Had to buy a new battery for our car and they have almost everything im stock. Never had a bad experience so were happy.

Couldnt find my warranty and was there 6 months ago for brakes. Do we really have to cheat the customer out of $32....really

Never have the parts I need, receive wrong parts 99% of the time, always have to return to store 4 or 5 times before I get fed up and go somewhere else! Worst part store Ive ever dealt with! Will never return!

Walked in and was greeted. Guy looked up my part, (a headlight) and even came outside to make sure it was the right one. Very pleasant experience!

Salesman was very attentive, but since when are they not allowed to help customers? I had to put my own anti freeze in. No biggie I guess, just curious, as I was very impressed that Auto Zone would help me with my vehicle needs, oil, snapping on wiper blades etc etc....

This store has been my go to for many years. Staff has mostly always been able to assist me with anything I needed at the time. And if they didnt have it they could always get it in a day or two. I would tell you to ask for a specific person but all the staff here is friendly and helpful. Great place!!

Every time Ive visited, this location has been understaffed, with the few staff members typically being younger and/or less experienced. This nearly always results in having to wait a significant amount of time before being able to ask for assistance, or for a car part from behind the counter.Additionally, despite their television advertisements proclaiming their free fix finder service (ie: checking the status of any check engine light on an OBD-II compliant vehicle using a standard scan tool), they have always claimed that their scan tool is missing or broken; not too helpful when trying to diagnose a check engine light on a vehicle!I must say, between the lackluster service, the absence of value-add services, and the relatively high prices for auto parts that there are online auto parts distributors that offer a much larger selection of products, at significantly lower prices, and they provide a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of any timeline or budget. Consider the alternatives available before purchasing auto parts here.

A handful of the employees don’t seem to be well trained or know what they are doing. Multiple times of giving the wrong part (number) or a defective one even. And even false promises about discounts and pricing. I do not expect any of these guys to be mechanics, but at least have some common car knowledge and not just go with “the computer says.” You pay for the quality of service in addition to the part and that service is not very high.

Terrible customer service. Dont shop here. Workers here are very unhelpful and seem to be annoyed when asking for help. I hope the owner of the parts store sees this and fires the idots working here.

The employee who helped me was very nice, and offered assistance with my light bulb. I declined due to time, but a huge turn around from the last time I visited. Was very impressed.

Nice that they have Brake clean on sale but it would be even nicer if the had the inventory to sell. Completely out of regular ( chlorinated ) one. Starting to get pricey too🤔

I visited this location today for a new fob battery. The gentleman that greeted me took me right to the battery section. He went above and beyond his job, by actually installing the battery for me. Glad he did, it took the two of us to put the fob back together. I will return to this location next time I need anything car related.

I try not to use them anymore because its very chaotic to try to return things or to buy all the things or get your parts. I basically use OReillys as much as possible unless they dont have an item and auto zone has it. And I never seem to get my reward points I have 3 vehicles Im buying parts for constantly and always get screwed out of my rewards oreillys since me my coupon in the mail.

Online stated they had my part in stock but they were unable to find in inventory even though they just got a shipment in. Left without purchasing. Not very helpful

Took my car in for the third time to get one thing fixed and its still not fixed. They were supposed to call me before any work was done to tell me the exact price and called to tell me it was done instead and I owed x amount. I wasnt given a loaner car because it was late the day I brought it in but I expected a call the next day to come pick one up. This is not the first, second or even the third issue Ive had with this dealership. Im sick of this place. I want my money back and this car taken so I can buy anything from anyone else. Id rather walk then ever do business with this place again. Im furious.

This place had what I was looking for and the price was good. The manager is why Im giving 3 stars. He was really awkward and kept asking questions not related to the part that I purchased, why I had a trailer on my car, why I was going on a trip, where I was going, etc. The other employees were very helpful but the manager was awkward and was trying to make small talk about random reasons why I purchased the part that I did. Which would normally be ok, but it just felt weird. All I wanted was to get the part and go. I wasnt even in a hurry, I just didnt want to chat with someone I didnt know.

Went to buy 2 sway links in the Round Lake beach store. When i tried to pay by Visa debit card their computer wouldnt take it. Confuzed store clerk didnt know what to do. Finally the female manager showed up and said my card was declined, which is NOT TRUE ( Well over $1000 in the checking acct). Luckily, i had enough cash with me to cover it, but then after i paid i told her i had an Autozone rewards card which i wanted to put a credit on. She said it was too late since she already completed the sale, and hurridly told me to call the number on the reciept to get the credit. I watched others in line behind me getting furious with their incompetence and throw their merchandise down and LEAVE, which is what I wanted to do too. I swear the RLB store is always some kind of problem or conflict when i go there. One of the worst AZ stores in the midwest. THUMBS DOWN.
