Walmart is just slow and hopefully there is someone there who can help you, because in my last few experiences there; no one was available and the one person working there was busy, not to mention some are kind of rude. Way under staffed.

I went to get an oil change and the auto center was closed... At 10:00 AM shocked!

Worst auto service center EVER! They have yet to call me back about a tire I purchased and had sent to the store. The tire is for sure there the tracking number confirmed it.

The process was smooth, the price was reasonable and it didnt take long for them to complete my oil change.

The people who are back there do NOT help you. Their lift is not up to date and they dont put on tires on BMWs. I came in to get my tires replaced after I purchased online. They all told me they dont do work on BMWs and the woman said she would look me up on the computer to see if what I said about them doing work on my car prior is true. (I had a similar issue with this last time.) This put me off to all Walmart Auto Centers because I ended up checking with another walmart and they said they would do it the same day. Ill never be coming back.

The clerk who scheduled me for my service was super great. She explained to me that they were short one mechanic because of a call off and the wait would be longer than usual. I arrived around 9:40 am and was told my car wouldn’t be ready until 11:00 a.m. I decided to stay because I was already there. I shopped around and before you know it, it was 11:20 am. I went back to automotive and my car was ready. I zoomed off a happy customer. Next is to find a good car wash 🤔.

I will never go back to this store. I came in for an Oil change and got the run around about an appointment. You dont need an appointment. I felt they didnt want my service. Ill never go back there.

Hours say open until 7pm, so I figure great! I can get my oil done after work. Nope. Got there at 4pm and the bay doors are closed. I walk through the main store to get back to the auto center and see the lights are on but nobodys at the desk. I look for a sign with hours, or maybe a sorry, we had to close early but as I enter I am very rudely told theyre closed as the employee comes out of an office and practically runs away.

While we were waiting for my tires to installed, the lady at the desk was openly talking about how one worker never did a good job, which made me very nervous. I got my car back and was charged for the installation and balance of all 4 tires. My car felt like the wheels were going to rattle off if I went over 40 mph. I took it to the dealership to have them look and they said the tires were very unbalanced. Definitely will not be returning to this tire shop.

Caught a flat tire down the street from Walmart. Soon as I made it to the Auto Center at 4:20pm, the serviceman said they are closed & the cashiers are gone too as he walked to his vehicle. I went inside to see a cashier helping a guest. I excused myself & asked her what is the closing time. She said they close at 4pm on Sundays. I told her that the time on Google says 7pm. She said it is incorrect. As I leave with my family, the serviceman sits in his vehicle until we pull off then proceeds to go back inside to opens the bay doors again.

Horrible service and organization! I came to get an oil change and apparently everyone takes lunch at the same time! Even when there’s 5 cars waiting to be serviced do better this is not how you provide a service.. I will be reaching out to cooperate.

I dropped the car off in line at automotive good an oil change, 3 cars ahead of me. They said it would take an hour, and it did. Excellent! They didnt have my brand of air filter, but everything else was perfect.

Every single time I call to get service they are short staffed, somebody called out or some other staffing issue. This has been the same issue for the last 4 years. Not to mention the customer service calling in is horrible, if you a lucky to get someone to answer the phone. If I did not have warranties on my tires I would never use this place again! Save yourself the time and the trouble.

The tire process is great. Ordered tires online. Went to the automotive service desk. They found them and got right to work. Great process.

I went here to ask some questions regarding getting service for my car. I was surprised to see all the mechanics working hard doing there jobs. I have been to other Walmart service centers where I received assistance but it was begrudgingly. The location is really busting there butts.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAITED IN LINE 15 MINUTES TO GET HELPED. TOLD 3 TO 4 HOUR WAIT FOR OIL CHANGE...5 WORKERS JYST STANDING AROUND ON PHONES WALKING BY WAITING CUSTOMERS AND DONT EVEN BOTHER ASKING IF WE NEEDED HELP. RIDICULOUS

Christina, the manager, was awesome. She recommended 2 tires, that I didn’t want to buy lol, but now that they’re on I definitely can feel the difference. Great job Walmart!

I went in on Thursday to get two new tires, had no issues with my car at all. Friday my car wouldn’t go over 55 without making scrubbing noises from the front tires. I went back to Walmart on Saturday an purchased another new tire. They put my new tires on the back(i have front wheel drive). My car is still making the same noise now it’s nothing Walmart can do. Poor service you go in with one issue come out with two more. They wouldn’t even drive it too see what the issue was. I don’t recommend them at all worse service ever. If I could give no stars I would.

Management didnt put an attendant here so I waited an hour for no one to see me. I saw several customers come and leave. At one point they came up to say that theyll get someone but then another 20 to 30 minutes passed and nothing happened this place is poorly run

Zero stars!!! Plus my review that I put up last night was removed!!!! The angry lady that worked at 6pm on 7/17/19 has no customer service skills. After allowing the phone to ring for minutes she abruptly places me on hold. After a 15+ minute hold, I called on another line and she yelled that she is the only one working and I would have to wait. Now I have waited over 20 minutes on hold. She then picks up the other line and spends more time talking about how she will not be taking more customers than she spent answering my actual question about a battery warranty. A simple 2 second response.... I also had a friend call in and a man answered. So she is a liar too. She was not alone. She did not care I was stranded but rather screamed at me (who was not screaming) that i needed to calm down and would continue to place me on hold while I was mid sentence. Needless to say that she yanked me around for about 30 minutes which was enough time for other places to close (or would be closed by the time I made it there) resulting in my having to purchase something from Autozone instead. Autozone had amazing customer service and was appalled by the treatment I was getting from walmart.

Absolutely terrible, NO stars would be more accurate. Online the Auto Center is noted to open at 6 am. However, upon arriving around 6:30 am, I was told it actually opens at 7 am. After waiting patiently, I noticed the auto center still hadn’t opened. I asked another employee again about this confusion, and they told me the center opens at 8! Then another employee told me they do actually open at 7 am but because there’s only one technition available due to call outs, they could not service me. A WASTE OF MY TIME. No empathy from employees.

The tire center does not care about its customers. Always understaffed because their team members all “called out” which I saw in another review but chose to take a chance on them since there were some positive ratings and due to my time crunch and location. But I may never go to another Walmart tire center again. Went to the tire center to merely get a tire changed and was refused service when their center was open for 2 more hours. Completely unprofessional and infuriating. I never leave reviews but am totally fed up with Walmart’s (total lack of) customer service.

Staff simply doesn’t care. Drove 45mins w a bad tire and website says they close at 8pm.. get there at 6:30 w two cars here and they tell me that cannot service my car.

Told me it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change, but it was 4.5 hours. Spilled oil all over my engine, and did not reset my oil monitoring.

Go to get a tire. After an hour of waiting spent in the waiting room I get told they dont have the proper size. That is something that should be addressed in the first few minutes not an hour after waiting. Poor service with a staff that just does not care. Absolutely avoid going here

A woman just told me out the car center at Walmart that theyre not accepting no more customers and is 632 maybe race how to play a part to play in it but is a shame that you still have 30 minutes to work and you cant even change a simple or change
