POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - If I could give this location negative 5 stars I would, the girl working there is LAZY and didnt want to help me. Rather than call the the customer service for assistance she gave me a handful of numbers.I ended up driving over to T-mobile to switch my service that same day. Boost Mobile if you keep hiring LAZY People to run your store, you will continue to lose customers.
Customer service here was terrible. There was an asian guy in front and I guess he didnt want to be at work.
The lady working was so helpful And professional. She went above and beyond a normal level assistance. Thank you!
Terrible customer service, the only person working there was not helpful at all and barely spoke English. Had to wait 30 minutes for her to check out a single customer before having to call customer service because she couldn’t help me herself. Use any other store than this one.
