Service is always good at North Atlanta Audi in Roswell. Roy is alway professional and courteous, while giving me the best options for my service. In fact I give high marks to all the service technicians there. My only complaint would be of course is the high price for the service.

Roy is always professional and makes us feel welcome and appreciated. We were thinking about getting another brand but after spending time at the competitors service center with our daughter’s car we decided we would never get the level of service we receive from Roy and his team at Audi North Atlanta. He is the reason we continue to buy Audis.

I’m not typically someone who posts reviews, but I do feel like people deserve to know about the incredible customer experience I had at Audi North Atlanta. A few months ago, a friend of mine lost her wedding ring in my car. We searched for over an hour at night in the rain, but were unable to find it. Audi North Atlanta was able to take my car in immediately when I called them the next morning. Robert in the service department immediately went to my car, and started searching with me to help find the ring. In that moment, I was blown away by his kindness and how much he cared. He treated me like a person who sympathized with how important it was to find the ring, not just a customer. I received updates on their search from him all morning until the ring was found. When I went to pick up my car and ring that afternoon, he was just as relieved as I was that they were able to find it.I had my car serviced for a check up earlier this week, and Robert provided the same high quality service for me. Through the typical day-to-day of his job, and the unique circumstances that don’t happen every day like mine, he treats everyone with the same level of care and service. I think that’s worth the shout out. Thanks so much for all of your help, Robert!

I saw a car online and decided to contact Audi North Atlanta regarding it. The whole process was seamless, very professional, and pleasant. The entire time I worked with Mr. Erwin Wilson who went well above expectations to ensure I had a pleasant experience and got what I wanted. Needless to say, I did purchase the car and am totally satisfied with the purchase, functionality and the way the car handles the road. My last purchase with them was in 2013. Just had a service visit there today -10/18/2021. What a relief that Kay Khim was my service advisor. She explained everything I needed to know thoroughly and accurately, causing less stress and saving me both time and sanity. During a pandemic no one needs more problems. Ms Khim is both professional and friendly.

Tevin is the man! He was very attentive to our needs. Very down to earth, personable, and professional. He connected with us personally and made the experience a great one! Tevin did his best to find us the best deals he possibly could. Would highly recommend asking for him when you walk in!

Audi North Atlanta is one of the best dealerships that I have visited so far. The Sales people Erwin, Lance and the Manager Kim were extremely supportive. They really understand the needs of the customer and try to give the best. I got my 2021 Audi Q7 prestige and 2022 Audi Q3 S-Line from them. The finance manager Marlon gets you the best APR rates and good deals. I would strongly recommend any of you guys to visit the store and meet those people if you are planning to buy a New or Used Audi cars.

Excellent experience. I purchased an r8 from North Atlanta, their team went above and beyond. I worked directly with David who facilitated the deal via text and email... He got it all done within half an hour, start to finish. Then, I worked with Marlon on the finance portion, he was able to get me an excellent rate, and rearranged a few items in order to max my interest rate, even while offering me a couple of nice packages. Finally, these guys came in on a Sunday, an off day, in order to help me take control of the car... I had to come from SC and had a limited window, and the gentleman at North Atlanta worked on my schedule to make this fluid and simple. Ill be back, for sure, and recommend this dealer highly.

This was my first time coming to this dealership. Robert Magnus was my contact and he was awesome. The service was done fast, I was able to get a loaner and the communication was great. Great service overall. I came in for an airbag recall and spoke with Roy. He took the time to explain what parts was needed. It took a little longer than expected for the recall, but that was ok. It’s the peace of mind knowing that it’s complete. I would recommend this dealership for services.

The team was awesome! very courteous and professional. dropped the car off and it was finished a couple of days ahead of schedule. My wife picked up the car and said that was the fastest easiest checkout process ever.

Nice environment and people. Had an oil change that was completed around expected time to finish. Price was reasonable. They washed the car au gratis. They failed to reset the cars oil change and inspection reminder but I figured out how to do so.They recommended replacing brake fluid because they had no record of this having been done in the last 2 years. I declined so I could check my records. I later found my records that another Audi dealership changed the brake fluid less than 2 years ago. This service advisor likely should have known this since when I asked he said all maintenance done by Audi would be recorded in the same IT system. Makes one question whether he checked, and if so does the Audi IT system have a glitch, or he did not check for whatever reason. Grade: B.

The best Audi dealership! I went to Audi Gwinnett 4 times to fix air conditioning issues, they could not figure out where is leaking. So I take to Audi North Atlanta and Roy is really helpful and their technician figure out the problem right away. I called Audi Roswell from an RV campground in Hot Springs AR after I noticed the air suspension wasn’t coming on. I spoke with Jessie in Service and he took the time to explain how to turn off the towing feature, increase the air suspension by going in off road mode. The air compressor came on, suspension lifted the car and we were able to pull the trailer to our next stop in OK that day. The staff is very respectful which is a rarity at car showrooms in my experience. Greg Glennis, my sales person, addressed all my questions and had patience with me which helped to make an informed decision. Even the negotiation part which sometimes could turn ugly was handled in a very professional manner. All in all, great experience, great deal and great staff. Walking away with my new Audi Q5 after such a pleasant experience made it all more special to get my first car.

Took two weeks for transmission to be fixed. Could have received better communication with updates. If I’m not mistaken, parts should have been ordered sooner.

We didnt get the car we had initially intended to purchase but she was able to find us another fit, that matched our needs and requirements. First 10,000 miles service, Understand us import it car but, I found it expensive, For oil change and Review of fluids levels (NO repairs) little more of $1,000 dollars, and That do not include tire rotations…..We also own a Volvo car but that wasn’t that much (?!?)

I was car shopping all morning looking for a car. I stopped at multiple dealerships but I couldn’t find the right vehicle I wanted. My last stop of the day was at Audi. A young man name Tevin greeted me at the door. I told him what I like in what I was looking for . He assured me that he would find me exactly what I wanted and he did. Tevin did a superb job! I left the lot very happy and I felt every penny was well spent. I highly recommend you ask for him as your salesman. I will be back in the future for an upgrade. I bought a new 2021 A7. From the beginning, no one knew anything about the car. I had to research online how do use many basic functions on the car that I believe the dealer should know. I called the service department to schedule service and they said they would research my issues and call me back in two days to schedule. That was over a week ago. It is very clear that both the sales and service departments either are very ignorant about the luxury vehicles they sell and service or they just don’t care about their customers. It will be interesting to see if anyone at the dealership responds to this post.UPDATE: I finally got them to respond to me and provide service. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair any of the issues I reported. I am very disappointed. If anyone knows a competent Audi dealer service department, please let me know.

Several weeks ago I began to have a problem with the bluetooth and navigation in my A5. I went to another Audi dealership in the ATL area. After 3 visits they were still not able to diagnose and resolve the problem. At that point I turned to Audi North Atlanta. I stopped by to schedule a service visit, which I did with Robert Magnus. He put me on the calendar the first date they had available. He also spent about 10 minutes checking the settings in my car to confirm it was not just a quick fix. A week later I dropped my car off with Roy who said it might be 2 or 3 days and set me up in a loaner vehicle. The next day I received a text from the service tech who worked on my car. He included a link to a brief video where he summarized what the problem was and what they had done to repair it. My car was ready that afternoon and the problem was resolved. From start to finish I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of care and service at Audi North Atlanta. I couldnt be happier with the professional and personal service they provided. You will definitely be my dealership of choice going forward. Thanks so much!

Took car in for simple oil chance. They called me and said car is ready come pick it up. Got in car and it was filthy with construction dust then also noticed a message saying car had to much oil. They clearly put in to much oil. Asked service adviser why and told him why does your customer have to see these alarms why did they not catch it. He said he had nothing to say. This is not the first bad service I received at this dealer . Audi north Atlanta clearly has a management problem!’n

Rich, the service associate, exceeded my expectations. He was courteous, respectful, and empathetic during my recent car issue. My husband stated that is why we own an Audi because of the superior and expedient service.

I have been going to this dealership since last 9 years,, had a very bad experience 2 days ago with my Q7 service. Spent $425 on service, service advisor told me that I have to pay another $35 to reset service reminder alert. This is very frustrating. This should be part of service package and as a courtesy, they should reset reminder alert so that I can see the alert when next service is due. This is not check engine light which needs diagnosis. My service reminder alert is still On which doesn’t make any sense after service has been completed and after paying $425. ActualCharges were $375 and they charged extra 10% which is $37 as shop misc charges. They should have reset service reminder alert as a courtesy. Service Advisor was not courteous and friendly, I felt like she wanted to bill/charge me as much as she can. I hope Dealership will accept the fact that customer is God and without happy customers, business will not exist for very long time.

I drive way past the closest Audi dealer to my home to get to Audi North Atlanta because it is rare. Ive owned Audis since 2000 and lived all over the place, and Ive never encountered Audi service that can hold a candle to Audi North Atlanta. The facilities are clean and welcoming. The service is top-notch. I always get a great loaner (a Q7 this last time!) And Ive been working with Kay Kim for years, which adds a familiar touch. Kay always does an amazing job of communicating — keeping me updated and giving me expert advice. The thoughtful service she provides is a big part of why I drive from the city to Alpharetta. And everyone else Ive ever encountered there is extremely professional and helpful.

Do not take your car there for REPAIR! They have an awesome nice team that will treat you with respect and provide a courtesy vehicle but will tell you something is wrong with your car, you’ll pay to have it fixed (over $2500 for me) and other issues will happen. I drove my Q7 in and now have to get it towed over an hour away back home! They are no better than a mom and pop shop after spending your hard earned money only to try to milk you for even more.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever received. I’m enjoying my new Audi and that’s all thanks to Lydia Jackson. She treated me more like a family than a customer. She was so patient, friendly and very professional. I’ve referred her to all my family and friends and when you go in, please ask for her! Amazing!!!!

I never give negative reviews but Audi North Atlantas service department is the absolute worst! A year ago I took my car there for a recall repair (i.e. replace water pump & coolant reservoir). Less than 1 year later, I took it back for an oil change which supposedly included a multi-point inspection. When I picked it up, I asked the service rep if there were any issues noted by the mechanic and he told me there were none.4 hours later, I was driving home and my coolant light came on. I pulled over immediately and my coolant reservoir was completely empty! Stranded on the side of the road, I called the service department and they told me it would be at least a week before they could look at it.Thank goodness my 2nd car is a Honda...It may not be as much fun to drive, but its MUCH more reliable so I dont have to worry with dealership repairs!

Let me start by saying how beautiful this dealership is very nice location love the neighborhood. I was greeted by my sales advisor Lydia who sent me pictures and video of the car previously before I got there. She made the experience very comfortable and easy for my first time buying a car. I highly recommend working with her again five star service from the staff all the way. Thank you for your time!

Nick was amazing. The finance representative was awesome also (Amber). These people are top notch and I love my new S4. If you’re looking for a car no matter where you are (I traveled 9 hours total to get this car) I would recommend going to them.

The overall experience that I had with my salesman, Erwin was great. He was able to provide me with all of the accurate information for my car buying process. My problem lies with the finance manager, Avery who failed to inform me about the $250 deductible on my warranty and never told me the fully amount that the warranty would add to my loan amount. The warranty added an extra $4000 to a loan that was only $10,000. When I came to get the warranty taken off, I had to deal with another finance manager that was unaware of my situation and therefore not very helpful. I was also promised an additional $650 off of the total price of my car from the General Manager, Andre and this amount was not taken off. If I had not returned to the dealership the next day, I would have been out of at least $4650. When I returned to the dealership less than 24 hours after I purchased the car, all of the people that I dealt with the day before were not there and the ones that I did encounter seems very confused about the situation and were not able to find my paperwork. In all, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, as they fail to fully communicate and often left out critical information that ultimately lead to their customers having to pay more than they actually needed too.

Pretty good experience given the limited amount of time and my lack of preparation. Erwin and Amber went above and beyond to close the deal, both have the patience of Jobe and conducted themselves In an honest and forthright manner. We even managed to have a little fun throughout the process. The vehicle (S8) speaks for its self, a quality machine. No buyer’s remorse here.

As usual I had a great experience getting my car service completed at Audi North Atlanta. I was kept informed about what services that were being completed, the cost of the services and the status of the services. I feel likehave been working with Amy now for over 5 years and always get great service from her and the team!!! I also liked the video from the mechanic explaining the services.

Honestly, I felt like an inconvenience to the business. On several occasions while trying to hold a conversation with the sales person he was too busy doing business on his phone or literally getting up and walking away while I was mid sentence. They tried to undermine everything I ask, but then matched most of my request. Which leads me to believe they are trying g to cheat their customers. THEY tried to under pay for my trade in but them I refused then offered more. Tried to finance me at a high rate/payment, when I rejected they match what I wanted. Was forced to pay for addition coverage because it was already on the car, but then that should have been reflected in the price instead of an additional cost added after the fact. Also the car I bought was electric and I had to go charge it after the sale. They knew the night before I was coming to buy this car and it had under 10 miles on it. I ended up paying $46000 for a car that was advertised as $42000. Thats a lot a fee and taxes. I wouldnt have given 3 stars except the car is amazing...hence the reason I wanted to buy it regardless of the dealership.

I don’t know what to say but to honestly remind your team that Kay is definitely for keeps. Her knowledge, helpfulness, her willingness to listen, and her inviting spirit, make me want to recommend more people to Audi North. I usually don’t say much. However, for Miss Kay, I like to say a big “thank you” for an extremely professional work ethic. You need more Kays!!

It has been a couple months and I am disappointed with my new Audi Q5 car and the Audi experience. I have had to take my car in 5 times for oil changes and I only have 7500 miles!!!. I was told the use up rate for this vehicle is high!!I am very frustrated and disappointed because I have to keep going back to North Atlanta Audi instead of enjoying my vehicle I wish I had my old car back, I will not buy/lease another Audi again!!Terrible experience 😪 😢

I needed the oil pressure sensor replaced due to the EPC light illuminating. Unfortunately the part wasn’t on hand and I needed to return which was not a major deal. The work was performed quickly and without incident. I was also able to work remotely at the customer area.
