JNM Painting Autobody Shop really took care of me & my car. I took it in after having an accident & Santiago got my supplemental estimate done & delivered to my insurance right away. Even though my insurance dragged their feet Santiago & Stephanie were understanding & kept me updated.Once my insurance finally cooperated, it was ready & looking just like new in a short period of time. I really appreciate the effort JNM put into the repairs & working with my insurance. They were all very professional, nice & courteous. Thank you!!!

Santiago provides excellent service making sure his customers are satisfied 100%. I needed body work done to my car from an accident and it looks brand new again! He and crew go above and beyond by including a surprise bonus of an interior cleaning even though he didnt have to. I live an hour away from the shop and would gladly drive out anytime I need work done. HIGHLY recommend :)

My car was on the urge of being totaled and he saved my car by working with my adjuster. Not only did he repair but he detailed my car and made me fall in love all over again with my vehicle. Santiago has repaired damage to my car twice and he is absolutely incredible - the last time I went in for some scratches on my bumper and mirror, he surprised me by not only defogging my headlights but also fixing the clips on my bumper all at no extra cost. He does better work than the big chains at far lower than their prices. Santiago is truly the man!

Santiago did great work on my wifes headlights. Rather than pushing me into buying new headlights, he stated he could make the ones she had look brand new and it would cost WAY less. He gave me an estimate and let me think about it. He was always very helpful with any questions that I had and he never tried to upsell me on anything.Very professional and honest, highly recommend.

A little background on how I met Santiago and how God works. My mom had an accident in my car and it just so happen that Santiago was passing by. He stopped to lend a helping hand. Once he did so he advised my mom that he specializes in auto body repair and handed her his business card. So in all honesty I tried to help out someone I knew with the business and got screwed over. The sad thing is you try and help people out and thats the thanks you get. Anyway, I had always kept his card handy and I went by the business and the rest is history. The professionalism, value, quality, thoughtfulness, caring, that I received regarding my car was more than I could ask for. He is very very thoughtful. We worked out a schedule for dropping off my car...I dropped my car on a Friday. Picked up my car on a Tuesday. Let me tell you when I saw my car it was breathtaking and I am not exaggerating. I am a bit of a cry baby. So Ill admit the water works did happen. Id had my car more while damaged then not. So to see it on that Tuesday was absolutely amazing. Santiago, had asked me did my car look better now then when I first bought and I said yes it does. I was truly elated when I saw my car. I kept telling him that I was not going to cry but it happened. When you drive a car the way I did for as long as I did and then you see the amazing work that he did it was truly overwhelming. The funny thing is I tell everyone I got a new car lol. Because that is exactly how I feel. Oh did I mention Santiago detailed my car so good it just felt and looks like a brand new car.
