I went to the one in Arden mall and found a few really cute things, half the stuff is super cheap wholesale china stuff & some is better quality though, they dont have fitting rooms openeither. the only reason for my one star is the elderly woman who was working there in this huge store came over less than a foot away from me and started moving stuff on a rack I was literally looking at, first of all its very non covid regulation for an employee to ever get that close to someone (gross) but it was so rude and weird i literally looked at her said weirdo and walked away. Who does that. Smh. Horrible customer service I dont see it lasting.

Came here for my birthday to treat myself. Had hands full of items ready to spend money with them. I asked if their fitting rooms were open. While right at the cashier, in her I wasnt acknowledged and she gave a snooty smirk and head shake to say no, not even looking up. Another clerk (I believe the manager) walked from the back. I politely asked what was the return/exchange policy if the items dont fit. The manager and employee completely ignored me and waited fur slower level employee who was Brown skin as myself to come from the back to address me. I placed my items down and walked out.

I am giving this negative review for the poor and horrible customer service i have received in Great Mall, Milpitas even though their clothes and everything is pretty much good considering the price. I went to their stores 2days consecutive and purchased same clothes in two different sizes since the trial room is closed & no one can try clothes on. I asked the cashiers about their return policy on both days. I asked within how many days i can return. They replied 14days. None of them mentioned that they only can do exchange or store credit. I trusted their words and didn’t bother to look into the receipt where the policy was mentioned, and that was my fault i shouldn’t have trusted their words. When i went to return thats when i got to know about their policy. I was trying to make them understand that I asked ur cashiers about ur policy & no one mentioned that u don’t take return. If i knew that i wouldn’t have bought same clothes in different sizes since the trial room is closed. The manager wouldnt let me finish and kept saying that her employees would never said that, which means i am lying. And now here comes the horrible part, she secretly called the mall security cause she was not able to answer my logical question. When the security guy came he also got surprised and asking the manager why did she call him as this is nothing to do with him. The security guy also understood my issue. And he asked them for the higher authority contact info. Calling security without any valid reason was a harrassment for me.I wonder how she is a manager who doesn’t know how to handle a customer. Her attitude and approach toward a customer was very rude and aggressive. I spoke to the higher authority and complained about her attitude and customer service even though i already got store credit before complainting to her. The higher authority was kind and sweet and apologised on behalf of the manager and offered me a discount even though my problem was not solved but I let it go. Anyways I went to the store again today for availing the discount but that managers attitude was making me so mad but I controlled myself not to say anything to her. She started showing her aggressive attitude again instead of being apologetic about what she did last time. That is why i am giving this review today. When i shared my experience with my friends and co-worker they also said that their customer service is horrible. If anyone from the corporate seeing this review please train your store manager and let her know how the customer service should be.

Went into this little shop on a whim and was absolutely delighted! Ended up buying four dresses for less than $50 and not regretting it one bit. Unique and cute styles! My one complaint is that the wracks of clothes are a little too cramped, but thats not worth taking off any stars.

Love this store my whole closet/ everything I where is from here love it. The only thing is the racks are a little cramped, but still an amazing store would shop here forever. The prices are good and they have my style their. Love this store can say that enough

You cannot try on clothes, you have 14 days to return then and once you do you ONLY get store credit. Ridiculous
