Whenever you call cricket theyll never connect you to person I had a complaint to do and then never talk to me was just the answer machine 😡

The employees at this location are disrespectful and unprofessional. Cricket has lost our business, but these girls clearly dont care. Horrible representation of the company.

I have been trying to reach this store to purchase a Turbo Hotspot. They will not answer the phone or else they hang up the the phone on you. I dont understand how they have any customers. It is enough to make me want to change phone carriers. I live 75 miles away from the store so I cant just go in to check. It is totally disgusting to say the least. I have tried to order one from Cricket Customer service and they say you have to buy from a retail store. This is completely ridiculous!

Sorriest phone service ever

The customer service there is horrible. I went to see what i could do about my broken phone. The charging dock stopped working. He said there was nothing he could do. Which is understandable, but instead of offering am upgrade or SOMETHING, he just walked away when i wasnt even finished speaking.

Need more staff. It takes a long time standing in line. If you call they wont answer their phone. They are courteous when you get to talk to a staff member though.

Cricket has been a reliable phone carrier. We have 4 lines and still save money with no contract.

This place should not even exist. Every phone you try to buy, they say its not in stock. Every question you ask, they tell you to call customer service or get online. Absolutely useless people! Absolutely useless business! GO VIRGIN MOBILE!

Cricket is not what they talk and say they are the best. NOPE VERY SORRY! Service is BAD & CUSTOMER SERVICE is even WORSE! Local Cricket workers (cause there not (C Service Reps) are even more so WORSE! They are busier with friends & family members. One rep., visiting on phone with/ family the other rep., with a friend. Myself & another customer sitting in lobby area waiting to be helped.

Weve been with Cricket for years. At the end of last year I bought Alcatel IDOL 5. It was bad. I got another one. I tried to tell them I thought something was wrong with it but ended up stuck with this one. Dont buy this phone or this brand. This phone has been nothing but trouble!
