Lou and his team are fast, matter-of-fact, and fair. They knew immediately what the problem was after I explained the work I had done on the vehicle and the remaining sluggish performance problems the vehicle had. Mark, the auto technician, showed me the parts that were replaced and explained why they were no longer working. I really appreciated their thoroughness and I highly recommend Auto Shop.

We have taken our cars to Lou for years and been very happy, and I am in the automotive aftermarket industry and have seen my share of both good and bad shops. 3 years ago I was helping my son buy an old F150, had 238K on it and Lou checked it for us, blessed it, and it ended up being a great vehicle that was sold to a family friend. I recently moved out of state to a snowy area and didnt feel comfortable when it came time to get another older high mileage vehicle from my new area due to rust created from the weather and salt. We decided to search used cars around Lous shop to have sent to him to get checked out. Because of his review and recommendation of an old Acura RL we bought a car sight unseen by us, then flew down and drove it north. This shop is trustworthy enough to rely upon them and their expertise buying a vehicle from out of state, and I highly recommend them for your regular automotive needs.

Honest pricing, does the work you ask and doesnt oversell or overcharge. Had an issue with check engine light after the work was done, took it back and they fixed it right up. Weve been using a shop in north Alpharetta (Christian Bros. -- theyre great BTW!) but recently decided to find one closer to our home in Roswell. We took my wifes Chrysler 300M here to get the A/C looked at, and I think weve found our new car shop! The owner, Louis, seems like a stand-up guy and did a great job getting our vehicle fixed. He also mentioned that the brake pads were getting a bit low, but when I opted to wait to replace them, he didnt try to push the issue at all. Well definitely go back here for any car trouble we have in the future.Note to any other first-time customers: Auto Shop is a little tricky to find, since you cant see it from the main road. Turn in just before the pink dance school on the left, and head back until you find the metal buildings which house Auto Shop as well as a few other auto-related companies.
