Went in today to pick up an item I saw on their website and was initially unable to locate it. Several of their employees went out of their way to help me look for almost an hour before we found it. It really gave me a feeling that this store cares about their customers. Everybody was extremely polite, and never gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing them. Top notch staff.

About 9 -12 months ago, I went through a nightmare with this Home Depot location and wrote a 1-star review. I told myself I would never come here again. However, I was right next door at another business and needed a few things. I got the items I wanted except 1 bale of pine straw. I paid the cashier and she called for assistance to meet me at the trailer outside. Of course, nobody shows up. Therefore, I walk up the portable set of stairs myself and there are no bales of pine straw left in the trailer. I walk to another trailer close by and told a Home Depot employee I just paid for a bale. The worker says go the other trailer. Nobody knew there were no bales left in the first trailer. With no portable stairs to get into the trailer that had bales and no help from the worker, I go inside and ask for a refund and the cashier sorry sir I cant give you a refund you have to walk the length of the store and go to customer service to get your refund. I cant stand Home Depot, they are totally mismanaged and absolutely no clue what customer service is all about. Complete waste of time shopping there.

Dont buy Appliance from Home depot, took 7 month to straighten something very simple out. I had bill collectors calling me, many hours on the phone and many trips to the store on Holcombridge. Very frustrating when you deal with incompetent people. Went to Best Buy and absolutely no problems. Taking my money elsewhere and happy. HD didnt even apologize 😣
If you need cabinets, don’t walk, RUN to Home Depot in Roswell and ask for Israel! He is so knowledgeable and helpful. You don’t want anyone else doing your cabinets. We live in East Cobb and came out of our way to Roswell because Israel’s customer service is superb.
For truckers, if you are going there first time to get unloaded, make sure if you know how to back in blind spot. Very tight space. I dont understand why these places have such a tight space when they can easily expand their space. You would need a help to back in here and also make sure your tandems are all in front otherwise you will end up hitting all the walls around you

This is only the second time I have ever stepped foot into this Home Depot and this will be my last. Nobody speaks, nobody asks if you need help and if you ask them for help they act as if youre bothering them. I walked around completely lost and only one employee even spoke to me. I asked someone for help and he barely looked at me and just told me to go to the back to find what I was looking for. Even the cashier was unfriendly. I greeted him, he said nothing, he kept pointing or holding out his hand, but not telling me what was needed from me (he was looking up my home depot credit card). Im used to a certain level of customer service and this certainly was not the experience any customer deserves. Ill stick with Lowes and Ace Hardware.
It almost seems like you don’t want to make a sale. I checked for something online and called but no answer after waiting for 20 minutes. I drove to the store because the website said there were limited available, not none available. It would have been just fine since I know certain items are popular during the summer. It’s the dismissive attitude I got from the guy who told me I should have called. I did call but no answer. I am not the type so sit and argue so I left after he looked the device up for me and told me it is sold out around all of the nearby stores. Thanks for the attitude, I know which Hope Depot to avoid now.

I went to the holcombe bridge store for the first time. It is a bigger store than the winter chapel store and the employees were super and a better selection of items. Good job Dana.

The people in the gardening department were very helpful they were attentive they saw that I was looking for something and they genuinely wanted to help me find it even gave me recommendations please give them a gigantic thanks for the guy that picked out bags of sand lots of bedrock rocks and those Stone squares she knows who she is but she was totally wonderful please hire more people like her.I was with an older white gentleman and she helped us out she knew we were looking for something and she came and she helped us

We had an online appointment to get help with ordering cabinets. The person our appointment was with apparently called in and no one notified us. We got there and no one was at all interested in helping us and they couldnt have cared less whether we ordered cabinets or not. Terrible experience. Wont be back.
VERY SLOW OPERATION. I went to the store and picked up all product I ordered to this store because no notification for pickup ready had never come to me. / Especially paint section is not working at all at this store. Lack of stock (wood stain shelves are half empty), lack of knowledge (any questions were not answered), taking too much time to mix/shake (Waited for 40 min for 1 person before me who just wanted to make a sample paint, and he took another 30 min to make a sample paint for me). I do not think I want to visit to this store again. Too slow.

So I went to the paint department to have some paint mixed. There was a customer in front of me waiting on his paint while a middle age man was complaining about not having any help. Help arrived and the lady completely ignored me and helped another customer waiting behind me. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for no help. Home depot use to be so good but now its gone down hill.

Of the big box home improvement retailers, I prefer Home Depot. However, just like all the rest it is getting harder to find someone when you need to talk to them about a specific project. That was my experience again today. I had to hunt down someone who could get on the intercom call a person back to their department. Once there, they were very helpful, or as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Its just that frustration of not easily being able to find help when you need it; more and more common in the big box stores.
Waste of time unless you know exactly what you are looking for. Understaffed. Customer service paged for assistance. Ten minutes, no one came. Took three people to even comprehend I wanted rubber door weather seal for entry doors, not foam weather stripping. This was not a language problem. One said he never heard of such a thing! One got on the computer and said it was online order only in any Home Depot, not carried in any store. I knew that wasn’t right because my contractor sent me and said they would know. I finally found a shelf in hardware with what I was looking for, just not enough to do the job. Over an hour wasted.Last week it was entry door lock sets. There was no one who could answer any questions. Finally went to Peachtree Dunwoody by Costco. Great customer service answered all questions and got me what I needed, explained how it worked and very quick because he knew where to locate everything.
This Homedept was well stocked and organized. On my Home Depot app I was given the exact location of the item I was looking for. I was press for time and it made getting in and out with a breeze.
I rented a van to move a daybed we bought, they have unlimited miles included 😃 charge by the hour.
I attempted to make a return and the associate was not helpful. Apparently there was an issue with the system since I purchased the item at another store. He failed to communicate anything about what was going just left me standing and waiting. Then finally told me to take it back to the store where I purchased the product
I was asking help in the lumber department . It took longer than expected. The young man seemed unknowable and unwilling to assist. Also asked if he could help lift my one piece of wallboard into my car. Said sure then disappeared.
I was there on Monday 4/12 for pvc/plumbing help with new faucet I bought from Home Depot 1 week ago.Not 1 Home Depot associate in plumbing department or lighting, surrounding areas to help. This was at 11 am in the morning. I looked and looked, went up to the front they sent someone from hardware over who tried but couldnt help. Front checkout people as well as hardware person sorta of baffled where everyone was. I didnt check the breakroom though most likely associates hiding in there.So I left.Sometimes there are actual employees at the store hanging in groups, but look down or turn away when a customer comes near.This store has gone downhill so much in the past year.Home Depot you really should be auditing and checking our the leadership and management in your stores.
Prices are getting higher for the same things that I bought 3 weeks ago.
This HD is not that close to my home, but I knew I would be able to get someone to help me move 50 landscape blocks from the shelf, to the cart, to the cash register, and then through the parking lot to my car. The last time I did it myself and the cart drug me through the parking lot. Thank you Mike for the help and the interesting conversation.
Don’t not get your flooring done through Home Depot! This was my first time getting work done on floors and I thought using a big-name company like Home Depot will make the process a lot easier. I was wrong due to the fact that they use several different other companies so the communication between them is extremely poor. My first time coming into the store the representatives could not get the order correct and they do not place the order in the store they have to call a different company which takes almost an hour for them to pick up the phone so I had to sit there and wait while we were both on hold. They still couldn’t get the order done and I had to come to the store two different times due to them not being able to get the order completed. This is now three times I had to go up there and once it was all done I thought I was in the clear, but that was not the case. I was told someone would contact me within 24 hours to 48 to schedule my services. One week went by without hearing from anyone about my schedules. I called Home Depot several times to get put on hold to be told someone would call me back just to find out after speaking to a manager after one week that the person that does the scheduling was out of the office. I don’t wanna make this too long of a review just giving a few examples of the beginning of my process there was so many issues and now we are almost a month later and I’m finally getting the floor done. There is way too much back-and-forth you have to spend way too much time on the phone and you can never get the person you need to get on the phone. They make you go through a lot of work due to the fact they use some many other companies. Please save yourself the headache and just find someone else to install your floors.

Overall, this place is pretty sorry... they have a couple good people that actually know their department and try to help you, but mostly its hit and miss. Last week another customer actually felt bad for me and helped me load my flat cart full of the cement board I needed, while all the other employees were MIA. The 3 bright spots of this establishment are: 1. the Indian man in plumbing (Im sorry- his name escapes me right now). 2. Josh or becker who works in another department, but helped me load up all my heavy stuff in building materials today without complaint. And most importantly- 3. MATTHEW the loader guy who works his tail off and actually seems to give a flip about actually doing a good job. Matthew has helped me several times now with a great attitude, fast service, and good humor. So hats off Matthew. Thank you so so so so much Matthew AGAIN!

I ordered outdoor furniture online. Everything was delivered with the exception of my cushion covers. For nearly two weeks of following up because no one via home depot contacted me, I still have no idea of the status of my order. I didnt expect to get this from home depot. I paid an extra $100 for assembly, which was only a small table that i could have put together myself if I would have known in advance that was the only thing that required assembling. Paid for something that I didnt get to enjoy. Im sending everything back. I am so disappointed 😞 of how inadequate the whole process turned out to be. This was my first time ordering online with home depot and it will be my last. If I could rate this process a 0 I would.
Shop there often, however this was one of my best experiences. Received exceptional help loading & unloading while also practicing all safety protocol. Even the person handling my return was pleasant & very polite.

This store is better that the one at Windward Parkway that I live close to, but...! The paint department lady with the red hair pony tail and glasses has a terrible attitude and was really unhelpful. It was just like...ok.ok.ok. Anything else??? That was after we finally got her attention from looking at her phone. I guess maybe it was nighttime and she’s tired? The Spanish speaking guy there is so much better and actually cares. If I see the redish blonde hair woman again, I guess paint will have to wait. It was awkward and not a good experience.

I dont really know what to say. Just that its a place that has everything you could ever need for doing anything. You enter, even just to grab a couple of screws, and you look around for a mere second before you suddenly have the feeling to hit the lumber section and re-do the back deck. Their employees are friendly and full of knowledge in one way or another. They either know exactly how to do what youre looking to do, or what precise aisle to find what you need, or who to call over to give you better insight/advice.

Compared to the Lowes down the street. Home Depot gave great service. The cashier in lumber called someone for me and told me it would be 5-6 minutes. Not a long wait to get wood cut. Someone came by and was so nice and helpful. Wasnt ignored and service was fast a efficient.
I came to the store to get two more air filters because I got old filter from Home Depot. Lucky got those filters.
Ordered drill, ship to my business. order went fine online, but.....tracking order it said delivered and i did not have. then i get a call from home depot(which happens to be a few doors away from our business) that they have my drill. i did not request it be delivered to store for pick up. the package had my business name and address on it so there is no reason it was delivered to home depot instead of my business. dont get it.......

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. I placed an online order for 6 bales of wheat straw. About 30 minutes later I received an email letting me know that my order was ready to be picked up. I made the 25 minute drive to Home Depot and when I arrived I was told sorry, we are out of wheat straw. Maybe HD could have relayed THAT message via email instead of telling me that my order was ready and saved me the drive across town? Even worse, the customer service employee was kind of indifferent about the situation like yeah, it is what it is. Not at all apologetic for wasting my time.

First of all, the worst Home Depot will give you a good experience. This particular store is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The store manager, José, is absolutely exceptional. If you need Home Depot and if you are in the Roswell area, then this is the store for you.

The first one is for Carmen in the electrical appliances area, a very good person who helps and solves what the clients are looking for and what has me very annoying is in the charging part there is a young man who His name is Diego, I am a pro customer who can see the purchase history on Friday, he does not let me park my truck to be able to load my materials, something that in no store had happened to me this I ask the manager Jose to please pay more attention to his employees

I had a terrible experience at this store with Erika. I needed an item to be replaced or repaired since it was covered by my protection plan but she insisted I could not use the home depot protection plan yet. She did not even bother looking up the item in the computer where it would have shown her that I could use my plan. went to another store and they took care of it for me, Do not expect good customer service here. or dont buy the protection plan since they will tell you that its not valid at least at this location.

They had lump charcoal and a good selection of wood chunks for my smoker so Im pleased! Otherwise its a Home Depot so you should know what to expect...

This home Depot didnt seem to have anything I needed they were out of most of the things. maybe that was just a coincidence. I went for five things on my list and three of these things were unavailable.
Wrong order put together for a contractor to pick up. Cost a lot of time and money. I placed the order over a week of lead time. They did not to notify me of missing parts or unavailable parts and over charged for a few items which had to be corrected.
