Fantastic shop and great customer service! They were super helpful and very informative. They helped me figure out the reverse osmosis system and which refrigerator I needed. They were honest and clear cut. 10/10 would recommend.

We are so thankful and appreciative of bush woodworks and appliances. We were about to leave on a long trip, when our freezer went out the morning of when we were supposed to leave! We were frantic, called bush woodworks and appliances and asked if they had any freezers that could be delivered immediately since we had a whole beef, pork and some chicken that would all go bad. They got us our freezer delivered, unloaded, and plugged in within an HOUR of calling. The delivery man was very nice and did an excellent job. He picked up all the trash from the freezer packaging and even offered to take our old freezer with so we didn’t have to dispose of it. Excellent customer service by the sales rep that spoke with me on the phone and the delivery man. I can’t thank this company enough for going above and beyond for us! Roswell is lucky to have this place for our appliance needs. 10/10 would recommend. We also bought a washer a few months back and it was a wonderful experience as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The absolute worst service Iv ever had in a Company. Ray bush sold me what he said was top of the line washer with the industrys best warranty. It was the worst washer Ive ever owned in my life. Literally broke 50 times in 2 years and they refused to give me my money back or even try to make it write. They came out everytime and blamed it on us. The last time the washer broke (Samsung) them selves sent us are money in fool, while bush never even contacted us back to see if the problem got solved. Absolutely no service after the sale, (from the owner himself)

We used Bush Appliance for small remodel in our kitchen. Went from electric cooktop to built-in gas stovetop. Also added new vent a hood and microwave, requiring a new cabinet. It was not simple nor fast, with many custom touches required. The Bush crew were persistent and professional, with excellent customer service and craftsmanship. I would use them again and highly recommend them!
