Was there to have some recall work done. The service center waiting area was very nice, clean and comfortable. The complimentary drinks was also a great thing. The employees were also nice. They gave me a time of 2.5 hrs to complete the job and thats when it was finished. Another dealership told me it would take 6 hrs! They also had a small deck area where you could see into the shop and watch them work on your vehicle. The shop was also clean and everyone was at work. Just very professional all the way around. Nice people, did my oil change, very courteous but they did not reset my engine light I drove 7 hours in the night and desert with that light onNOT GOOD.I was in Pueblo Colorado where the Toyota dealership changed the setting ( it took them 2 minutes).I love my Toyota but do not like sloppy.

I travel between central New Mexico and SE New Mexico with Roswell being approx. a midpoint. I have dealt with 3 other Toyota dealerships. Roswell Toyota is the most efficient, courteous and customer service friendly-est by far.

Update.So my wife went to take her car to have the brake pads installed on the passenger rear as well as have the brakes bled. I cant forget the conversation because it was recorded. I checked the charges and it was for over 300 dollars. This got my attention and I looked at the service ticket. It shows that the discs were turned as well. My wife doesnt not know that much about maintenance, so either the service department convinced her to have the brakes turned or they snuck it in there.Also, I checked the installation on the brake pads for the rear passenger and noticed that the new retainer clips were not even installed. the corroded clips were still there. It was easy to spot since I installed the new ones on the driver rear.Bad on you Toyota for not doing the job requested right and for scamming my wife to get paid more money. My family who purchases vehicles from your store really preached that you were the go to place and after I showed them we were all very disappointed that Toyota service department took advantage of us.

None of the management staff works on Friday, everyone else doesnt have the authority or knowledge to answer questions or make decisions! Was sold a vehicle almost 2 months ago, and still have no title to show for it. They sent the original to the wrong address, and no-one has any idea how long the state will take to issue a new one. I was told prior to this fiasco that I should avoid the Permian dealerships and now wish I had listened.

I have to look back and say Roswell Toyota is indeed a great place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a 2019 Toyota back in December 2019 and the customer service was unequivocally the best Ive had. My 2021 Tundra deal feel through; however, much of it was my own fault. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Toyota of any sort to start with Roswell Toyota. Excellent service. Got an appointment same day as I called to bring my car in. Very efficient work. Never had any problems with my car after it was worked on. I got several things done in addition to basic work I came for. They always tell me about service I need and ask for my approval first before doing it. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Deception, irreparable damage to your credit score and mistreatment is what you can expect when you attempt to purchase a car from this dealership. When purchasing a vehicle no one should be treated with unprofessional or a degrading attitude. The used car manager at this dealership specifically told me he does not want to entertain the idea of selling a vehicle to anyone unless he knows they can buy it. In these days, still struggling with the pandemic everyone that is working works extremely hard for their money, and should stay away from spending any of it here!

I personally wanted a least expensive car but they kept offering me a car that cost more than I wanted I didnt want a car that cost a lot because I didnt want a high monthly payment and I also didnt want to put down a huge down payment either so I was looking at their 10k and under.. I was told I was approved for a 2015 volster ( how ever you spell it).. I said no I wanted the Chevy cute little car for 7, 959 or the had another car for 5,959 I dont remember what it is.. but they tried to put me in something else.. why would they try to do that, I dont understand.. very odd.. so I ended up calling Alamogordo Toyota.. fingers crossed I get what I want.. with a low monthly payment.. and a great down payment.. cheap little car.. and I wont have to pay an arm and a leg forever on it.. just thought Id share my experience.. thank u Roswell Toyota..

My last service at the Roswell Toyota NM dealership was so bad it is difficult to believe.I have bought several vehicles from this dealer over the past 20 years. Toyotas are good reliable vehicles.I took my 2016 Prius two in for service last summer. I changed the engine air filter and cabin air filter before I drove from Carlsbad NM to Roswell. They are simple to change and the dealership charges $25 bucks each to change which is a 5 minutes job each plus the cost of new filters.I requested an oil and oil filter change for the engine plus tire rotation and new windshield wipers which I was going to put on when I got home, 5 minute job very easy to do.The service tech reported that my engine air filter and cabin air filter needed changed, paperwork says they were dirty. Lied to me.When I got home I found out the wiper blades were for two different Toyota vehicles not for Prius 2016. Poor performance by parts who had my VIN number.Now to the oil and oil filter change. I had to use a 10 inch wrench to remove the oil fill cap because it was torqued so much. I had to use a wrench and cheater pipe to remove the oil drain plug. The plug is close to having the threads stripped out. The oil filter I cant remove. It also is OVER TORQUED. I will take it to a private garage for removal. Toyota has instructions on TORQUE applied to the oil filter and oil drain plug which a Toyota tech at Roswell Toyota never followed.Makes me wonder how many times my cars were not serviced correctly over a 20 years period. How about you?
