I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmad for several years and find her to be an excellent doctor. She is very exacting and makes sure that her diagnosis is right on target. FIRST THING...........The Doctor was super nice!!!! Super friendly and welcoming. That goes a long way in my book. She made me feel welcomed and that she was eager to help me with my issue. Also, the young lady that checked me in, the one who did my eye pressure check: SUPER NICE. I arrived stressed over the deal going on with my right eye. As a diabetic, I play close attention to my eye care. Dr. Ahmad made sure to check EVERYTHING and gave me a prescription and put my mind at ease!!!. Dr. Naheed Ahmad is the BEST! I saw an article saying she was the BEST optometrist in our local paper and my husband and I set up and appointment. Weve been seeing her ever since and now our kids all go to her for their eye exams.

Staff members need a lesson in customer service, stat! Stopped by to inquire about an appointment, lady was brusque and rude and could not be bothered. Against my better decision, I called Monday morning and again got the brusque impersonal, were to busy to help you. I said I would have to look elsewhere, she said Fine! and quickly hung up the phone.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ahmad, but I do agree with the other reviewers that the staff around her took away from the customer service. All in all, I enjoyed it and will be back!

Roswell GA location is an uncaring eye care center. Visited this location 3 times and was totally ignored for 10-15 minutes each time. Never was greeted by any of the staff. They never said, we’ll be with you in a moment. NOTHING! ... Go to the Alpharetta GA store. They are friendly and actually seem glad that you’re there and really try and make your visit a pleasant experience worth the customers time and not theirs.— The young women at the Roswell store who makes the appointments with the doctor/s was condescending and somewhat passive aggressive - you know; friendly, but with an unmistakable underlying bite. She made sure to let me know that she was only the appointment maker for the doctor/s and had nothing to do with the eyeglass frames sales floor and had nothing to do with Walmart. — Another salesperson who sits on the left hand side while looking in to the store, out of three visits to this store, never acknowledged my presents in her store even after being in the store 10-15 minute.

Time is money. Dr N Ahmad was great but ( in my opinion) the service of her staff completely undermined that great service. I had two exams to achieve the correct vision. The booking of the first appointment by phone- the computer was down. I requested a date & time to be put on paper (confirm the next day) it did not get done.Thats ok. Things happen. I have my first appointment on 8/21/18 tried the tester lenses. They needed a tweak. My second appointment on 08/31/18 I have my second evaluation and set of tester lenses. OK.09/07/18 I am told I must come in to order contact lenses. 09/27/18 I physically go in to order contacts.The year supply of lenses are not there (understandable) they will be ordered. I ask if the turn around time is a week- they say yes. They offered to swap my unused lenses & gave me the wrong strength for either eye, then called me hours later after I arrived home to say they had the lenses for the opposite eye. I said I would pick everything up when all of my lenses are there. I called 10/05/18 a week later to see if my order was in.It was not. It is Oct 08th. I call to check the status and I WAS TOLD TO ODER THEM ON LINEWhy wasnt I told that on 09/07? One month gone. No contacts from Wal Mart. I gave my business to Costco

The female doctor is a sweet professional,knowl knowleged,lady but, the staff are just rude, I was in a phone when one of them just few minutes ago lucky for get I do not remember her name, she was so rude an unpleasant,good job it was a phone call otherwise I think she would have slapped my face, maybe she thought I was asking her to pay my bill or so I do not understand why people like that work in costumer service if they do not like to serve people, i think she is being to deliver a good costumer service but that woman is the wrong bussines.I want to make clear,is the person at the costumer service not the doctor.
