I had a serious breakdown in Roswell while headed home to Texas recently, and Chip and co helped get me back on the road in an impressively quick amount of time. They were friendly, accomodating, helpful and they did great work!I couldn’t recommend them higher, as a former mechanic it’s nice to find a small town shop that does quality work with old fashioned good service and country hospitality.They deserve more than 5 stars

I was stranded in Roswell when my vehicle broke down. I had my vehicle towed there after hours and first thing in the morning they were already working to get me back on the road. By noon, they had me up and driving! They were all very nice and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

Here you get honest, and straight forward service. Other places will take you for every penny you got replacing parts you dont need replaced. Here they tell you if it needs to be replaced or not. I recommend this company without any reservations.

This is the only mechanic Ive ever trusted. I called him with an issue on my car, he was closed but still took the time to research my problem and give me advice. I honestly believe he didnt want my money but all he wanted was for the problem to be fixed, even if by someone else. Very trustworthy, which is rare for a mechanic.

Broke down on a Sunday on my way out of town heading home to Texas and the tow truck driver had nothing but good things to say about this place. Chip, the owner, was very knowledgeable, didnt over charge or upsell, and was more than accommodating. I wouldnt hesitate to utilize their services again. Learned that this is a Christian business from the website for those of you who are interested in that.

This automotive repair shop is the only place I trust when it comes to our only 2 vehicles, and 33ft Fleetwood Southwind. They let you decide what you want done, and not do it and then charge you. You get a full detailed analysis of whats wrong, and Chip the owner gives you a ballpark estimate every time. Great services and awesome mechanics. All around best place to take ANY vehicle if you want to be treated right.

A good godly place

Extremely nice and friendly manager, was offering me free service because he forgot to inform me the price before they started the work. Never had that happen to me, but I couldnt do that, I payed him.

So my sisters car hit a pot hole on our spring break trip to New Mexico the car suffered extensive damage. In the midst of this chaotic crisis and our MUCH overstayed trip in New Mexico, Hawks has been very patient and kind with working with us. They have been very flexible with our needs since we are ten hours away from home. I dont know how we could have done this without them, and their amazing customer service. Wonderful people! We (mother and daughter) were visiting the area and needed our vehicle looked at. Very honest and reliable!  Will tell you the truth and will not gouge you. They will not make you feel dumb or think youre stupid because youre a woman like many garages do. Would recomend to anyone! Wish there was more mechanics like Hawks!
