I had a collision in my truck. My insurance suggested that I have the truck towed to this business. I couldnt have happier that my truck was towed and repaired at this business. I had received texts messages almost daily while they were working on my truck. I had also went by several times to check on it and the employees were very accommodating and happy for me to come by to check on it.I felt like my truck was in really good hands while being fixed. All of the employees went out of their way to answer any questions that I had. Im not sure of Dons last name but he had really went above and beyond of his job on doing something extra that I had wanted done on my truck. I cant say enough of positive things about this business and I intend on letting the owner know as well. Im very picky on who gets to work on my truck and Ill always pick this place again if Im ever involved in another accident. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my truck (baby) while it was in yalls shop. GREAT JOB!!

I have used Service King 3 times & they value me as a customer. They have great customer service. They keep me up to date on the progress & they finish on time or earlier. The work is like new & they guarantee their work. I have no complaints.

SK Rowlett was great! They kept constant communication and did a great job on my car and repaired it as quick as possible so I could have my car back. I will definitely use them again in the future.

This was a nightmare from the beginning. We had used them before and they were great, but when we went back, all the personnel had changed and they had to tow our car (wasnt drivable) to Carrolton, and they assured us they would bring the car back to Rowlett for pickup. When we dropped it off, we told them we wanted a dent and bad door ding that had nothing to do with the accident fixed, so please give us a quote. They circled the dent and ding with yellow grease pen. Told us it would be done in 5 to 7 business day. As expected, they werent accurate on the time, no big deal. 4 days late, they told us it was ready and waiting on tow from Carrolton back to Rowlett. Waited 2 days for them to get it back to Rowlett, come to find out, they told us the towing company they contract with only has 1 or 2 trucks, and they were busy. Ended up going and getting the car ourselves. They didnt fix the ding or dent, and when we got it back, there was a piece of trim that needed replace and the passenger door wouldnt lock. Took it back the following Monday, and after 2 day, we had to have them rent us a car (on them) to get back and forth from work. I will never use them again

If theres zero star, I would use it. I cant believe how they can stay in business while they kept lying to the customers. They kept my car for the whole month. People, please take your business else where because this Service King, especially the one in Rowlett TX is worst from customer service to the quality. Stay far way from them. Ive learned my lesson.

I had minor collision damage to my van. Art took care of me beautifully. He inducted my van into their system quickly, provided daily updates and notified me when it was ready to go. The work was excellent. The van was delivered with all damage repaired and the van freshly washed. I have used Service King several times over the years and I keep going back. I wouldn’t do that if I didn’t feel like I got excellent value for the time and money, and I am picky about my vehicles. Doc Lucas

My husbands truck was hit by a wheel that flew off of an uninsured drivers car. The hood was a wreck. Shout out for Art at Service King in Rowlett who was a super star, always updating with status and getting a great job done in really good time. I would highly recommend this store even though I would normally shy away from the bigger folks like Service King, they really did an excellent job! Thanks Art!!

From the first day I dropped off my vehicle they explained everything that would be done and I explained what I expected. They kept me updated daily on the progress. Work was done when they said it would. I was very pleased with the quality of work that was done. I had an older vehicle worked on and they treated it like I owned a new one. Stop by to get estimates for my wifes Ford, Andrew was nice and took a look at it, took all my information, said he would email me the estimate, this was Thursday around noon. He said it would take 2 hrs. Friday around 10 am still nothing, call shop, was sent to voicemail left message, and again phone number, for Andrew to call or email the estimate, now Sat. Morning and have not heard from him. Not sure what I did wrong. I had thought Service King was top notch, well guess not.

My fiance and I just picked up our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Service King Rowlett yesterday and it looks AMAZING! Not only do the repairs look perfect the team here also doesnt disappoint. Theyre awesome! We dropped off our car for repair in less than 10 minutes and our service advisor, Aris, made sure to touch base over the next few days to keep us updated. Our car ended up being ready four days ahead of schedule (wonderful surprise) and picking up the car was a breeze! Ive used multiple Service King locations over the years and this one is definitely top-notch. 100% recommend!

Excellent work. Unfortunately the insurance company decided that they would rather write off the car. With that said, we have had service king work on our cars previously and their work has always been excellent. From painting the car to doing repairs to keeping us advised of the status of our work there has never been a complaint.

So far I have had a five star experience and would highly recommend this body shop to my friends. They took my car right on the spot and handled the arrangements with the rental car to pick me up at their business. They took the stress out of the process. Thank you all for being so professional! I had tried to take my car to another business in Rowlett but they couldnt seem to get all their ducks in a row after multiple attempts on my part to help things along. I called Allstate and they recommended Service King. They even have an Allstate guy on their premises who handled the appraisal so that I didnt have to go back and forth with the insurance on anything. He even came out to my car quickly so that I didnt have to get my three kids out. As any mom can tell you, this is a gesture that was greatly appreciated! You are running a top notch business!

Outstand service !!!! I was kept up to date with where my vehicle was at in the repair process by text message and personal phone calls. My vehicle took a few extra days to finish, this was because my Service Advisor Chris Castillo didnt like how one part look after it came out and had it re done. He took very good care of me and treated me like I was family. Highly recommend Service King Rowlett to anyone.

I am VERY satisfied with my experience at the Rowlett Service King (both personal treatment and quality of work). My service advisor, Melody, kept me informed through emails, texts and phone calls. She was extremely understanding and worked really hard for me. She made me feel as if I was the only customer but I know the center was very business. She never hurried me and always answered all my questions thoroughly. The center service workers/staff (as well as others off site at other shops needed to complete my work) worked extremely hard to get me my car when I needed it. I will most definitely use this location in the future. Thank you guys and gals for the professional work you all did!

Auto repair shop. I took my wrecked car there for insurance. It was totalled so I ended up leaving it there. The office personnel are very friendly and know how to handle the insurance company.

This is the second time Ive been (dont judge). They are so friendly and personable. They remember me each time I call, even things I mention offhand about family or unrelated things. They went out of their way this time to make sure I got the right mudguards for my Buick even though it ended up being a whole thing. Next time I hit something I shouldnt, Ill be back!

Today I went into the Rowlett Service King and asked for an estimate on my rear bumper. I was told they wouldnt be able to give me an estimate for 2 weeks! What the heck?? Didnt even walk outside to see what damage I needed the estimate for. Poor customer service right out of the gate.

Took my vehicle in for repairs. Had to walk them through where damage was because they missed a huge issue. Finally picked up vehicle, started overheating a few miles down the road. They hadnt put radiator coolant in radiator. They left tape residue around doors & windows, overspray on window. Fast forward several months when I went to get inspection. Front passenger turn signal very dim but blinking. Tech raised hood, Service King had set bulb on a hose instead of putting it back in housing.

I will never use this shop again or recommend it to anyone.It took them a long time to repair almost more than a month despite the insurance company estimate of two weeks work at the most. In addition there was missing items after I received the car. The shop manager told me twice that I will get a refund check within two to three weeks, guess what, that was in November 2018. I have not received any thing as of today. Horrible customer service!!Now after 5 additional months, crickets are on the other side. Not even a curtesy call from anyone in this place.Very bad customer service!!!

Stopped in to have my trk looked at, light scratches on fender, Aaron took the trk back, 10 mins later he was back, my trk looked new, lm happy.

Well to start off Chris was the person that help me through the time of my car in his possession. My car ended up being a loss from damages but, before he assured me it was going to be a loss Chris was absolutely awesome. He kept me informed and always has answers never hit me with excuses. Chris was very polite and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I have no complaints. If you are looking to use service king as your car ppl ask for Chris he was great and Im sure could use a raise😁😁hope this feedback gets you a raise. On another note everybody else that I encountered over the phone was very polite too. If in the future and some idiot decides to total my car out again I will return. I highly recommend this specific Service King for those Wondering minds👌

I dropped off my car 3 weeks ago, friendly people but after dealing with them for over 3 weeks now they are very disorganized. First my car was going to take 10 days, Then it became 20. But I was assured it wouldnt take that long they would push it out in 17. The 17th day rolled around and my car wasnt even in paint yet. Again no one is taking to each other. So the 19th day came up and I called to ask when I can come pick up my car tomorrow. I was told its still not ready and it maybe another 5 days because they need to call in a few specialist to help run diagnostics to fix a sensor. My question is why wasnt this all scheduled before hand so they dont have to ask people last min and keep my car for longer. This is costing me lots of money in rental car fees. Im very disappointed in Service King I was going to go to the dealership to get it fixed but I wanted to try a place closer to home. Big mistake on my part, lesson learned. I look forward to giving an update when I get my car back.

When my husband went to drop the car off they told him they had no record of the appointment(that was made 3 weeks prior). Then after about 15 minutes of calling different people up there to try to help him they finally found it. My car has been there for almost a week now and no one has followed up with me on what is being done, or the fact that additional things needed to be done. I had to call them an ask what the status of my car was. I was transferred 2 times before anyone knew what I was talking about and willing to help me. I was told that I would get a call back yesterday by 5 PM to let me know if my car would be ready to be picked up today(Because I needed to make the proper driving arrangements prior) and was never called back by Chris or Jim. Chris has been very short and rude with me when I have talked to him and so has two of the ladys that answer the phone when you first call. I would like to say that maybe this was just a fluke, that people were having a bad day and that it was bad timing, BUT they did the same thing to my mother in law just 2 weeks prior to me using them. I feel that the people up here are not wanting to be here and that they are not about customer service. I dont appreciate being run around, and the lack of communication on their part(especially being such a huge cooperation) they would strive for great customer service, but they have failed in a very BIG way!!! I wouldnt use this facility!!

A safeco insured hit me from behind. We are allowed to go anywhere for repairs but i figured they had a working relationship with safeco so might as well. I took it there and instructed to quote safeco using OME parts because in Texas, you are entitled to OME replacement parts. Chris refused to do that and instead quoted safeco based on aftermarket parts. Wasted my time and now having to take my car to a dealership for repairs because Chris didn’t want to follow the law or his customer’s requests.

They are so busy eating breakfast that they cant take the time to give you an estiment.I went in at 7:45 the only person that n there besides the employees and not only did she tell me I would have to make an appointment to get an estiment but she was so busy eating her whataburger that she could even set up an appointment for me but she could give me a number to call if they are this lazy when you try to bring business to them then I doubt if they even care when they are working on your car no character or class at this place avoid at all cost
