Had some minor damage to my car and I feared the repair process would be a headache but Car Tech had me taken care of through the whole process. I waited no time for an estimate and Ana communicated every step with me while my car was getting fixed. This place really does quality work for reasonable prices and great service.

Quality work is the best part of Car-Tech. Reasonable prices and taking the load off when insurance is involved are also pluses.You can be sure they have fixed everything they promised professionally.

I felt compelled to leave a review. I have not even left reviews for my favorite restaurants and i felt I had to share my experience. Ive been taking my cars for the past 10 years to Car Tech collision. I have gone thru 5 of them. Mazda, Pontiac, Camaro, Porsche Cayenne and now the Panamera. And each one has had repairs done to. Thats Dallas for ya!Im only naming these cars to let you know that they are trained for domestic and imports.No one is perfect! I dont care if you take your car to the Porsche dealership their repair folks or machinery are bound to make a mistake here and there. Trust me! Ive experienced plenty... But the reason why I take mine to Car Tech Collision first is because I know they will take the time to explain the process. What and why they do or need certain things to achieve the end goal. And with all the pictures they take before, during and after the repairs believe me they are not only doing that for the insurance company but for any disgruntled customer that feels other wise to file a lawsuit.My first time was when I had a big dent caused by someone standing on my car at a soccer game. I was fresh out of college just started my first job and I went to Car Tech thinking they would at least take my money to pop out the dent. Cuz seriously you know there are a lot of shops out there that would have taken my money with a request like that.Ruben took the time to explain to me that his company doesnt and wont ever work like that. He said he would see if he could find me a hood at the junk yard and will work with me on my deductible. He was able to do what he said and my little Mazda 3 looked brand new.That is not all!!! After 2 months the paint on the hood started chipping off. I notified Ruben and he assumed that they were rock chips and obviously if they were then that has nothing to do with his quality of work but he would still take a look at it. He realized that there was more to it and found out that the formula to the paint he used wasnt right. So he called his paint vendor and told them the issue. And they fixed it and redid my paint job. And Ive been going back ever since :) So here is some pictures I kept on the Camaro. The car was vandalized by some kids in the neighborhood. Garland of all places and then while I was in the process off filing a claim some lady decided to side swipe me while I was parked. So the paint got stripped down to the metal.

Fixed my bumper like new in three days. Top notch.

I had just bought a new vehicle and in the first two weeks it was hit while parked in front of my house. Car tech collision center came highly recommended from a trusted mechanic, so I decided to have it repaired there. Ana is awesome to work with and always let me know what was going on and answered any questions I had. The vehicle came back looking better than new. I am extremely happy with the work they did and they did a great job dealing with the insurance company to make sure they used the best parts possible. Ive already recommended them to family and I will continue to use them for any other repairs I may need.

If I tell you Reuben and Ana are the greatest in Texas. They are courteous, timely, and most importantly they are damned good at their work. Reuben and his team put back together a 2010 Camaro SS and I tell you that car looked brand new!They are now a part of my family and if you want reliable and honest service please try them....THANKS YOU ALL!!!!

The people that run this shop are unprofessional crooks. Wish I could rate negative stars. Too much went wrong to list everything in this review. Email me and Ill be happy to share all the gory details [email protected] to have them repair a front end collision, and had them do some minor work while they had it in their shop (affix the spoiler and trim). They didnt repair the work properly (on the wreck or the additional work), and tried to place blame wherever they could except for themselves. I have warranties on the repairs, and they will not honor the warranty. Trying to decide now if its worth the time and effort to go to small claims court, but hopefully I can save you from making the same mistake I did. RUN FAR, RUN FAST!I dealt with Ruben. During the original repairs, they forgot to replace some parts. When I realized this, and took it back, he told me to take it to another shop because we dont have any mechanics here, to determine whether HIS SHOP actually missed what I claimed they missed. This would mean that I would have to pay another shop to tear down the front end of the car to see if CAR-TECH screwed up on the work they did, warrantied, and State Farm paid for.Upon taking the front end apart, it was discovered that, indeed, the repairs were done incorrectly. Furthermore, the additional work I had done on the spoiler (affixing it to the vehicle, as the weather stripping was coming loose), was done poorly. I asked him to fix it, took the car back, he said he DID FIX IT, but he didnt. When I asked him why he didnt fix it, he said that it was an aftermarket spoiler that didnt fit correctly, and he wouldnt honor his original warranty (THIS IS A BOLD FACED LIE!, it is an original factory spoiler that has never been removed). And if it were true (its not), why wouldnt he say during the original repair that there were issues with it, or during my second trip, when he claimed that he fixed it again.... It was only after I noticed that it still wasnt attached correctly that he started making up stories about the part being wrong, and saying that he is cancelling the warranty.Now Im stuck with faulty work on the spoiler (money out of my pocket), and still have further problems that werent fixed on the original repair (which State Farm would have paid for), and he is telling me I need to take it to a real mechanic (boy, theres truth in that... their workforce obviously isnt skilled, knowledgeable or honest). I spent hours on the phone with him and the State Farm adjuster, and both the adjuster and myself agreed that Ruben is inept and dishonest (in my own words, hes a lying crook that wont take responsibility for his own shops faulty work).Despite my anger while writing this review, I was completely level-headed and calm while speaking with him on the phone about this, yet he kept hanging up on me... (easier than admitting he and his business are incompetent). I could go on with much more detail, that would make you cringe (and make my attorney giddy), but I will leave it at this... GO ELSEWHERE! I dont know of a great place to get your car fixed, but I can tell you its NOT CAR-TECH!

This is the second time we have use Car Tech Collision Center and both times these guys did great work. They were fast but very detailed and at a fair price. We will definitely use them again if the need arises and recommend them highly.

I have taken two of my cars in for repairs, for a total of three times after two times being rear-ended, and one time hit and run from a person running a red light, in my newer vehicle. Each time I received prompt, courteous service and assistance in going through this process and even with arranging pick-up from the rental car company. Anna at the front desk was very helpful and informative. The repairs made to the body of both vehicles made them look just like new! One of the vehicles was showing an issue afterwards from being rear-ended, which we took back in, and they corrected promptly. They took the checks from the insurance company, and we just had to pay our deductible. I can highly recommend this company, and will go here again if needed-but hopefully not for a very long time!

Overpriced and dishonest. 2 experienceswanted repair on my car got an estimate way overpriced even more than the dealer.Took my truck to install and new side mirror.that I bought from a dealer. They broke the bracket and didnt take responsibility for it and all they say its not the right part .Not to mention there horrible customer service.

Everything was clearly explained, they fought the insurance company for OEM parts, and the repair was flawless. They even gave me a little touch up paint to cover a small unrelated ding for free! Loved the constant email/text updates on the progress of the car.
