I just have to say what a pleasant experience i had today at this store - i visit this store often but today i had the pleasure of meeting Adrienne - He was most helpful and had the best attitude and outlook. He put a smile on my face, helped me save a few bucks by sharing some specials going on in store (great suggestive selling) and all in all gave great customer service. i even signed up for the rewards program. thanx so much - ill be back again soon!

Charlie is been rude to me for the second time since coming in this store 6663 .the customer service is bad for his rudness I dont think any customer deserves to be treated the way hes treating me specially in front of others customer .one customer came to me and told me she was be treated that way t.too.etold charlieby

Today I was in this store to buy a chair. I was talking to a sales person that I think was the manager. Another lady walked up and just started asking questions. The sales person did not say excuse me, but just walked away and started taking to the the other person. I went to the front of the store to try and find someone else to help me. There were two young adults in the store. They were at the print area just talking and laughing. One of them had been working at the cash register, when I first came in the store. When I said to them that I needed help, they just looked at me. Neither made any motion to help me. I was trying to support a store located in the community. I normally try to not post negative reviews, but there were 2 customers in the store and three employees. Needless to say I just left. I wont beg someone to take my money. There are many other options.UpdateI replied to Emma. She reached out to me from Office Max. I sent her the information that she requested. I was told that someone would contact me. I just wanted to share that I never heard anything from anyone.

Incompetent print staff. No matter who is working they can never find my projects. And when I asked for the best way to upload things on the website so ensure accurate product results I got this quote, oh, I have never actually used our website before 😂😂

Print staff very unhelpful and unfriendly. Instead of taking the time to take care of my printing needs or explaining my options on how they can be helpful I am told no we cant do that or just go to the website and order. No thanks. Taking my printing needs to others in the community that will actually provide customer service.

Wow... what a negative and painful conversation with Kim, the print supervisor. The must be a better way to make recommendations on the best way to get a quality job done on business cards. She was a ball of sunshine if you know what I mean...

For what is offered, it is hard to imagine this type of retail will last, but if you need a stapler or staples right now, theyve got them! Otherwise, as with a recent 3-hole punch purchase, if you can wait for two day shipping, Amazons price was half.

I came here to print in color and to laminate. Both of which they werent capable of doing because no one knew how to get the lamination machine to start (which would take 39 minutes anyways) and because the color printing wasnt working. This is the main reason we come here.

I love Kim in the print shop. I emailed her what I needed and she took care of it. I send my print jobs to her.

Quick service, helpful staff more then willing to go the extra mile.

In October, 3 months ago, I bought an additional vga monitor for my pc. I loved the monitor, hated the computer. Bought pc at Amazon. Replaced the pc recently but it didnt have a vga output, so, the manager took the old monitor back and allowed me to upgrade to an HDMI monitor for 30.00! I love this place and the guys that run it. Great job.

Horrible service in the print shop. The greeting was very unfriendly and she acted as if I was bothering her. It was so bad that I am at STAPLES doing business.
