Purchased a Dell E8400 laptop from CL3 Technology since may tablet would not allow me to read the Kansas City Star Newspaper without fumbling around. The Dell worked perfectly. Approximately 2 months after purchasing the machine, Windows 10 notified me that I needed a different Authentication Code.. I contacted CL3 and Craig, one of their technical people was back to me in less than 45 minutes. Long story short, we were up and running that afternoon. CL3 Technology = good value, good quality, good intentions and unbelievably GREAT PEOPLE. I highly recommend CL3 Technology!

Received a VERY good machine (Dell Latitude). Had some questions about how things were to be run, and received EXCELLENT, personal one on one, service. They are highly recommended.

I dealt with Craig Linton, through about 13 e-mails. My wife and I ended up buying 2 identical laptops from CL3. Craig was very patient with me. I didnt know exactly what I wanted, so he steered me. There were a couple bumps in the road, but from the time I told him to do it ... the computers were on our doorstep in like 72 hours.I am glad I went with CL3. I had spent 4 months trying to find what I wanted in stores. I wanted a 15 laptop, and no one carries them anymore!! I ordered through Wal Mart brokerage and got shot down 3 times. I was getting really frustrated.

These are refurbished laptops folks that look new or nearly new, work like new and save you big money. If you want a brand new laptop go spend the extra hundreds. Thanks again cl3.

I purchased a refurbished Windows 10 pro laptop and it is a good one. It seems to be lightlyused and in good shape. The battery holds a decent charge and the providedcharger works as it should. After loading the laptop with the programs I needit runs them well. Good price and fast delivery. Id buy another from them.

I see all the negative reviews. I bought a refurbed laptop and it had issues. However, so far they have been following up and doing the right thing. I think this is a tough industry and not a perfect science. I will have faith that I will get good results from them.

Their reputation for selling broken goods is well deserved. Was sent a broken laptop and when I called and told them they had a reputation for selling broken products the man on the other end became extremely aggressive. At one point he began mocking me and essentially begging me not to hang up and leave negative feedback at the same time.EDIT: In response to what the business owner said below Newegg actually told me they were opening an investigation into this retailer. They found his behavior of trying to hide negative reviews suspicious. I never attempted to extort anyone as I told them I would be leaving negative feedback regardless of whether or not I was given a full refund as I was sent a broken product. They did however attempt to bully me into not leaving a review and you can see below that others have received broken products from them.

I contacted customer service to get a problem resolved and they helped me. I strongly recommend this company.

I ordered a Dell D630 thru Walmart for my daughter. The reviews on the computer itself were very good but the reviews on CL3 were mixed at best. I decided to roll the dice as it was a great price and frankly no risk no gain. It arrived a day early ( so what right ) and was packed very securely. I opened it up and at age 54 I must say I am no computer wizard but it was in great condition. Not only did it come with all that was promised but within :45 minutes I downloaded all I needed and was remotely hooked into my internet, printer and was watching movies on it with my daughter. Personally I am more than pleased so far and today purchased another D630 for a backup to my desk top. I hope it will come in the same condition as my daughters laptop and I will keep you tuned in, but so far I am very satisfied. Atti Thiry Richland, Wa.

They only guarantee your electronics to work for a month, and also have a bad reputation of selling you broken products. I bought a computer from them through Walmart, and it doesnt even start up anymore after only having it for a couple weeks. Doesnt hold a charge either, so I had to keep it on the AC adapter. I will avoid this company from now on. Waste of money!

Very Unprofessional! Would not cooperate with me concerning my refund. I felt disrespected and the company was rude. I wanted to give a small business a try but that will be the last for this company.

Having a very hard time receiving a refund on damaged laptops. The contact giving is not that very helpful to help me to resolve this issue.

I ordered a Wal-Mart Dell laptop and they prompt me to a used dealer laptop is in horrendous condition scratches dents and Im having a hard time getting a refund
