVS myself and they told me the same thing -out of Norco. This is a hugely popular drug, how could they be out? Went across the street to Walgreens; They said they had Norco in stock and would happily fill all the prescriptions even though were not regular Walgreens pharmacy customers. They were super nice and very accommodating. I will reconsider using CVS as my go-to pharmacy because of this experience.
