I work here and my co-workers are like my family I love the vibe around the store. Some of my co-workers need patience but will get you help even if they need help helping you. Theyre all great people they just need patience from wonderful people like you.

Lots of parking. Store is a little bear up since its so busy but overall good for my needs. Staff pretty much kept to themselves. Cashier ladyy was very serious about cleaning after customer, which I can appreciate.

You know Walmart is just one of those place that you shop if you want to save some money it is definitely not for the customer Service because there really isn’t any. I personally just go there for a couple of things like cat litter that are a good deal that I cannot get any place else for the price that you know non perishables are great price so young can’t go wrong there but meats and produce do you wanna be careful and anything perishable check the date they don’t always rotate things which is not good for the consumer. Overall not a bad place to go whatsoever and I love this location it’s close to my house and my job. You have to remember convenient sometimes it’s just as good or better than saving money just depends on your day.

Only my second time in this Walmart location I generally go to is Watt and Elverta Rd. absolutely alot of confusion and angry workers and angry in the store I didnt see too many Happy Campers Im changing Walmarts

Great place to get your groceries, they deliver and they also have a pick up option where they load it into your vehicle for you very nicely i might add. Also the workers are super friendly and respectful.

I loved the two women that were working customer service Saturday morning. I had a return and it was a great experience. We were laughing about me havent my receipt because two days prior I didnt have a receipt for another return. It was a great experience. I bought a sandwich at Subway on the way out. The lady working in Subway was great.Over all I love this Wal-Mart location. There is great customer service in this store

The Walmart in Nashville TN suck! They never have what you are looking for. The workers are not welcoming and not helpful at all. They just stir at you like they have a problem. I will never shop there again.

Went for job interview and shopped after. New swim trunks, juice and kettle cooked plain chips. Clean and spacious, even saw the manager picking up bits of debris off the floor. Leading by example, thats what they taught us in the Army.

The store was clean, I found everything I needed and the lines were fast.I always peruse the Clearance isle by the Garden department for good deals.

Always rude and follow me around like I’m going to steal something even my son will be with me.my son love riding his bike and I ride my Electric skateboard.so we have to have backpacks to carry What we duy home. After being harassed about our backpacks which I can understand but not letting me take my skateboard which is $1000 plus I bring an extra battery which is 300 alone hence the reason why I wanted to keep my backpack on after arguing last prevention kept following me and harassing me I confronted him asking him to please stopI think because I have tattoos.

Its Walmart. Some stores are worse than others. This one isnt bad compared to the Antelope store.

This is the classy Walmart in the area. Typical Walmart- you can get everything in one place. Plus the guy at the deli was super friendly.

This is a full service grocery store - pretty good prices, clean and well stocked. The only thing they didn’t have that I needed was fire wood. For that, go across the street to Safeway.

This Walmart remains consistent with general publics experience with poor customer service. I have tried on several occasions to give it a chance, only to be disappointed again. Every time I come back, one thing that remains true is that 95% of the employees (which Im sure we all agree are many at any given time) park in the customer parking area. There is a designated employee parking area that houses typically about 3 cars. Ive seen employees (in a Walmart vest) hanging out at their car in a parking spot at the front of the parking lot, leaving a customer to constantly have to search for a parking spot, which is often as far as the employee lot.

So quick so easy this is literally the only Walmart I will shop it

Its a walmart. Lacks items Im looking for... no one seems to know where anything is. Not enough vheck out stands open. Never enough employees on the floor to help

Used to Love shopping here; convenient, local, and unbeatable prices. Now, I would rather pay extra to not be followed or accused of stealing. And their AP team is incredibly RUDE! So glad I moved out of Citrus Heights and dont have to shop there anymore!

Honestly never had any trouble here. The staff was nice and willing to help and even let me in 2 min before close unlike most places that wont. Nice to have a friendly and clean Walmart nearby

Im staying down the street and I keep running to Walmart because its convenient I keep buying food from there and with in a day it is a moldy it is rotten or I find bugs this has been several times before I decided to post it I would consider buying your food from somewhere else or double-check every single little thing .

Store was somewhat clean. What you can expect from Walmart. I went for vitamins that are less commonly taken ones and they had 2 of the 3 I was looking for a which was nice! The guy working the self checkout complimented me for using a self checkout that worked which was a bit weird, but hey, better than him being rude

I needed free and clear, found it! The only thing is theres never anyone to help you when you have a question! Our cashier was very friendly and helpful!

I Love about this store!!! Easy access from I-80. Plenty of parking both regular and handicap spaces. The store is organized well, Im always able to find everything on my list in just one store!😀 And their Prices are by far the main reason I continue shopping there!!! My dog Karma loves shopping there to!!!😋

Not as busy as other Wal marts, very neat, clean, nice employees. Most shelves well stocked. No overnight parking for RVs.

I like this Walmart. Friendly clerks, on the small side, but packed with plenty of merchandise to choose from. There was a mom and her teen-aged handicap son in the store looking for flowers. This Walmart has fresh flowers! At the end of the produce section, across from womens clothes. I tried to locate them in the parking lot but was unable to. I hope her son finds the flowers he wanted. 🌻

I’m not a fan of Walmart. But as Walmart’s go this one is well stocked and cleanish with a hige parking lot .I’m not happy with how they’ve chose to stick the shelves while the stores open. The often block the aisle with groceries and the stickers generally don’t pay attention to customers making inconvenient to walk & push your cart down the isles.

They always seem to have what I am looking for and if I ever do have questions the employees are always willing to help.

Totally understaffed store. Couldnt get help buying a grill. Walmart would be better off closing the location than trying to run it this way

It’s a decent Walmart and not nearly as busy as the other locations. All of the employees are friendly for the most part and their self check in registers make it a quick and painless process. Not to mention, there are restrooms in the front and rear of the building.

This place never has anything that you are looking for. And I knowl that this is not Walmarts fault so it doesnt even apply to my rating but its in a terrible location.

Almost every time I come here after 9pm they are filling up the aisles with pallets of new stock when they have plenty of time to do it after they close at 11pm. It takes me twice as long to get the few items I need and get out of there. Also, this is the only WalMart Ive seen that does not supply 1% milk AND the milk they do have is way more expensive than any other WalMart in the area!! The Manager is obviously worried more about numbers than customer satisfaction.

Closes at 8:30 and no self check outs were open. 😣 BIG line to get out (so much for social distancing!). I dislike the little alcohol shots right at the checkout within kid-reaching distance. (Can you put those in the back with the other alcohol?) A kid could easily grab that from sitting in a cart, especially when the line is backed up. Total shoplift item too since its little and easily accessible for people just standing and waiting.

If McDonalds wont hire you, you probably could get a job at a Walmart pharmacy.

Turn line was hella busy except when I said there was three is a crowd they open an extra two cashiers for the return and they put in a brand new arcade place which is cool and and online mobile app return that I havent used yet so well see how that works

We got home and opened the package of Activia yogurt and surprisingly to see many of the cups were exploded and spilled everywhere. Not sure if we should bring it back and ask for refund or not......we found out they had cooling system problem so many items were not put out for sales. Such a terrible experience last night!

Not all employees were wearing masks, and there was no enforcement of customers wearing masks. Even the employee assigned to verifying other employees had masks on wasnt wearing a mask over their face. They are allowing anti-mask protesters to pester shoppers in front of the store.

Compared to other Walmarts, this place has a larger variety of products. On a Sunday it only took me 10 min at most to check out. Everything seemed organized. Of course, it was busy but everyone seemed professional. I will be coming back.

Its just like every other Walmart. It was rather clean though and I didnt see any birds flying around.

Well, other than the inevitable Walmart Clientele it was an okay visit. We found everything we needed at a good price. Even returned an online purchase without issue.

Its not the worst Walmart Ive ever been to, but what bothers me is they are forever stocking the shelfs but they never have what you are looking for so I dont get it

Great place. But I feel the employees take up all the spaces in front because everytime I come to this wal-mart there is never any parking. Then once you enter you see all these employees. And hardly any customers. So its like then why is there no parking?..

Was Extremely surprised by the wide range and, variety of products that are available here. The place is huge and, I am sure you will find anything that you desire. Gotta love it. Its like Costco on Steroids but, without the cost of a membership.

As far as Walmarts go this one is pretty nice. Employees are friendly and helpful and they dont have everything locked up. I could actually find what I was looking for in the grocery department and the produce didnt look half bad, compared to other Walmart store. Im making this my new go to store....

I’ve shopped here several times since moving to South Carolina. It’s the closest store to my family when we come here to visit.I have to say, customer service here is terrible. Rarely do employees say “hi” or offer help. If you try calling the store, nobody picks up. Management is ultimately responsible for this.

Staff are a little slow when you press that red button for assistance.

Tired of being hurded thru one door it is the 2nd largest store in the USA, COVID is a problem and this WalMart is making it worse open all the doors there wont be as much gathering in one place.... It is ridiculous and they have the largest parking lot and the door they choose us furthest from 90% of there parking....

Not the best today...a lot of associates doing great work putting displays together for coming Black Friday, but, sadly, no one to assist in sporting goods. Took my business elsewhere after reasonable wait time and a couple of interactions with associates who werent able to help/untrained. My need was fishing license related. Normally a well run store, so I dont take away from the dedicated team. Sorry Management didnt have time to flex to cover the unavailable support...maybe more cross-training of those helpful associates?

Dropped my car off for oil change. Was the only one in line and it took 20 minutes to check my car in. Then it took 1 hour to do. They must of had a rough start to the day.it was 10 am. Seemed disorganized for the 10 workers that walked back and forth while I waited.

I liked this store. It was a little messy, but had great selection and the shelves were well stocked. The people who order for this store know what theyre doing.
