Needed to get an alignment done for my car so I booked an appointment online, but had to call them to confirm booking because the original spot I wanted was no longer available. This is located right next to wendys. Dropped my car off and received a call after 2hrs ish informing me I can come back to pick it up. They were able to provide me a quote at drop off. Alignment and I also got rotation done for my Civic at a total of $120. I did have to wait a few minutes (10+min) when I picked up the car since the shop was busy.Overall I would say it was a good service experience. My disclaimer for this review is I get $20 off my bill for posting it, total bill was $115 after tax

I had a hair appointment nearby, and I was early. I decided to stop at this location to see if I could get a quick oil change. They took me right in and rushed it through so that I could make my 10:30 appointment. I would definitely return to this location.

Great customer service and experience! Had a lot of trouble finding a place to repair a tire. Called this Mr. Tire and they got me in right away and took care of my tire issue with my complete satisfaction! Will be using this Mr. Tire for all my needs moving forward.

Took my car to get my tire patched. There was a nail visible. They didnt take the nail out, and said I was all set. I just bought a used tire from another business, and there is no patch. So they lied, took my 33$. And no Im not interested in talking on the phone about it.

My experience at the 1574 location was awesome. The location in less than a mile from my job already but the customer service from Bret was the best part. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely be calling on them in the future.

My whole experience was awesome at this place. I came in the first time to get my brakes looked at .Shawn assisted me he provided great customer service he even let me know I needed new tires, which I knew I eventually had to get new tires I didn’t have time that day. Shawn wasn’t pushy about me getting the tires which I like, because from past experiences most places try to be pushy about you getting everything done that day. So that’s what made me come back .The price to get my brakes fix was reasonable so I came back today to get new tires on my car . The guy that assisted me this time was great as well he got me out of there within an hour . I definitely recommend this place both times I went my experience was awesome as well as the customer service . Thanks guys 🙃

I came to get my tires changed and a broken rim replaced and brad was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here with any issues they’re having with their tires.

The guys here have a sense of humor and are fast. The service was excellent. Whilst you wait for your vehicle try to wander across the complex to the piano in front of a bar and practice your elementary school skills. They will call you when your car is done! Definitely recommend this place!

They are like an old-time independent shop that you can always count on to make sure your car is safe, reliable and not trying to up-sell you on something. Shawn and his team go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I have 20-something daughters that feel confident taking their cars there and know they will not be taken advantage of. Oil change here is cheaper than the jiffy/fast places and with a Starbucks next door it is a no brainer.

I am so glad I was able to go to Mr. Tire this morning on Roswell RD! After a flat tire the night before a tropical storm and no power when waking up I was nervous to be driving around with a donut longer than a few miles. This location was so incredibly friendly and patched a large spot on my tire without any issue! I will be a continued customer to this location specifically. thank you again!!

Let me say these gentlemen exceeded my expectation on the level of service they provided to me during my phone call and visit to the store. The phone call provided everything I needed to know regarding the service needed for my car. I had two tires that were in terrible shape where it wasn’t even safe to drive! I called and spoke to Brent or Bret sorry, not sure but super nice guy. They were able to take me right away and had my car ready super quick. I highly recommend this shop to get your car worked on. Everything was excellent!!

I had a flat tire and had been checking around for pricing. They were knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I dropped by flat off and came back an hour later for the install. Ill be going back for other maintenance issues. Plus the tech used to own the same make and model of my car, so knew exactly what I was talking about.

Mr. Tire on Holcombe Bridge Road saved my life today! The horrible grinding from my brakes showed up in the morning and I immediately called these guys based on proximity and reviews. By the afternoon, I was out the door with fresh rear brakes and rotors and advice to check on the front brakes in a few thousand miles. The whole process was quick and honest and set me straight before end of day. Will definitely be back for my front brakes!

I had a nail in my sidewall on christmas Eve, and decided to replace all 4 tires since they were all getting close to the wear bar.I live across the street so I called this mr tire. I asked for a specific tire that Ive had on multiple trucks and SUVs.Sean said they discontinued that tire and told me I could only get the more expensive AT tire.I bought the tires I wanted from tire rack and had them installed at another shop.Yokohama did not discontinue the tires, sean just wanted to scam more money. The install price at the other shop was also less than 1/3 the price of what Sean quoted.Sean missed out on $700 because he felt like lying to potential customers.

I dont know what people are complaining about. This place really, really cares about their customers. I have received nothing but excellent customer service from Danny and the crew too (idk why people complain about him but its simply not true).Feeling like a used car lot? Plz. An oil change is around $22 on my Subaru. Oh and if it was $69 Id still pay it because they spend time checking out other parts of your car that make sure youre safe, like your tires and your brakes and your filters.And this nonsense about them not doing something for 10 minutes before close? Please. My first time here I had to drive back home in Peachtree City and I noticed that my car was running funny. Turns out I had no oil in my car (and I got my oil changed at another place not a month prior) so one of the techs topped me up just enough, so then I came back in the morning and got my oil changed.Oh and for you other Subaru owners, have a Subaru guy in the shop too. :)I work in the services industry too... I know how hard it can be to please customers, but for real...These guys have it down pat: the service is done right, the prices are great, and the techs are knowledgeable.Ive gone here about twice now over a month. My battery went out yesterday in the parking lot across from Mr. Tire. I walked over there to ask if I could get a jump. Darrell walked with me to my car with a jump box and got my car started in less than 5 minutes. He was very sweet and I’m so appreciative of him because my insurance company told me 60-90 minutes before I could receive help!

Ive been a customer for several years always professional and polite. today they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment and turn my car oil change around in an hour. Highly recommend low pressure on extra work needed they let you choose when you want to do it.

Chad Sunderlin was amazing! He was so helpful and easy to understand when I had to bring my car back to this location. He proactively checked my car and explain in detail what I needed. He got me right! Please Ask for CHAD!! An overall 5 stars to Chad but 3 to the location Overall because Shawn the manager isn’t friendly at all! And the workers failed to put air in my tire when I came to get my tires serviced!

I was stuck on the side of the road. I had my tow truck drop me and my car off here. They checked out my car right away. Luckily it was a quick fix and they got me back on the road in 15 minutes. I was very grateful for the quick, friendly service.
