I recently set up a visit with Roy for swapping out the resonated downpipes on our 2018 S4s AWE Exhaust for non-resonated downpipes. As always, Roy was great to work with and our Tech, Jesse did a great job installing the new downpipes without disturbing the alignment of the rest of the system--it all went back together perfectly. It certainly is a pleasure to work with Roy and Jesse for all of our service projects as well as regular maintenance--it makes every service visit a great experience (and fun)!
