I usually dont write reviews but this one is noteworthy. I have a pair of Tom Ford glasses that had a broken arm. Its one of my favorite frames actually. A couple days ago I brought them in to ask if they could be repaired. Not only did Eye Optique repair them, but didnt charge me a single cent for the service. I had my frames back the next day. It was a bit awkward because of course time and resources went into this and I couldnt directly compensate them. However, it only takes a few minutes to leave a great review. This one was worth it and well deserved. Thank you Eye Optique of Roswell. My frames have been restored.

After having a terrible experience with Roswell Eye Clinic, I took my 3 year olds broken glasses to Eye Optique. He was courteous and fair winning me over for life.

I came in today with some bent glasses, fully expecting to have to wait a couple of days to have them repaired and to pay 30-40 bucks for the repair. Not only were they fixed in a couple of minutes, but the man who helped me didnt even charge me! I was incredibly surprised and grateful for his help and service. Definitely go to EyeOptique for your glasses needs!

Wonderful experience with them when fixing my eyeglasses in about an hour. I will be buying my next pair of frames from them, as they have an excellent set of mens and womens glasses. Im sure that their prices are competitive with bigger box eye centers, but Id buy $10-$20 more for the same pair of frames from them just because of their superior customer service.

My husband and I have been buying our glasses from Eye Optique for more than 20 years. The service Eddie provides is excellent, and we have been extremely pleased with the quality and value of the frames and lenses hes built for us. We finally decided to splurge this year on higher-end designer frames for our sunglasses (Ray Ban for me, Oakley for my husband) and the fit and style of both our pairs is fantastic. The value is quite good as well. We also use Dr. Julia Bond as our optometrist. She is wonderful.

What an absolute fabulous experience. Weve been to other eye clinics, but never had the kind of service we experienced here. My daughter and I were fitted for contacts and eyeglasses and the gentleman (Eddie) was professional, extremely helpful, and accommodating. Dr. Bond gave excellent care and advice during my daughters exam and they didnt try to push off services and their own products like other places have done to us. We went to another eye clinic in Roswell where they were pushy and unprofessional. Because of this, we will buy all our eyewear and services from now on from Eye Optique. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. You wont be sorry!

I called prior to going in to ask if my sunglasses could be repaired. After describing the issue I was advised to bring them in because they could be repaired based off of my description. Upon taking my sunglasses in I was advised that it could take approximately 10 minutes to repair. Once the repair was complete I asked how much so I could pay and I was informed that it was no cost!!! That was very unexpected and needless to say I was surprised and very thankful!! Thank you Eye Optique for the wonderful experience I had with your establishment!!! I would definitely recommend your services to anyone!

I saw Dr. Bond today. What an incredible experience. After being to many box store optometrist, she is far superior. She was caring, listened to all of my questions and had solutions. I highly recommend her.

I can not say enough about the care and service offered at this location. Eddie has the patience of a saint! He was willing to spend as much time as it took to help me find the perfect frames. Eddie went above and beyond to make me happy. I came in for one pair of glasses and came out with the new pair and my old frames fixed with a new set of lenses. In a time were choices are unlimited I choose Eye Optique for their genuine concern and stellar customer service.

Eddie @ Eye Optique is great! He takes care of me and my family. Ive been using him for at least 3 years! I was just in there for my 3rd set of glasses / contacts. Eddie knew my Insurance history, helped me pick the right glasses, and I had my new prescription reading glasses in 3 day!I read the reviews on Google and decided to give Eye Optique a shot. My glasses were broken, and I had already gone to different places to see if I could get them fixed, and they said no. Thats when I saw Eye Optique and theyre good reviews, so I decided to go and ask if they could repair them for me and was immediately told yes. I was surprised and glad to hear that someone would be able to help me, as I really need my glasses. I was received with great customer service, that I had rarely experienced before at other places. I started referring people there as they are also affordable. Over all my experience with them has been great!

I traveled to the Roswell Georgia area from Florida and, like a fool, sat on my glasses and broke the arm off. This happened in late afternoon. I made a frantic search, talked to several providers, all of whom wanted a pretty high charge to repair the broken arm on my glasses. However Eye Optique, was open, was close by, did the work in less than an hour, and did it at no charge. A remarkable group of people, remarkable service and a genuine surprise in today’s world.

After going to Pearl Vision which messed everything up, I went to see Ed at Eye Optique. What a pleasure to work with. 5 stars all the way!

Both Dr. Reimbold and Eddie are fantastic in terms of their service, value and patience.Their flexibility, hours and experience are second to none. They blow the national chains out of the water, I will never go to one again. I was so impressed with the most comprehensive eye exam I had ever had, that my whole family goes there now.Pricing is very reasonable. They make it a pretty painless process and the service are absolutely top shelf. If I would take my 11 year old there I would recommend it to anyone.
