I never once felt that “salesman pressure” that car salesman are known for. He has become more of a friend than a salesman. I purchased a vehicle over 100k trx truck about 3-4 months ago from them they notified me that i have bumper to bumper warranty so i purchased the trx truck and it came with the rhino bar already installed 2 days ago i was driving and it just flew off and damaged the side of my vehicle so i took it to my local dodge dealership they inspected it and advised me i should contact the dealer i purchased it from because the rhino bar was not installed properly they could clearly tell by the drill holes it was very poorly installed so i contacted palmer dodge where i purchased this vehicle and the sales representative i dealt with steve fleming ( I suggest nobody deals with him) told me there is nothing they can do so i asked to speak to his manager he told me they were in meeting i called back and finally spoke with the manager yet he told me the same thing in a very rude manner and told me that they cant do anything about it so now i have to pay out of pocket thousands of dollars for their mistake very disappointed all around customer service was horrible horrible experience biggest mistake dealing with them i would not suggest anybody to purchase a vehicle from them

Roberto Was Very Straight Forward About The Issue Pertaining To My Compass Trailhawk. Fixed The Issue In A Timely Manner. Also The Gentleman In Parts Was So Quick & Nice About Replacing The Batteries In My Key-fob Although He Had To Do A Little Extra Work. Highly Recommended

My daughters Jeep Compass, which is certified CPO, has had many issues. Including a new engine and radio. The sales process was average. But, I can’t be more complimentary about the service department in how they handled the issues. Especially Roberto is a straight shooter and been a pleasure to work with. The whole team in the back of the dealership is a small gem of friendly folks who all work hard and customer focused. It’s 5 stars for them!

Though Luis in service Dept was very nice, wait times to get work completed, need an overhaul. 3 days just to get headlight replacement. Also, $196 diagnostic charge is too much. Again Customer Service treatment was very good, but the services costs very overpriced. Just being honest here.

The car was clean and detailed when I got there. I took a test drive, the staff was courteous and efficient. The paperwork went fairly quickly and I drove off with a FULL tank of gas, not like some of the dealerships who offer only 6 gallons. My commute is definitely upgraded. I do miss the key chains though.

Earlier this week, I worked with Thomas Jackson to secure a lease on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Palmer DCJ and my service technician Michael Stewart were extremely helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Palmer was great, they got me in super fast when all the other metro ATL area DCJ dealerships had 2+ month waitlists for dealer service. They also had a courtesy rental vehicle for me to use which was super convenient. Aside from that, Michael got my vehicle processed quickly and kept me updated by text message with the service process over the next few days. He called me personally to get my approval on the repairs and let me know what my car needed. Fortunately Palmer had all the parts my car needed in stock and they got it fixed in 3 days. All the valet and support staff were very polite and helpful as well. Overall an excellent dealer service experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Palmer DCJ to any friends who needed service or were looking to buy a vehicle.
BUYER BEWARE: Chrysler.com showed this location as having a vehicle in inventory that we were in the market for. I called to confirm it was there and told them I found it on Chrysler.com. I took my wife and two young kids and drove an hour to get to this location. We looked over the vehicle (Pacifica Hybrid) and decided to move forward (given the supply chain issues) even though it was not all we wanted. OHHH, then they had us. Two little kids, nice wife, driving a nice vehicle already... and out came the barrel to bend us over. Even though the window sticker had the same posted price as Chrysler.com, they all of a sudden had a $4000 adder over MSRP! Sleazeballs. This dealership exemplifies exactly what people HATE about car dealers. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. Maybe this place will go the way of the dodo bird.

I was in Georgia on vacation. I found a Jeep Wrangler that they had on the lot. My first contact with the dealership was with Chad Thomas. Working with Chad was great all the way to the end when I left with my new wrangler! Chad and TJ in finance stayed on top of everything and made the process seamless. They really are a great team!
Two other dealerships said there was no fix and I had to wait for corporate engineers to figure it out. I also couldnt get in to see a mechanic at one of those dealerships for a month. Palmer Dodge scheduled me in 2 business day and fixed the problem in less than two days. Roberto was great.

I bought a brand new 2021 dodge charger 392 and it was due for an oil change so I went to two different locations where they did nothing but miss up stuff on my car. However, I was able to get the car back to Palmer Dodge and Mr. Jody the owner and Mr. Roberto in service made everything right and they were even understanding of my frustration with the other shops. I had a truck picked out at a different dealer but it wasn’t optioned exactly what I wanted. I went to mopar.com and listed all the options and color I wanted and Palmer dodge came back. I never would have thought I would buy a truck on line but I entered my info and thought I would at least talk to them. I got a call the next day (Saturday) and spoke with Lee Brown. I have to admit it was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Lee shot straight with me from the beginning. He said what he meant, and meant what he said. I made an appointment online and drop my keep off the night before my appointment. When I called the next day I was informed there’s a 7 day wait to have my car even looked at/problem diagnosed. I was also informed that my car had to stay on the lot and I could not drive it for those 7 days or I would lose my place in the queue. How absurd

Upon arriving at Palmer in Roswell, my daughter and I were pleasantly surprised and impressed. Clean, organized, well run, friendly and positive atmosphere. Steve was terrific and an incredible vault of 27 years of experience and knowledge, really provides in-depth vehicle tour. He was all about ensuring we fully understood the vehicle; made a fair and generous offer, and was extremely thorough as we managed to steal his time late into the evening. DJ, as well, was very professional, organized, efficient and effective as we closed in on the financial final arrangements. In sum, this is the way all dealerships need to operate. Dealer work tends to always be more on the pricer side. But overall I am satisfied with Palmer, have done most of my service work there, but one repair I saved $1600 by going to a local shop.
My Ram 3500 had fuel pressure issues. I was pulling a 44 RV up from FL on our way to Ohio. My wife, 18 month old daughter and pup were stranded with no way to pull RV any further. Roberto Del Campo and the Palmer Service team went above and beyond to squeeze us in, diagnose the problem and get the truck fixed asap so my family could continue on our 4 week trip. Cant thank them enough.
Got an oil change. The have a great price on oil changes if you want to pay for three in advance. $69.95 for three oil changes is 23.32 per oil change.
I was traveling in the neighboring Atlanta area more than 5 hours from home when my van alerted me of an engine issue. It was after 5:00pm on a Friday afternoon and I was fearful that I would be stranded and unable to return home on Sunday. Thankfully I found Roberto who jumped right in and handled everything. By 6:20 on Friday evening he had diagnosed my issue, found parts and had scheduled my repair for early the next morning. He provided his contact information and checked in with me frequently. In less than 12 hours ( on a Saturday no less) he had completely resolved my issue and had my van running great once more.This was phenomenal customer service and I highly recommend Roberto and his service team for anything you may need! They diagnosed and fixed the issue within 2 days AND provided an inexpensive loaner.I will ALWAYS go to Palmer! They earned themselves a lifetime customer!

Do not recommend. Found a trackhawk at their dealership I was willing to drive 18 hours to pick-up. We talked about leasing the vehicle and possibly getting it shipped to my location. This was a done deal, I was GOING to buy this car. Next thing you know I’m getting a text LYING about the price of the vehicle. I took screen shots of the Ad on autotrader. He tried telling me that the actual price of the vehicle is $113k. I’m well aware of what it cost to build this vehicle and the listed price was on point for 102k. He lied and said he has no control over the price on autotrader which we all know is false. I guess selling a $102k car wasn’t enough for this dealership. My contact at the dealership was Erol. I avidly do not recommend. Also have screen shots of the conversation where he LIES about the price on autotrader. See attached photos of the listing and conversation.

April 3, 2021- I came in to get my front brakes replaced. I asked if I needed new rotors as well. Hiram said no, the mechanic would cut my rotors down and just put the new brake pad on the cut down rotors. They recommended many additional services, but I only moved forward with the brake fluid flush.As soon as I left the dealership lot my ABS light came on. I went back to the dealership and Hiram tells me that cars just have issues and pleads his case on why its not the service centers fault that my light came on.I emailed the service manager & dealership owner about my experience.April 8, 2021 - I return to dealership. The service manager David arranged a complimentary replacement of my sensors. I left and I know they did something differently because my car was riding smoother, or so I thought.April 21, 2021 - I purchased new front rotors from an alternative service provider after a scraping sound (like I needed new brakes or rotors) became constant and unbearable. My front rotors were cut wrong and completely damaged.This has been the service experience from hell!! The aftermath of one service created an entire month of vehicle chaos for me. I had to warn potential customers (especially female with out of state tags) that they will be completely ripped off if they schedule service at Palmer Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM.Update 4/27/21: David and Hiram completely refunded my initial visit. They both expressed their sincerest apologies for my inconvenience.
Buyer Beware!Bought a 2015 Mercedes Sprinter van and had it delivered. It was supposed to have been inspected for safety prior to delivery. Upon arrival the Sprinter had a check engine light and pulled to the right. I had to take my vehicle an hour away for service where it was found to have been sold with a faulty NOX sensor and missing two camber bolts in the front end. Also, after the sale, when I asked my salesman, Will Blythe, some additional questions, he slow rolled me until he stopped communicating altogether.I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Typical bait and switch. The wife ordered a jeep, based on knowing there would be $4000 off or 0% financing for 72 months and that we would be trading in our old car. We show up to get the car thinking all was good. All was not good. There was no 72 month 0% financing. They did not remember talking about a trade in.I told the sales guy that if this were my car I would have left. My wife wanted it, and had waited 5 or 6 weeks so we completed the transaction.I will likely refinance it but the real problem is that I will hate this car every time I look at it.There are a lot of other car dealers you could visit.Lame

BEWARE: The clutch went on my wifes Wrangler while we were in Atlanta. We are from Charlotte so we didnt have another mechanic to tow it to that we trusted. Palmer Jeep called my wife the next day and told her that the entire transmission was shot and it would cost SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace the clutch and the transmission. We called our mechanic in Charlotte who told us they were out of their minds. We had our Jeep shipped back up to Charlotte ($760 WELL SPENT). The clutch was shot (as expected) and it needed a new flywheel... our mechanic charged us $1900 and said there was absolutely no damage to the transmission. Palmer Jeep knew we were from out of town with no options and tried to take advantage of the situation. I wouldnt trust these guys to change my tires!!!! Id give zero stars if they would let me.
Unprofessional, unreliable, rude!!!!!!!!!!!Made appointment Thursday for service appointment they scheduled me for Monday 31, at 8:30. Arrived place was closed, employee saw me waiting didn’t say anything till 15 minutes later couple more employees arrived didn’t acknowledge I was there waiting. One gentleman that looked like the manager just ignored everyone that was there waiting and went inside. Other person older gentleman in blue shirt bald who drive a black charger pulls up next to us and says service closed reschedule for tomorrow. When asked why would you schedule for today he just through up his hands and said you just have to reinforce tomorrow and drive off. A little professional courtesy. Would rather dive 40 miles then to return to this place....
